Southern Tire gets it done. No nonsense full service tire shop. They do basic maintenance stuff too but Ive never availed myself of those services. Great deals on tires and repairs and always willing to help you out however they can.

They stay busy, which says something for their service right there. Excellent communication and excellent service. I appreciate the work they did.

Had a shuttle bus in to hopefully do a full checkup on everything. Two months later, not much done. During the first month, month in a half, it sat there and I called persistently because was/still on a time crunch to move. Got it back and only tires and fluids done. Nothing more. Filter was still there and crust to hell and possibly bringing to another place to make sure nothing else was done there was wrong. Oh and some wiring is wonky, like back inside lights. Along with inside cup holder part inside still not put back together. Ive seen such good reviews in hopes, but honestly highly disappointed. Oh and also got to call sometimes only to have to be hung up multiple times throughout calling the month so that was nice. REPLY: I was never updated unless called and when updated, you guys never worked on it. Or had someone hang up. You never said electrical was severe. You said you guys were ordering a part to put in, but after two weeks, called and you never did so I went to pick it up. All you did was change tires and nothing more. Checked things when I got it back and even a filter was dirty, but guess that was not seen. So if you want to lie in your reply, I can keep on replying as well.

I was elated they got me in same day. Fast turnover. Then I got the bill. Quoted $189 per tire and picked up and was told nope $240 per tire. I wasnt happy but paid. Then I get to my car and green nitrogen caps are black. 🤦‍♀️yes, they are nitrogen filled tires. I had to ask then to kindly exchange the air to nitro and put green caps back on. I am more upset about the price difference. Thats a significant difference. I suggest getting an email quote before ordering the tires and putting a deposit.

These guys do great work. I’ve had alignments done in the past and they always do a great job. Decided to pull the trigger on a 4 inch suspension lift, Fuel wheels with 35 inch Nittos and they came through again with professional work. Ask for Mr Wayne. He helped me with the process and was even able to find the tires I wanted even though they where on back order just about everywhere. He also kept in touch with me as things happened in the ordering process for the items. I’ll definitely be back in the near future for additional work.

They took their time to see what tires I wanted. When nobody else would.I will do more business with them. Im very satisfied with my tires.One month ago I bought tires from Firestone for the same vehicle they sold me the wrong size tires just to sell me something. I never go back to Firestone every again. I found me a new tire shop. I own three vehicles I will be back.

Outstanding customer service. Wayne found tires that I could not get elsewhere, called me during the process to keep me updated, and stayed late on a Saturday to get the tires put on. Very impressive customer service and VERY easy to work with.

Not for the first time was I dissatisfied with the“service” I received at Southern Tire. An employee came out and personally checked out what kind of tires I needed. She ordered the tire ($50 on my card), for the next day and told me to come back to have it replaced. At 5:45 the following day- and after my son had been waiting on the car for 3+hours, she called me to say that “ since I had ordered the tire over the phone, it was my fault they had the wrong one”.Seriously, just be honest and say you screwed up!! They did refund my money- but frankly the entire episode left a very bad taste in my mouth.Please do yourself a favor and avoid this place- the service and attitude is abysmal.

Best experience. I brought my tire to get plugged because there was a nail in it. Mr. Charlie assist me with my transaction and explained everything to me. Extremely polite and courteous. The prices are reasonable and they work at a fast pace.

I needed 4 new TPMS sensors on all wheels. Lexus quoted me $1,100 for all 4 sensors. Southern Tire installed and programmed all 4 sensors for $400. I called in the afternoon around 12 on a Friday and they said they could squeeze me in. I was in and out in a couple of hours. -Jason

I definitely should have read the reviews about this place before buying 4 tires with the roadside warranty for my little sister’s car.I was at their establishment trying to get the tires rotated for over 3 1/2 hours. I called ahead of time and the woman said come down now, don’t wait there’s only 4 people ahead of you. I was there at 12:30 pm on Friday. I finally asked for my keys back after 4pm. The car hadn’t moved. The people in front of me had come and gone along with about 7 other people.They obviously have no real system for who comes in and at what time.My paperwork was buried under about 10 others. No one apologized or even asked why I had asked for the keys back.You would think they would devise an appointment system if they cannot tell who is line at what time.This was actually the 2nd time I came in for a rotation. The first time only took about an hour, but when I left their establishment my tire light was on. I had to go back and wait another hour for them to get it right.Guess it’s my fault for not reading reviews before purchase and going back for a second rotation.BUYERS STAY AWAY!

Southern tires is the place to go if you want to lift your truck, put new rims and tires on. They also do repairs and maintenance. Customer service was excellent all around . Employees here are really rude. My husband was trying to talk to the guy that was behind the counter and he was just ignoring him. Then the lady that works there started talking to him. The first time he went in to get new tires he said that they didnt talk to him they just said what they were doing and thats all, they do not take the time to talk to you or take the time to answer your questions. You have to ask for a manager or the person that is in charge. Honestly it pisses me off that they treat you like whatever when you are paying them for a service!We got 4 new tires and a week after I had a flat, they said it happened cuz I had corrosion and they fixed it with some type of glue. When we went back to ask why they had put glue they said thats all they could do. I just dont get why they didnt tell my husband there was a chance of this happening when my rims were already bad. I know there wasnt a big chance of happening but they could have still explain to my husband that there was a chance of happening so we couldve prevent it by buying rims and new tires. Now I hope that the glue last long enough for me to buy new rims.( the lady explain to me that the glue can last a week or a year, so i guess im just gambling my chances here) But Im not coming back here!

Called looking for a set of large tires an a lift to be installed. They had my tires in the same day an lift overnighted. Everything was installed with 2 days. Couldn’t ask for better customer service.Thank Wayne an thanks to the mechanics.

The lady had a attitude to begin with and the last conversation I had with her, reiterated her terrible customer service. I dropped my car off at 9:30 AM after voting and was told it would be ready by 5:30 or 6:00 that evening. I called checking on the status at 4:30 and I was told my car would not be done by 6:00 pm when they closed, thereby preventing me to have my car for the next morning to go to work. All this drama for a wheel alignment. My car was never moved from where I parked it in the morning, showing that zero effort took place. If you knew the car wasnt going to be done by the end of the day, at least have the common courtesy to tell me that earlier in the day.

One of the worst shops to get a wheel alignment, i had to come back three times in three different days to get my wheel alignment done right, im sure its the most wheel alignment i have ever payed, ended up paying more than 265 plus taxes, waiting time is at least 3-6 hours totally unprofessional, i definitely do not recommend them, pay more and get it done by an expert and dott waist your time, my truck is a 2010 ford f250 with a lift on it, never will come back for sure, although my wheel alignment is still not right, they want me to go back for the forth day but i rather pay for a new wheel alignment to a professional shop than deal with them.

This was the third time that I purchased a tire @ Southern Tire, Inc. in the last year. The staff, including Charles, Wayne, Ryan and Angela, who was filling in for Julie, were extremely courteous, polite, well mannered and attentive and their customer service skills were exemplary. Every time I come here, I feel as though I am family, because I am treated as such. The biggest source of customer satisfaction is whether or not all my needs were met and, in this case (as is always the case), the staff at Southern Tire exceeded my expectations. They are consummate professionals, they sell only quality products and their customer service skills are second to none, which is why I wouldn’t ever consider buying tires anywhere else!

The people at Southern Tire are very helpful and knowledgeable. They really do good work and offer good products. They take cash, credit cards or debit cards. If your unable to come up with cash and dont have a credit card, they can finance people through the finance they work with and pay over time as long as you meet the requirements.

Very easy company to do business with. Called about a tire I needed replaced, Brian answered the phone and made sure they were in stock, greeted me right away when I showed up to have tires changed, and worked quickly to get me checked out once the tires were replaced. Highly recommend this place for your tires!

Reasonably priced.I went to another shop a couple lots over, but they didnt update the tire pressure sensor because their device wasnt sufficient so he recommended Southern Tire.Two seconds later, set up tire pressure sensor update and 30 minutes later, I was done. Most nationally branded stores will not reprogram your tire pressure sensor if they didnt and buy. Smaller, locally owned shops will consider this so there are PROS and CONS to doing national v local businesses. For reference, its $50-100 to reprogram. For installation with reprogramming, a rough estimate $150-180 depending on several factors.Overall, for price and speed (on a Monday morning at 10am), 5-star.

Brian and Julie did an excellent job in assisting me with my tire balance, have me great recommendations with added information to better my vehicles performance and the auto tech Jose did a quick and efficient job at servicing my car. I love the customer service here and if recommended more people to come get the satisfaction in service i received.

I would never recommend this place .. They lack communication. I came in to get two lug nuts for my tire replaced and my tire patched and put back on . I asked several time how long it was going to be and was never gave an answer . After one hour and a half I went to ask how long it would be and they told me that they were waiting in the lug nuts to come in . They never told me that someone was bringing them and that I would be in there for three hours .. This is why they lack communication. I was at the counter talking to a nice black gentleman that works for them just letting him know how long I’ve been waiting and asking why the didn’t tell me they had to wait for the lug nuts to get there when this rude woman in the back interrupted us and going on and on about this and that and why it’s taking so long and they never know .., yes they know and they need to be more organized and communicate with there customer .. I saw and older couple that was there when I got there it seemed like they had already been waiting .. The man stated he had already been there for two hours and they hadn’t even touch his car, it was still where he parked it and they asked for keys and left .. I have been to several places for car maintenance and never dealt with anything like this ... One more than .. They play favorites you see people come and go .. they’ll go and talk to someone specific and be out of there .. Going to This place is definitely who you know. .. PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE YOU WILL WASTE YOUR WHOLE DAY WAITING!!!!!!!!!!!!
