Amanda was so helpful and had excellent customer service. She communicated so much throughout the process and explained everything to me very well and went out of her way to make sure everything was correct. Got in an accident in March, once the insurance companies got the ball moving it was easy and painless to get the work done here. Chose them because of all the positive reviews, and I can say Im not disappointed. Granted I just picked my car up, so things COULD change...but I doubt it.As for what they did, from start to finish they explained the entire process. Theyre able to explain on the insurance side of the house what exactly would go down, and on their side of the house what would go down. Even explain how the door itself would be repaired, and details I probably didnt need to know LOL. But, it was nice to know how they were going to fix it. There were multiple times a higher estimate had to be sent into the insurance company and I knew nothing about it, until I got the emails from the insurance company about the modification. They were able to find an issue, my rear passenger side window, that I didnt even know it was an issue at the time...since I never roll it down. The paint from the new and the old matches beautifully, to the point I cant tell where it was ever wrecked at to begin with.Would highly recommend using them if you get into any accidents.

I cannot speak highly enough about Fradellas. This hidden little gem (off of Veterans) is definitely THE one to take your car to after an accident. Amanda and Chelsea in the office are wonderfully helpful and understanding, they went out of their ways to help me get my car back in time for a funeral. They were happy to provide updates and kept me posted on my cars status. The person (or people) who fixed my car did a thorough review of all of the damage and took the extra time to really ensure there were no hidden surprises later on. Mechanical and cosmetic repairs were both done flawlessly- like it never happened (Yes, I have a Volkswagen- they actually do repair foreign cars). Fradellas went beyond what was expected returning a car that was CLEANER (inside and out) than it was when it went in! The detailing and wash was a nice touch and just shows even further how much they aim to please. They handled all of the insurance stuff. Stress-free, friendly and knowledgeable, I would absolutely go back (though hopefully I will never have to) and send friends and family.

I just recently brought my car to Fradella’s to take care of some bad scratches received as a result of a make shift car cover I hooked up in anticipation of last month’s (April’s) hail storm. Even though the storm didn’t come our way, the wind blew the make shift car cover all night and when I awoke the next morning; I found scratches from the make shift cover EVERYWHERE! From front to back and top to bottom.Upon researching collision centers to take care of the damage the make shift car cover caused; I ran across Fradella’s. I recently brought my Honda Accord to Fradellas Collision Centers for repair on February 24, 2020. The two doors on the right passenger side of my car as well as the front side area above the front right wheel were physically damaged with paint scratches and visible dents due to someone driving by too close and hitting it while my car was parked downtown. The rep who assisted me was Amanda. She was very professional, cordial, and knowledgeable as she addressed all my questions and concerns. Throughout the repair process, she updated me on the status via texts and the car was ready within a week and a half. When I came to pick up my car, Amanda made the effort to show me the complete repair, making certain I was satisfied with the work. They did such a great job because the car looks brand new and I couldn’t tell if there was ever any damage to my car. With such professionalism, friendly staff and high quality work, I have to highly recommend this organization if you need a reputable place to have your car repair.

Fradellas did a great job on my bumper. The service was just as great as the quality of work. They even completed the job earlier than they originally told me they would. Ill definitely be recommending them to others.

I chose Fradella’s from State Farm’s list of authorized service providers. I then made an appointment to have my car’s damage appraised. On my appointment date the receptionist came from around the desk, walked over to my car and took a few pictures. That’s it! At no point did my anyone look under my car or put it in the shop on a lift. She said that was all that was needed and that State Farm would be in touch. Well that never happened. It turns out even five days later Fradella’s had not even uploaded my info to State Farm! For two days State Farm made every attempt to get Fradella’s to furnish them with the necessary info, but Fradella’s would not lift a single finger. Needless to say State Farm was very unhappy with Fradella’s and asked me to choose another body shop. They also told me that Fradella’s would probably not be renewed as an authorized service provider for State Farm. Fradella’s is Completely and totally unprofessional and State Farm agrees with me on that. It’s bad enough to be involved in an accident. No one should have to make repeated phone calls to the body shop and the insurance company for days and days while their car sits in the driveway wrecked. There are too many reputable body shops all around the city who would love to have your business, find one and go there, but definitely skip over Fradella’s.

Me finding this company was actually a blessing in disguise. I had been dealing with another company for the past 2 years but the quality of their work was getting less and less satisfactory. So I was googling top rated body shops in my area and this one was rated really high. From the initial call of setting up a drop off date until the completion of my body work was a complete pleasure. Their entire staff is very professional and welcoming. And their work is also exceptional. It is very hard to find businesses that respect you as a customer and even more that value the quality of their work. I am a very picky person and I have absolutely no complaints. Excellent service! They have my business for a lifetime due to there great customer service and body work. They provided service on my 2013 Dodge Avenger where the bumper had fell off. They were able to the place the bumper back on like nothing happened. They went beyond the service by washing my car and shining the tires.

Been going there since 1986. They may have expanded the size and locations dramatically, but they have never lost their quality of work and attention to detail. I cant say enough wonderful things about Fradellas.After dealing with a car accident not our fault, the frustration, dealing with repairs afterwards, Fradellas had great reviews and my husband gave them a call. Very personable and friendly! They offered availability the same day to bring it in to start repairs. I walked in the door and they called me by my name, even though I never spoke to them personally! They made it super easy!!! Called Enterprise for me, offered me a drink. Wonderful, outstanding customer service. They kept in touch throughout the repairs letting me know what was going on. They also knew I really needed our vehicle back by a certain date that was before the timeline of the truck completion date. They finished the truck ahead of schedule, just in time for us to get the truck back - by 2 weeks!!! How amazing is that customer service!!!! So we were really happy with that, went to the shop, and was blown away with the AWESOME job they did. I have no idea how they do what they do, but they got all the dents and scratches out of several panels. Looking at the truck before I knew there was no way it would ever be the same, HOWEVER Fradellas got it back to original look! You cant even tell it was in an accident. I keep on trying to look to find the repairs, but it is impossible because of the wonderful job Fradellas crew does! I totally have to give the guys a huge credit for having the patience and talent to do this type of work. Thank you so much for the customer service and amazing job. The young female that answers the phone should consider working in a field that does not involve customer service. She is accusatory and rude. I would have included her name, but she refused to provide it...I have a fleet of vehicles that need to be repainted. Due to this experience, this place will certainly not be getting my business!

Awesome Experience!! Ill make it short! I had an accident (06/2017) and needed some repairs. I contacted Fradellas and was able to be scheduled in immediately. My truck was ready in less than 24hrs. I received a lifetime warranty on the work. I later (08/2017) brought my truck in again because there was a noise coming from the bumper. I was scheduled for drop off the next morning and repairs were completed with no fuss and at no charge!! James and Chelsea are the persons I worked with during my times visiting and they are AMAZING! Chelsea even scheduled me an Uber at no cost to come and pick up my vehicle! I would recommend to anyone thats big on customer service, committment and quality to visit Fradellas!
