On a road trip with my nephew and tire shredded on I10. Tow truck picked us up and took us to another shop where they wouldn’t be able to get to mine until 2 days later. Good Year gave me a fair price on the tire and got us back on the road within an hour! Excellent customer service.

Just FYI it cost $63 just to patch one hole in one of my tire and I had to take it off my self and bring it to them. When I asked if they could put it on for me he said I would need to leave my truck there for a few days. Came back at 8am the next day to pick up my tire and try to get them to put it on but he still said I had to leave my truck if I wanted them to do it. It would of taken them less then 5 minutes to help me out but still nothing. We came from North Texas to help out and things like this is what make me not want to do it again.

Shaun Patterson was very helpful. My son needed tires and he carefully explained the pros and cons of getting two tires versus four. He also walked me through the different promotions Goodyear was running and I learned things like the higher grade tire only cost a few dollars more and I got better value from his consultative service. You can trust Shaun and Goodyear and I won’t go anywhere else for my tires.

I went to Goodyear to get my Windsheild wipers put on my car. I was in and out in under 10 minutes without an appointment and it was a Sunday! Excellent service, friendly technicians, and very clean facility! I would definitely recommend!

10-20-19 Sunday evening. Well my low tire light came on and I have air so something is wrong. Good year here I come. The nearest location in my phone was a nice clean and cold location on a hot day. Great customer service. I think the manager or owner is a guy named Kevin. I saw it on his name tag, great guy. I will highly recommend this location. I will come back to this location in a heartbeat. Good job guys.

As promised, im here to say that these guys are worth a shout out. I came on Monday to get two tires replaced (no visible issues, just a slow leak and some common wear and tear) and there was some mix up and the wrong two got replaced, leaving me with 2 new tires and one that still had two nails in it. I brought the car back on my next off day, Sunday, and they had me come right back and saw me right then. Ultimately, the service manager Sean and the Store manager Kevin worked with me and gave me a new tire for free to get me back on the road at no charge on good faith. Mind you, these men werent the one who helped me on Monday so they took my word for it and trusted me that it really was a mishap. They were prompt and kind during both visits, and repaired my tires same day with no appointment on two occasions now. everyone makes simple mistakes, in my mind its about how you handle the situation to make it right. would highly recommend this location if you need reliable service, these guys are the good ones.

Great first experience! This was my first time at this Goodyear and it was great honestly . As soon as I walked in I was greeted by the guy at the desk. He got me checked in for my appointment ASAP! Throughout my wait, the guy kept me and two kids good company and chatted with us . Wait wasn’t that long either. My car services were done well and fast ! I would definitely suggest this location !!

I have been changed oil for my cars since 2004. I always get the deals. I usually buy the tires for my cars and got deals every time. The staff are courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. I used to live in Metaire, near the store but in 2015 I moved to Kenner. Still, I visit this location when I need.Their customer service is awesome!! :)

Came here after being a customer at Firestone on the West Bank for almost 20 years after they broke something on one of our wheels, didnt tell us about it, and then tried to cover it up. The guys at this Goodyear were pleasant, fast, and efficient. They went above and beyond for our service call. Keith was at the counter when we arrived, and I think it was Kevin who handled our exchange when the job was done.

I have been going to the store for the past 10 years. Service is always good. Theres one particular mechanic, that always Services my vehicle. His name is Nicky. Hes always looks out for me and my family. Theres no BS with these guys. They always give me a great price and fair. I do have say theyre balancing machine need some tweaking. Ive had to go back twice to get my tires rebalanced. Staff is always fair and welcoming whenever I show up. Thanks Goodyear great job..

Went here for a simple oil change and had a major oil leak the next day! Contacted the manager who asked me to email him the pictures. Email was sent on January 19, 2016. NO RESPONSE. Never again will I go there for anything. What I emailed below.Manager,I had close friend with 20+ years of experience as a mechanic look at my car. He suggested we changed the Oil Filter Housing Gasket due to the mileage and normal wear and tear over time. After the gasket was replaced, we cleaned down the area and proceeded to start the car. Attached are the pictures of the O ring not being replaced resulting in the oil leak. I dont have pictures in my phone but after the replacement of the o ring, there was no oil leak.In terms, of expenses I really dont have any but receipts of tools and equipment needed to fix the problem which are minimal. It may or may not have been an honest mistake. Im not here trying to get a dollar, but as a customer it was just frustrating the time an effort put in to determined that a simple o ring was the culprit.

Great Automotive Work. The Management and Staff always have a game plan to get you in and out of the location as Quickly as possible while making sure your time there is as pleasant as possible.

Scheduled an appointment for oil change, brake light replacement, wheel alignment, and tire rotation. It was meant to be a 3 hour appointment. I was pleasantly surprised when my car finished up in one hour. I had questions regarding my wheel aligment and was told it was not completed. Very disappointed that they bypassed this. Makes me wonder what else they missed...

Horrible place. My young son went there to pick up a single trailer tire while we were at work. They had the tire and were not extremely busy but still kept skipping over him. Took him 3 HOURS!!! When I found out how long he had been waiting, I told him take the tire and leave, but somehow just at closing they had it done. Will never use again. Use NTB down the road. They desere 0 stars.

Never go back again. Its so ridiculous. Dropped off my car on Monday afternoon @ 4pm for oil change, and was told would received a call when my car is ready. Wait until the next day morning, but still didnot received any call. Thus, call the store and said my car was ready. No responsibility, n bad customer services. Kept my car for overnight, and made me to be late to go to work. Never go there!!!!!!!!

I came in on a Sunday at 10 am, I was told it would take 3 and half hours to patch a nail I had in my tire. I was stuck. I walked down the street for lunch. Store did not call me until 2:28 pm, 4 and half hours later. The manger lied and told me he tried to call me 15 minutes after I left. My phone never rang and he later accused me of deleting the call record when I showed him the phone. He then told me the tire had to be replaced. I had seen the nail in the middle of the tire. He then told me well there were two nails, then he didnt know. I went to the store looked at the single nail in the tire and he told me to my face the tire had to be replaced because the nail was too far off center. I pumped the tire up with air myself in the parking lot and left. I took the car to another place the next day and got it patched for $20 instead of having to wait five plus hours and a new tire for a guy who lied to me about calling and the tires condition.

Much better than the goodyear by lakeside. brought my car in, was on the machinery within 10 minutes, and they called immediately when they had isolated the problem to run down all my solutions. car was completely ready within one hour. love it.

Had to go back twice, not including when I was there buying all new tires, to get them to properly balance the new tires I bought there. Every time I went I spent at least an hour and a half there; one time two and a half hours. The only apology I got was the first time I brought it back from the young man I bought the tires from. The second time, only excuses. The second time, there wasnt even a goodbye. Rude older guy there. Would not recommend.

Excellent service. I have 13 tires which are hard to find, but Eddie worked to find me a set of 4. They saved one of my old tires for my spare, and even found me a part on ebay.

Ladies beware!!!! This place will try to screw you over. I went in for tires. The tires were put on. I had to ask if the alignment was checked. I was told there wasnt a tech there to check the alignment...really this is a tire company. Who buys tires and dont check the alignment. Anyhow somebody said he would check it, comes back, an alignment is needed. I said go ahead and do it. I was told it would take 10 to 15 min. It took less than 10 min. Red flag. Paid and went on my way. SUV started pulling to the right immediately. Called a friend who is a Toyota mechanic. He came right over. He checked the bolt that needs to be turned to do an alignment and it was NEVER touched. The dirt was still caked on and undisturbed. No sign that any type of tool touched the thing. Clearly these people thought because Im a women they could get over on me. I will NEVER do business with this location again. DONT USE THESE PEOPLE.

I had an appointment scheduled for 6 p.m. I never received the email, so i decided to call the location. Keith Ventura answered and was very nice and polite. When i got to the location later that evening it was even better. Keith Ventura treated me like family. Man i cant tell you how that made me feel, i wish every place i go, im welcome to their establishment the way keith made me feel at GOODYEAR!!!! Great job!!!

Anybody out here in the Metairie/New Orleans area do not take your vehicle to Goodyear on Division Street/Vets for any maintenance at all whatsoever. I brought my Jeep in there to get my oil changed I walked out to a tech taking my door apart without my consent, I asked him what are you doing to which she replied and try to fix your door. My door was working when I brought it in now my door is not working at all on my vehicle. I brought it in to the dealer they told me the linkage is stretched out on my door and it will cost $500 to fix it. I presented Goodyear with this estimate and now Im having trouble trying to get them to pay to have this fixed due to their Tech taking things into his own hands and taking my door apart. Ive called corporate and I am working on this now. I have pictures of the guy taking my door apart and I would not have had any knowledge of him doing this if I hadnt walked outside and caught him in the process because no one would have dared told me that my door was is being worked on with out my consent. Im not saying that I may have had something prior that cause my linkage to be stretched out but once again my door was operable when I brought it in and their Tech when playing around in my door pulling on stuff and taking things apart that he had no idea/knowledge of what he was doing and now my driver door is totally inoperable. Share this with your friends and other in the area.

Felt that recommendation on tire replacement leaned more toward replacement when it may have not been necessary.

I went in for a simple oil change and came out with a server oil leak, my car has never had an oil leak until I got my oil change from them I find it quite funny that when I had another mechanic look at it he said parts of my car were damaged that’s wasnt damaged a week ago.

Came in the prior day to inquire if they could handle and alignment for my car. Only difference with my vehicle is that it has been lowered a tiny bit from factory settings. I informed the manager on duty this SEVERAL times the prior day and the next day when I came in for the job as a reminder! Me - can you handle doing the alignment? My car is low. Please be CAREFUL! Manager - yes. Long story short, after the job was completed, tech drives my car right into the parking curve and lifts my bumper up. He then backs up and peels it off... I was standing right outside an watched it all. I mentioned it to the manager and he denies anything happening and became pretty rude/aggressive claiming my vehicle is NOT set to OEM height standards yada yada... He then asked the tech if it DID happen and he admits to slight damage. My reward? A paint damaged/scrapped bumper (most likely broken clips as well), a non-discounted bill, an apology, and an alignment that is now veering left....!!!

If I could leave a zero, I would. Especially since my very first experience here was excellent. About two weeks ago I had a front tire replaced due to a cut. Since the tire was replaced my TPMS alert was lit up on my dash. I manually reset it twice after it kept kicking back on. Last Friday, June 5th I put air in all four tires before taking to the shop for them to check it. The technitian added more PSI and said to have a little higher PSI in the tires because of the humidity and temperature flux in Louisiana. I left the store approximately 11am and by 5pm the same day the TPMS light was on again.Today, I take the vehicle back over there. This time the answer was all four batteries of the TPMS for each tire were dead, you cannot replace one sensor and that all four need to be replaced. Estimated cost was $693! Back home, I decided to call the store manager and express my displeasure with the conflicting diagnosis of my issue and explain that my indicator light had not been coming in before they replaced that tire. Kevin, the manager, told me that he wouldnt want to replace the whole system until the vehicles computer was checked to make sure it was reading the TPMS altogether and that I could do that at a dealership. In less than two weeks, I received two different diagnosis of the issue, then the manager tells me to go to a dealership to reset the computer and a quote for nearly $700.One final thought. The day I got the tire replaced, they said my front and rear lower control arms needed replaced. Quote was $1200. I took the vehicle to a local shop for a second opinion. This shop was skeptical the control arms need replacing as they do not usually need replaced unless they have been damaged. After their inspection they confirmed that they in fact did not need to be replaced.Bottom line: Do not trust this store, even for an oil change. Do not trust a franchise that uses unqualified, inexperienced technicians to diagnose your vehicle. Get a second opinion on any quote you receive Have your work done at a local shop.

If you like paying about the same price as everywhere else, and waiting for almost 2 hours (for a 1 tire replacement), this place is for you... If not, I would definitely recommend going somewhere else.
