I went to this location WILLING to spend some money and bring my car club there to do the same, but within the first 5mins I changed my mind, the female working at the front was VERY dismissive and NEVER even showed interest in a sale or looked me in my face. I asked her a couple of questions about what I was looking for and she just shrugged her shoulders giving me a dismissive vibe, so I just walked out! I want to feel comfortable purchasing rims and tires for my vehicle with at least a LITTLE customer service and this place DID NOT meet my expectations AT ALL. Never again. I wouldnt feel right bringing my club there to make purchases.

I am extremely impressed with the turn around time on products and service! We stopped by Sunday afternoon to look at wheels for our suv and Jose was able to order and have them ready by noon the next day! We had our new wheels and tires installed by Monday afternoon. Thank you guys!

I came this location on Saturday after being turned away from another location, Jose helped me as soon as I pulled up so there was no wait on getting the tires and rims I was looking for, easy and smooth experience I would say, he showed me all my options for rims and after deciding on what I wanted it literally took only an hour to get everything on and they even dressed the calibers for me! They went out of there way to make sure my tires weren’t scraping when I turned and cut some pieces off my bumper with my permission of course but I couldn’t be happier with the way my Jeep looks and with how awesome my experience was at this location, I will definitely be recommending other people to come here! Very unprofessional and overpriced. They worked on my car for 6 days for a 1.5in lift and tires when they told me 2 days. Never communicated with me. I always had to call them for updates on my car. After picking up my Jeep, it didn’t have my new set of tires or drive straight either. Pulls right as soon as I let go of the wheel. I would not waste time here. You will easily find a better deal ANYWHERE.

Not recomended they had to cut my side to fit my tires and they broke my side tire fender and said they were going order me a new one never did they call i kept cheking up to see if it arrive and till this day they havent call me to replace it and plus they load my old tires but they took out the sensors on them they just say they dont now when i call i dont recomend this place !!

Great place went over and beyond to make sure I was happy with my truck. I brought in a picture of a truck just like mine same color and all and said I want my truck to sit just like the one on the picture and they did. I will be back next week to do my Yukon.

Went there for wheels and tires and I knew I wanted an aggressive look for my suv. Once I picked out the times and they picked the tires, it looked way better than I thought it would. They were quick and professional and they really hooked up my suv.

Worst place Ive ever dealt with. Took 3 weeks to get my parts. Then they were wrong they installed anyway and actually lowered my truck. And insisted thats the height it was. Finally order correct size the truck was worse than when I took it in with worn shocks. Not to mention paying not once but twice for thier free alignment with the purchase of suspension. Thats 120 bucks worth of free folks. Would advise anyone to walk thru the door here.

I dont typically like leaving bad reviews, but this tire shop needs to be called out for what they did. When i first arrived, these guys were very professional and knowledgeable, but from there it got worse. I paid 1k down, then they ordered my lift and tires. I spoke to them and they told me that i could drop it off early in the morning on that next Tuesday and they would be done the same day. Well, I called on Monday to ensure they had everything ready for the next morning. They said that they were running behind and couldnt get it in till noon that day. I was frustrated by that, but i understood it. So i dropped it off Tuesday afternoon around noon. Then Wednesday afternoon i called to see if it was ready. They said they got the wrong part for the lift, and would have to get the right one from Ft. Worth and the truck wouldnt be ready until Thursday morning. So it had been over a day and my truck wasnt even close to done. So then Thursday morning, I called and asked how long it would be and they were still waiting on the parts. I waited all day Thursday and they finally got me the truck back around 4 that afternoon. I was waiting on it when one of their employees got out with a McDonalds bag. I guess regardless of how much time they took and my desire to get my truck back after nearly 2 days, they thought it was necessary for this guy to stop and get lunch. They also told me that he had went to get the wheels balanced. However, when i left, the truck was pulling to the left extremely hard. The first thing that i did was take the truck to mechanic who pointed out that all the tires were at 45PSI instead of 65PSI. So he had to add air to the tires. Then he had to balance them. They he pointed out where they dented by side steps on both sides when they jacked the truck up. So i texted their store phone the pictures of the dented side bars and requested that they make it right and repair my side bars. The store responded and set let me send them to OMAR and see what he wants to do and ill get back to you. 1 week passed and I didnt hear anything. Then i texted them back and didnt hear a thing. Now its been a month and they havent said or done anything. So now i have had to hire an attorney. Overall, the wheels and tires look good, but the work done was poor. They took a day longer than they said they would, they bent my side steps on my truck and refused to do anything about it, the went and picked up lunch in my truck without my permission when they knew i was in a hurry to get it back. Then had the audacity to ask me to leave them a good review on google. Seriously??? From what i understand, Omars is a great company. However, this branch is terrible. This is actually the short version of the issues i have with them

Extremely helpful and courteous! Very knowledgeable and they do more than wheels and tires! Suspension, brakes etc. If you bring your own parts them put them on for you as well! Big collection of wheels all the way up to 30 plus! Very clean place! I believe it was Omar we dealt with and was all smiles and very inviting. Thanks man for helping out my mom today.

I bought wheels and tires from this location unknowing that there were tires put on the passenger side that were a different size than the ones that were put on the drivers side. Obviously it wasn’t a huge difference because I never noticed until my two front tires got bad. So confused after finding this out I called them today and I was told I could come in so that they could take a look. I was all for that until I was told that there was NO WAY that my truck left there with my tires being different sizes. WOW! Why would I waste an hour drive so that this company can tell me there is nothing that can be done now that it’s been about a year and a half. Never had any problems with the tires but wondered why it drove so rough. I was told with mud tires that’s what you get so I never thought anymore about it. I’m very disappointed because these tires and wheels were in no way cheap but I can say this I will never do business here again and will make sure that everyone knows what these guys did. Not cool to treat a customer that way. I trusted your company and because I’m a woman you did this. ******** Update- why would you respond to my post and ask me to email you my # and not follow through and contact me. I have now sent you two emails both with my contact information. Very 😡unprofessional. Don’t say you’re going to fix the problem and then not. 😡😡

DANGEROUSLY UNTRUSTWORTHYHad new tires mounted and balanced and did not have tires properly balanced. I drove from Dallas to my home 8 hours away and noticed that my car began to shake. Brought my car to another shop and the technician laughed when he looked at my tires because he could tell they had not been properly balanced just by visual inspection. New shop rebalanced all my tires because they were way off and were dismayed that they did not get properly balanced the first time at Omar’s custom wheels and tires.. they said I was lucky no damage occurred during such a long and high speed drive coming home..I spoke to the manager (Mr. Lopez) at Omar’s customs wheels and tires to discuss what happened. He was extremely dismissive and said that if I had problems with the tires balance that I should just bring them back. I told him that I was 8 hours away. It is unreasonable for me to do that and he insisted that was the only thing he would do. When I asked for a refund, I was dismissed and said that I was making character accusations about him.Please be aware that your life may be in danger if you decide to trust this company. The service provided is not quality.I have the receipts to prove of services rendered.

I had 2 wheels and 2 tires already off the car. they wanted $80 to mount and balance them. Absolutely ridiculous price for a 15 minute job.

PLEASE READ: My brother was needing tires after driving from Colorado to Dallas and still needing to drive 8 more hours to North Arkansas. This place was recommended by a family member. My brother always asks me for advice since I work in the industry. He got them installed on a friday and stayed the weekend in dallas. On Sunday he called me saying his car was shaking at certain speeds when it wasnt before. Right away we figured they didnt balance them. MY BROTHER TOLD ME THE LADY THAT GREETED HIM WAS SUPER RUDE TO HIM AND THE TECH WAS ALSO RUDE WHEN HE ASKED HIM IF HE WOULD BALANCE THEM TOO WHICH HE WAS PAYING FOR THE SERVICE AND REGARDLESS THATS SOMETHING THAT NEEDS TO BE DONE!! The tech said that the receptionist never told him to balance them and that he did balance them anyways. So they knowingly let my brother drive 8 hours on a sunday with a shaking car because of unbalanced tires. Keep in mind every tire shop around our area is closed on Sundays and he needed to get back to work. Upon getting it fixed at home on Monday the tech was amazed no damaged came out of that, he also said only 1 tired had a new weight. My brother then called the this shop to tell them what happened and the MANAGER THERE WAS SUPER RUDE TO HIM TELLING HIM THEY COULD ROTATE THE TIRES BUT HED NEED TO BRING IT BACK. He kept saying there was nothing that he could do, my brother asked to get refunded for the balance since they didnt do the job and he had to pay again to get it fixed. Thats when the manager started saying that my brother wasnt a good person for demanding a handout basically. THIS PEOPLE LET MY BROTHER DRIVE OUT THEIR DOORS WITHOUT A CARE FOR HIS SAFETY AND OTHERS. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

My brother decided to come to this place after seeing some reviews. He was told a specific tire would fit his truck and believed them. But they were wrong and had him driving for days. Who knows what could’ve happened. After the fact that they installed the wrong tires he called them and tried to make a deal by just getting the correct tires in his truck. They never answered. So he then wrote a review and it got deleted... So thats how they have a good review. Not very professional at all. Would not recommend and theirs many other tire places you could go too.

I did lift kit to my truck with rims and tires, I wasnt told if you get financial option they increase the price for around 350, I asked forAT tires and when I went to pick up the truck the smart guy putted MUD tires because they didnt had what I asked and blamed on my that I said ok for MUD, since the 1st day the truck was shaking while I drive so I was needing hub rings, I waited on them over 3 weeks and shippment never arrived if they cant resolve an issue for $20.00 hub rings as a warranty they can either do it for something more expensive, both guys in charge have no men word once you request warranties, all those good reviews must be from friends, here is picture for your info showing the big difference between AT & MT Mr J

I got played they told me something would fit on my truck and they had me driving back and forth for 4 days. Not only was an unpleasant situation and I’m stuck with 4 tires that does not even fit in my truck. Unprofessional behavior coming from a guy named Amir, not only I didn’t get my money back I tried to make a deal on getting my other truck new tires. And I didn’t get a response. I’m never going to recommend this place to anyone.And no sr. One thing about me is that I’m an honest man. I never said they were 18, your worker said they were 18s, and since the beginning I said I know nothing of wheels. That’s why I went there to get help, and yes I probably made the mistake of going there get help, because as soon as y’all ask me for a deposit I payed everything up front because I Trusted you all. Going back and forth was the issue. I was never mad and inpatient. Always talked with respect as I’d like to get treated.

These people are crooks. My husband went to get a tire checked and they ended up “patching” his tire for a price of 20$. The following day, the same tire was still saying low pressure. We went to get it checked out at another location and they ended up saying the pressure monitor is broken but the tire itself is in great condition. We basically got bamboozled by the guys working here!

Paid for a 4.5 inch lift and level to go with my 22x12 inch tires and rims. Well what I got is damage to my truck from the rubbing and had a mechanic look at what is needed and well it needs to be lifted. Thought that’s what I paid for...very very disappointed

This place was terrible. I ordered a set of wheels they called me the day of arrival to tell me they were bringing me a different set that wasnt what I ordered. Then when I got there, the owner tried to convince me to put unsafe wheels on my car that doesnt fit specifications and wasnt what I originally ordered on my invoice. I cancelled the order the same day because he promised to get another set that was still not the specifications. Now the owner claims my financing company needs to pay him for merchandise that wasnt what I ordered on the original invoice, That I also cancelled when he attempted to order another wrong set and never picked up and more importantly doesnt fit my car. Dont do business here.

Changed my tires from one set of rims to another. I took it back for rebalancing and everyone working was very polite. While i was waiting my truck heated up and they were very helpful. They put water in it for me and while I waited the gentleman inside put on a cartoon channel for my two little boys. Very reasonable prices. Really recommend this place.
