Upon recommendation by my mechanic, I brought my car here to have repaired after an accident. The new paint matched the existing perfectly. Ive had two other cars painted by them since. They are very professional and do their work in a timely manner. I would highly recommend them.

The passengers side mirror on my new Lexus SUV was broken by someone. It also resulted in minor damage to the window trim B&R Collision and Auto Repair was one of the repair shops recommended by my insurance company. Being relatively new to New Orleans, I chose them mainly because of the insurance companys recommendation.I must say that I am very impressed by the quality of work done as well as their professionalism. The car was delivered on the day it was promised and looked good as new. The work done was impeccable. They are pleasant to deal with and take pride in their work. I will definitely use them again if I ever need work done on my car.

I had a trip to take and needed the car back fairly quickly. They did what they could to ensure that I had a safe vehicle for the drive and then finished the final extras when I returned. They were professional, responsive and treated me very well - not just like a number coming through the shop. I highly recommend.

I am most definitely coming back to this facility if I ever need any auto repair work. The staff explained to me what parts they had to order, how long they were going to have my car, and they even took my car to the dealership for a diagnostic test to double check that everything was working on my vehicle. My car was finished in 3 days and it was cleaned out. Not to mention the staff were super sweet. Planning on recommending friends and family here.

Good, odd. They returned my car to perfect condition. It was even a little better than when I gave it to them. The owners/managers were friendly when I called, and very flexible to my needs.My only gripe is that I am suspicious that my car was used in ways unrelated to repairs, and with the caveat that I am a pretty paranoid person, I will mention that a setting on my car was left on that is irrelevant to the repair and which I never turn on, that a personal effect was left behind in my car, and that a layer of painters tape was left on my gas cap, even though nothing in that area needed replacement or repair. I guess I just wish I had had more communication to me about these things.But believe me when I say the guys were very friendly and accomodating.I cannot speak to whether I thought their services were priced well because I dont have a good sense of those things and cannot judge that.5 stars for great service and a great repair. Will update if anything changes!

B & R Collision Center & Auto Repair are true professionals. I was in an accident where someone ran into the back of my truck. The insurance company gave me low ball offer for the repairs. I took my truck to B & R and they said the repair quote wasnt even in the ball park. They contacted the insurance company and explained there was more damage then what was on the surface. B & R went above and beyond in making the repairs. They even got OEM parts to bring my truck back to what it was originally. I highly recommend the services of B & R and will definitely use them if I ever have other autobody repairs.

B&R did an awesome job on my BMW which had major damage due to getting hit by a bus. My car looks like new now! They were respectful, honest, and professional.

B and R brought and picked me up from the rental car place when the rental place discontinued their service to deliver their clients to locations. My vehicle was repaired in a timely manner. They had me first pass by to note the damage and order the parts on a Thursday. On Monday I dropped off my truck. It was ready a week and 3 days later. They met me at the rental car place and brought me to the shop. They dealt with my insurance. It was easy. I was pleased with my repairs. My truck was washed and shiny. It looked like new.I am very happy.

They were honest about my situation and fixed my stalling/idling issue and fixed within 2 hours. I couldn’t have asked for better service.

The repairs to my daughters 2015 Prius was impeccable. The streamlined process from beginning to end was the easiest repair procedure for a vehicle I’ve ever dealt with. I would bring any of my other vehicles to them for work and definitely recommend anyone needing body work to speak to them first.

My experience with B and R was great. They handled the claims effectively and efficiently. My car did take longer than expected but Tank was honest with me and communicated with me personally reaching out to me. But it is my belief that a good collision place is busy and if you want it done right there might be a delay. Totally worth it and would return.

Bruh! This place and all the peoples here are totally freaking AWESOME! They kept me in the repair loop and was apologizing for it taking so long, but you cannot determine on how long the parts are going g to come in, due to the automotive industry going on strike every other week.. body came out phenomenal and you could NEVER tell it was in a wreck. However Tank worked with us, he was so kind a patient he even talked with my dad to explain the Salvage process. This place is amazing and the people are saints!!! On my first morning in New Orleans I was unlucky enough to be in an accident and I was sent to Ricky. Being from out of state I was prepared for the worst and already planning on towing my car back to Florida or another trip to pick it up when it was fixed. Instead, the boys at B & R put themselves in my shoes, made sure my car was safe to drive and sent me on my way (at no charge). They passed up on a job just to help out a stranger. Had an estimate done on my car 5 whole days ago and was told that I’ll receive it via email and phone call to discuss the next day, in which all never happened. Called this morning to asked why didn’t I receive it to which Sheri (who did the estimate) said she never sent it. As someone with only one car my vehicle is my primary source of transportation, to have a business tell me that, is completely unprofessional and a waste of my time. I will be taking my car elsewhere that’s more professional.

This is C Bean with B&R Collision Center Iam responding to the review from Michael Velli. Mr. Velli never brought a car to our shop. His girlfriend was sent to the shop by State Farm. Her car was totaled and picked up by a salvage company. She was upset because her car was totaled. B&R Collision had nothing to do with the car being totaled or how much State Farm paid for the car. Mr. Velli called the shop and cursd out the owner and myself. We are very sorry that the car totaled and they were so upset about this incident. If I can be of any assistance feel free to call me.
