Constance gave me a wash, cut, and blow out. My scalp really needed the love. Most importantly she gave me honest advice to improve my hair condition with the right products for longterm care.

Got my first hair cut after a year and half because COVID19. Doen did a excellent job on cutting my hair and how I wanted done.

I scheduled an appointment online 2 days ago and was told it was canceled for one of my sons but not the other. Also the lady with short hair is always very rude and looks mad all the time.

Made an appointment for a hair cut. My stylist was Connie, and I loved her. I know I was just getting a couple of inches cut off, but she made me feel so awesome! She did a great job and it was great to have a nice conversation, without feeling rushed. The place was nice and clean. And everyone was friendly. I will definitely come back for another haircut.

I decided to update my review of Cost Cutters because I have gone back twice and had two good experiences. Maybe my previous bad experience was due to something out of their control. The convenience of them being so close to my house is also something pretty awesome. Once I have some more good experiences I will upgrade it again to 5 stars!

Call and request Heather. She really takes her time to make sure your hair is exactly how you want it and she does a great job blending. We have little boys with cowlicks and challenging hair to cut and Heather listened to what they wanted and took her time to make it great. Thank you Heather!

Husband took son in on 9/15 to just get a trim a little touch up. When they got home and I saw what they did to is hair, I was like WOW how can say you cut hair. She shaved his sideburns completely off way above the ear. The back on the neck she shaved to high and it was crooked also she nicked the hair behind the ear so there is a bald spot. Like there was no skill at all involved here. Now we got to wait a while for his bald spots to grow back in to make it look normal. Sure as hell won’t be going back and just want to warn others. Beware you might as well have your blind aunt take some clippers to your head.

Came in on a Friday afternoon to get my sons haircut. Was greeted and gave a estimate of 30 minutes for an available hairdresser. The hairdresser listened to what my son wanted and we left pleased with the job done.

One of the employees used to cut my hair at another location years ago until I moved in 2016. I just happened to see her in Randalls and i wil be going to Cost Cutters at Lakeline and Crystal Falls in Leander.

Recently relocated to the Leander area and have not been able to find someone who makes me happy with my haircut. I have to admit, Farida, the stylist who cut my hair was extremely professional and cut it in the style of my liking. I will definitely return for my next haircut.

Farida did an excellent job with my color and cut. She took the time to listen to what I wanted and my hair turned out great. I have had so many compliments. I will be going back to her for sure!

Farida has been cutting my hair for about a year and a half. I have been able to communicate well with her as to how I want my hair cut and she has documented what I want and is skilled in consistently cutting it to my liking. I highly recommend her!

Worst haircut ever!!! If you care about your hair i suggest you go somewhere else. I do not know the hairdresser name but she didnt even take her time to make a proper haircut, almost seem like she was unhappy to be there and took it out on my hair. I was better off leaving it alone. I wouldnt even go back for a free haircut. Thanks for nothing cost cutters!
