I would highly recommend them they are excellent with customer service and repair, this is my second time using them an I love their service, my car looks brand new again🤣❤️

They were very helpful. They gave my car the care that I want and went above and beyond with there service.

Just a heads up, it seems they do not provide estimates to people who are evaluating repair costs to provide to an attorney when seeking damages in a lawsuit due to labor shortage. Everyone seemed very cordial and professional, but nobody made that clear until I dropped my car off. A minor inconvenience, hopefully this saves someone else some trouble. Be very clear to them your intentions to spend money immediately, Free Estimate is just a marketing gimmick.They were referred by Premier Nissan of Metairie.

MY VEHICLE WAS TAKEN IN BECAUSE OF TREE DAMAGE, AND IT WAS RETURNED IN EXCELLENT CONDITION. I HAVE USED PREMIER COLLISION CENTER BEFORE. THEY ARE ALWAYS POLITE I FEEL LIKE THEY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND WITH THE REPAIR OF MY VEHICLE . HOPEFULLY MT CAR DOESNT NEED ANY SERVICE ANYTIME SOON BUT IF NEEDED I DEFINITELY WOULD RECOMMEND PREMIER COLLISION CENTER IN METAIRIE.

Worst customer service experience Ive ever had. They ILLEGALLY TOWED my car to another shop and charged me for it and would not release the car till I paid it. DO NOT GO HERE

BEWARE: Why can’t I give zero stars?! These people move slower than a snail in peanut butter. I had my car taken here after someone else hit it, because I wanted it to be prepared by professionals. They have had it for over 40 DAYS, and it’s still not fixed, as I type. They are constantly blaming insurance and filing for additional supplements; I have been in touch with the insurance company and they have been responsive through the whole process. Absolutely insane! Poorly managed! The only thing “Premier” here is the the rampant unprofessionalism. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE.
