Not sure what all the bad reviews are about I guess people have their days. Terry did an amazing job on my muffler instal and his welds were beautiful, nothing to hate about. I called the day before and he had me done the very next morning when I dropped my vehicle off and quoted me with the best price around here. Thank you Terry!

Terry is truly dedicated to his business and, based on my experience, he showed up to work on time and began work on my truck exhaust repair promptly while I waited. He is interested in restoring older American cars and classics and will work out a fair price to fit your budget. If you have a restoration project, you might give Terry a call. Note that there is no fancy waiting area, in fact the waiting area is outside. So, unless you dont mind waiting outside, as I did, you should consider leaving the vehicle and picking it up later.

Terry has done exhaust on every car I have owned. They have all looked and sounded awesome. Terry will always get my business and I would highly recomend his work and knowledge. Only once did I have an issue, I showed up on David Dr location to see that he moved to Veterans in Susan Park. That didnt stop me though, still got my exhaust done. Thanks Terry. If I could give ZERO stars I would. This guy was very unprofessional, no type of customer service skills what so ever. My husband and I were trying to get his muffler fixed on his car. When we pulled up my husband let him know he was back, prior to them talking the day before about fixing the muffler. So this Terry guy tells him to pull around to the other side, so we did. My husband pulls around to the other side and parks in the open spot next to another car that the guy was working on. Before my husband gets out the car all the way to talk to him, he tells him in the most unprofessional way, man all these other spaces and you park right here. No Im not even going to work on it, take your car somewhere else. Get it out of here. I dont know if he was having a bad day or if it was a racial thing, but thats no way to speak to someone that is purchasing your service. This is a honest review, I would never talk to or treat any of my patients they way this man talked to my husband.

Terry is a friendly guy. His welds could be a lot better though. Don’t go to him after he’s done work for you though saying there is a leak in the exhaust, he gets very defensive and rude. I will not be taking my vehicle back to him for his poor welds or recommend anyone to him. I would much rather take it somewhere else and pay. Ore to have them fix it. Please don’t reply to this. You can pretend to care it alright.

MIDAS Muffler wanted to charge me $804.00+ tax.Father God sent me to Terrys Muffler and he charged me $100.00. My car has NO SOUNDS COMING FROM UNDERNEATH IT NOW.!!! I Praise Father God for sending me to an HONEST MAN.!!!

I spoke to Terry on the phone early in the week and told him I’d probably stop by on Friday for new mufflers on my 2017 Mustang GT. He remembered me when I arrived and was ready to do the job. Terry was extremely careful in every way from start to finish in the way he handled my car to the precision in installing the new mufflers and tips. The job he did was top notch. He made sure the tips were straight and centered. All connections were welded in very thoroughly and he painted the welds to avoid rusting. I would highly recommend Terry for any exhaust work and would use him again in a heartbeat.

I was moving to Tennessee from Kenner, Louisiana two weeks ago and finally had to drive my car up to my new place but needed to replace some pretty rusted out, antiquated mufflers. Not only did Terry replace both for a good price in an impressive amount of time, he replaced them both with superior upgrades at no extra charge. Rene and Terry both provided highly professional, thoughtful and personal service that exceeded my expectations. I made it to Tennessee with zero problems, car drove like a dream the whole way up. Absolutely would recommend to anyone needing auto repairs in the future.

This is not a good place to go get your muffler repair at. in when he say that you have a warranty your warranty does not exist this is the outcome that I had with Terry Muffler & Auto Repair. You know the muffler sit by the gas tank the muffler actually blew up I could have lost my life in this car!!!!!

I had Terrys put a dual exhaust Flow Master system on my truck. He did an awesome job. I love the way it looks and sounds. I would highly recommend Terry muffler to anyone. I hate bringing my truck in for survice for people to work on because past incidents at other mechanic shops but not here. My truck was given back to me better then when I dropped it off. Terry has worked on my cars for 20 years.I have sent many friends and family members there. He has done everything from changing stock mufflers to full exhaust systems. On my current mustang he custom made mid pipe to connect my long tube headers.

This is the second vehicle I brought to him and got exhaust with stainless tips that “won’t rust”. They started to rust after a year and now it’s been 2 years and has only gotten worse. My brothers tips he got from him also rusted.
