This is about AAA, not location specific. I have been trying to get proof of service provided for a month now. I was told that a Supervisor would handle it and it has never been handled. I was then told that it would be mailed. I still never received it. I need to provide it to my insurance company and AAA is holding up the process. This is very disappointing and I am hoping someone contacts me to resolve this matter.

It should say the hours that you able to transact business on your website I had so many crashes trying to to renew my automobile insurance it showed that you take credit cards /debit card then you can do electronic checks. it didnt want me to do the credit card neither the debit card I had to wait till the next day. I had got so frustrated with AAA website I started just to walk away and go with another insurance company thats why I gave three stars

Service is the best. I got my trip tic in less than a day. I drove to my destination without a hitch. Didnt get lost one time. I trusted their directions and they were very accurate.

I had a great experience with AAA Missouri Club office in Metairie, LA, just north of New Orleans. I got my passport pictures, along with some real maps and travel guides, and was done in 9 minutes. Thanks for the great service by everyone!

I am an amputee and head to call AAA to come help me after getting a flat tire although it took a little bit of time for the help to arrive they came out and change my tire with no problem I would recommend AAA to anyone!!!

Claims Service Representative Ms Dedra is a wonderful professional, kind and diligent and I honestly believe AAA is the best insurance that you can find for your auto insurance nowadays.ABSOLUTELY RECOMMENDED.

I had to call you for a friends car taking me to the dentist this morning. First a repair truck came out promptly but the car ultimately needed to be towed. The tow also was there promptly. Prejudiced people come up with some Foo founded things to try to charge me three times as much for the insurance as I only need liability and uninsured motorist it was even going to join AAA will they can forget about it now got insurance in another place and join AAA separately and only had to pay 64 for the insurance

I had contacted them about a future trip within less than an hour they had researched my destination and had mapped that trip out highlighted the interstates to there and back when I came by to pick it up they went over it all, gave us a flannel gravel blanket, weve never used them to travel Just checking battery and helping roadside

Unexpectedly, the office on N. Causeway in Metairie was closed. 10AM Friday. I was out doing errands and tried to stop in to get a passport photo. The city was under a tropical storm watch, with no actual unusual weather. Not raining. Not windy. Getting to that office was just like any other day. Locked office door.It really surprised me that the AAA office manager decided to not staff it.ITS THE AUTO CLUB.Someone could have been there from 9 to 5.I certainly didnt think it would be closed, even if photo services might not have been available that day.

Went there yesterday with a friend who got auto Ins. While she was taking care of business so were Elvis and I. Had a great time messing with the staff and making them laugh. But still couldnt get a Disney hat. Did get a picture with Elvis. Great place, Great Staff. Wish I would have gotten the girls name who help us she was awesome. Thank you they should give you a two dollar raise per hour. You are good at what you do and it shows. Again thank you. Stop by and say hi to Elvis for me will ya.

Very nice people, very helpful and prompt service.. Dinging them 2 stars because auto insurance is only for people who don’t actually drive. 2 speeding tickets in 3 years and they won’t even quote you?? I guess I’ll send grandma over so she’s covered for her trips to piggly wiggly.. the rest of us who drive in the real world have to go elsewhere.

AAA has been a wonderful roadside assistance program and worth my yearly payment for the premium service. I travel for work and spending so much time on the road, I have been saved a few times. The only time Ive ever had a problem, a subcontracted driver loaded my truck on a tow truck and then locked the keys in the tow truck. So we had to unload my truck in a rain storm and sit inside while his company brought a spare. I felt bad for the guy and didnt report it, but I still got a letter from AAA apologizing and telling me that steps were taken to insure this problem didnt happen again. I pay for it for my parents for peace of mind knowing its there should they have a problem.

Still the best Auto Club Around!Dont be fooled by some insurance companies who automatically tack on a fee for roadside service. What AAA offers and provides is much more!

Im so glad Nola has an AAA office! I’ve gone in three different times, and every time the two ladies at the desk are super friendly and helpful, and I’m usually taken care of and out of there in a few minutes! Thanks guys!

I had two wonderful experiences with AAA and I strongly recommend you guys purchase car insurance or whatever related to your vehicle from Ms Brandy, a friendly black female. She is a well-educated, knowledgeable and upstanding professional who helped me saving a bunch of money without reducing the quality of car insurance.

AAA is one of those things that your glad to have when your in a bind!!

Customer service by management is a total joke. I pay more for insurance because I like having an agent to speak with. I would have been better off using one of the internet insurance companies to save money. When i brought my concerns to one of the managers, Kenny, he was useless and obviously didnt care about their service failures. This office is a total joke. I recommend taking your business elsewhere.

Last Night I was leaving Ruth Chris Steak House in Metairie...the valet couldnt get my car to start and left my window open whiling trying to start my car, then the electronic panel went crazy and he couldnt raise the window, and it was beginning to rain...I own a Cadillac XTS under warranty and could not get Cadillac roadside on the phone...so I called AAA roadside...they came out immediately and got my car started! Bravo AAA and thank God I was a member! Thank YOU for being there for me! I just recently became a member and now you have a member for life!

Don’t buy their batteries. They will fight tooth and nail to avoid replacing their batteries under their warranty.

Hard to find a parking space. Their trips are not cheap.

Insurance for home, auto, whatever AND emergency roadside assistance providers, NOT AVAILABLE TO COMMERCIAL VEHICLES OR IF YOURE TOWING A TRAILER.I dont recommend them if you travel in motor coach while towing any type of trailer.
