Overall it was an outstanding experience and I would highly recommend them. Richies Repairs is run by hardworking honest people. My father and uncle own an auto shop back in Texas. While new and unfamiliar to the area, I was treated like friends of the family at Richies. Car problems are never convenient. Unlike some other chain shops and dealerships, Richies will fix the problem you have an not try to up sell you on every possible unnecessary repair. My battery conveniently died overnight. I also knew I needed brakes on all four wheels. Luck forced the occasion however Richie got it turned around in one day. In summary, great customer service and I would return again in the future.
