Terrible service. Brought my car for alignment. And they charged too much and did a terrible job. Its as if nothing had changed. And when i went to make a claim they denied everything. Like they can see all the bad reviews he denies everything. They are rude. DONT GO.

Had my check engine light on and needed a new battery. Ended up needing a new manifold etc. Ended up costing me $1200 with battery, new manifold, manifold cover, some tests, and labor. I dealt with Sean the service advisor, he was very nice & informative. He explained everything in detail and was happy to answer any questions I may have had. Not to mention my car was ready a day earlier than I was initially told. Heres to you guys at Firestone in Mesquite yall Rock!!! Keep up the good work and positive vibes. You have won a new customer.

Customer service is awesome. This my second car I take for alignment. Both Honda Accord. I will continue to use them for alignmentin the futur, no appointment needed. I recommend them to anyone who wants their car aligned.
Went in for an alternator replacement then got hit with “its still not running right and we’ll have to check the electrical which will be $99.99” drove the vehicle around for 30 minutes with no problems and checked the battery voltage as well as the charge on the alternator and it passed 4 times. Be aware of possible scams even with big companys like this
Went in for a vehicle inspection and they failed my vehicle. They said i need wipers and a new front tire. They could replace it all for almost $200. I took my vehicle somewhere else and it passed. They couldnt find anything wrong with the tire.

The most honest mechanics in town!!!I had my car towed to this Firestone location bc of a weird thud like scraping sound that I began to hear. Out of the clear blue- while driving my car. I explained to Sean the matter I was having on MON.. he called me within a few hours to tell me what they thought the issue was related to that would ultimately amount to roughly 300 smackers with laborand parts.Today I received a call from Sean again only this time he mentioned taht the fix would be easier than they originally thought and that my total out of pocket costs wouldn’t be more than 24 bucks! :) :) :) :) :): ) :) :) :) Talk about honesty!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They could have easily swindled me out of all sorts of cash but didn’t. You cant find that kind of honesty anywhere.I recommend this Firestone off of Highway 80 in Mesquite simply because after today, I trust them with my car over anyone else.Sorry! The first impression is all it takes for this customer!

I had made an appointment online and received a email confirming my appointment, once I got there I waited 30minutes and my car was untouched, I asked them when will my car service begin they stated I still had to wait 45minutes before they began!! Why make an appointment if it is not going to be honored ????? I’m so glad I walked out went to Discount Tire as a walk in and they did my service without waiting !!!!

We came into firestone yesterday due to a nail in 2 of my tires. We called ahead to see what the wait would be as we were from out of town and had a long drive ahead of us to get back home. We were promptly told the wait for our issue would be 45 minutes. We brought our car in and handed the keys over to the man working the desk. Told him our situation and that we had an 8 hour drive ahead of us and he told us how he was familiar with the drive because he was from around that area ect. Honestly, the service until this point was great but then it all went south. We sat and waited for 2.5 hours watching our car on the lift being untouched for who knows how long. But the wait quickly turned to the least of our worries. We begun hearing the man at the front desk talk about how he was going to buy the whole staff lunch and he seemed quite proud of it. Didn’t think anything of it at the time... it was time to pay and both my fiancé and I realized we had accidentally left our credit card in the center console in our car tucked away. When we got back in our car we immediately realized that the credit card was missing but needed to get on the road due to our extended wait and 8 hour drive ahead of us. We figured we had misplaced it. WELL. We never found the credit card but we did find several charges to it the next morning. One of which being the lunch the man at the front desk was bragging that he had just bought all his employees and second of which being a $400+ charge to Apple so apparently he decided to buy himself an iPad while he was at it. Super unhappy with how this all went down. Like really dude. Not cool. Something just flat out wrong about having someone look you dead in the eyes telling you about the lunch they bought their employees knowing good and well it was with your credit card. Don’t recommend going here. Avoid at all costs.
The BEST auto place Ive went to. I went to two other auto shops before Firestone and paid to get my car fixed and it never got fixed. I took it to Firestone and got it fixed the first time around and they didnt try to get me on the price. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Firestone if you need work done!!!
My first survey was not very good for them for 1st day of service even though they were informative and friendly...but I hope this one makes it better. Brought vehicle in first day for certain issue which was not fixed on first visit(something else was fixed)... But returned vehicle next day and they fixed the right initial issue. Always booked. Even if you make appointments. you will be waiting 3hrs for something simple. Plan on spending a day there.They put the wrong size tires on my car. I didnt realize it until it was time to replace the tire due to a leak. ( Went to a different Firestone- they where the ones who spotted the problem) When I purchased the tires, it wasnt in the computer to show that I did purchase them. They never called me back to handle this issue.I stop going to this Firestone.The one in Irving and Carrollton treat you much better. Now I drive out of way for better service, the good thing about it. Im not there the whole day. It took the manager at Irving to help me out.
Did we make a mistake taking our vehicle to Firestone for repairs on Galloway in Mesquite? Probably…My wife needed work done to her front wheel…We took it to Firestone because it was convenient and also the no interest for 6 months.In 2 weeks, we are still having an issue.They initially stated the repairs would be a little over $500. We were fine with that. Those repairs did not fix the issue.We took it back on a couple of occasions and were told the tech who could fix it wasn’t available. We finally took it back on a Saturday and they kept it all day just to tell us that there was another part that needed to be ordered. We took it back to have that part replaced…That still didn’t resolve the issue. There was another part that needed to be ordered. That part was replaced on 1/13/17 and we are still experience the same issue…Firestone has been able to rack up over $1000 dollars’ worth of repairs and have not fixed the issue we initially sent the vehicle in for. They have to know, it’s simply not right to guess at what the issue is, charge for all these new parts and labor cost and still not resolve the issue…Don’t bother calling Firestone corporate support line…They will tell you someone will reach out in a specific time frame…That never happened after calling on 3 separate occasions regarding my situation.
I have brought my vehicle here a couple of times for separate issues. All my issues are fixed the first time. I have always had good interaction with the staff as well. I will continue to bring my two vehicles here for their repair needs.I recommmend this shop for sure!
Came for a quick oil change and to check why our engine light was on, Said it wouldn’t be long. Staff was great and friendly. Just took over a hour before we gave up and left, wish we would’ve not wasted time when someone could have just given us a time to come back or offered some type of appointment to come back...

Very dishonest people went in for inspection they told me my tires were cracked really bad only had 4000 miles on the tires they told me I need new ones not true they cut my tire Im so angry right now I called and asked if they had cameras in repair areas and of course they dont this was my first time going there and my last women beware they are very dishonest!!!
**UPDATE**I went back this morning and the manager reimbursed me for the bill from the dealership for the repairs. I am raising this rating to 3 stars because they did resolve the issue quickly, but I still have concerns about the quality of their work. There was NO oil in my car when I took it to the dealership. This could have easily been a $10K or $15K disaster requiring a new engine. **DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE!!!! It is now confirmed that this Firestone broke the housing on my oil cylinder when they changed my oil two days ago. I had to rush it to the dealership this morning to get it fixed, and i am out $210 for the repairs. I am calling Firestobe today to demand reimbursement for this - if they dont, I will sue them. **Got an oil change there yesterday and today it is running rough, and my oil light is coming on!!!!! My vehicle is less than two years old, and only has 58K miles on it! I hope these people have not irreparably damaged my car. It ran perfectly before, and the oil light never came on. I went in for routine brake pads, they upsold me to do an oil change (which I normally do at the dealership), and now I am terrified that there may not be any oil in my vehicle and they may have done thousands of dollars in damage ....dont let them touch your car!!!!
I left the Firestone off of Gus Thomasson and came here. Glad I did! I came and spoke with Jack. He answered all of my questions, was down to earth and was professional at the same time. They rendered services in a timely fashion and when a problem arose they were looking for a resolution instead of just turning me away. Go see them!

I made the mistake of purchasing a new set of tires - along with road hazard - from the store on Gus Thommason Rd. Whenever I go there to get my tires rotated & balanced I leave there with issues. I tried this store hoping for a different result but was disappointed. They did not reset my TPMS & told me they could not patch my tire & wanted to charge me $95 for a new tire. I still have a lot of tread left on my tires. We took my tire somewhere else to get fixed for $5. *** EDIT *** they also did not balance my tires & showed on the paperwork that they did.

I walked in at 7a on a Saturday morning, to be greeted by a kind guy named Jack who welcomed me, looked my customer profile by phone number and checked me in quickly while i enjoyed a complimentary cup of Keurig coffee, free WiFi and a comfy lounge with TV in a clean friendly environment. New manager Billy is a real peach.Class A knucklehead, lazy and full of beans.This place was always great Bud the mechanic is really great and very through. We have the lifetime alignment too, plus balance amd rotate. They didnt balance the front and wanted to charge $1,100.00 for a new drive shaft went to Drive Shaft King of Dallas $103.00.Billy leaves much to be desired.
To be honest I have been placed in uncomfortable situations with firestone shops and employees. If I could do zero stars I would I got there 30 min before they close. I tried to get there as early as possible but I had work. I had warranty for my tire and for some reason they could not find the receipt. I have spend thousands of dollars with this company I knew I had warranty. I verified I had warranty by phone before driving 20 min from work to that shop.They dont care much for your safety I left with almost a flat tire because I did not want to give them any more money. They dont fix the problem they just make it worse. NTB is better service and will explain everything made sure I was driving safe before I left.

I used to love this place but after today I will no longer be returning here. Apparently they have a new manager and he is so very ride. He made it a point to announce that the old manager got fired for not doing his job. I know for a fact that is not how you act when your running a business. His attitude was the absolute worst. I explained to him that my husband and i had purchased lifetime alignments and he still was going to charge me. When I asked him why i was being charged for something I already paid for he very rudely told me that he had to pay his mechanic for doing it even tho I had already purchasedthe lifetime alignment. Also when I asked him how long it would take he told me 3 hours before he might be able to get to it but yet there was only 2 cars in the parking lot. Bottom line of you want your car taken care of and you want good customer service and friendly people dont waste your time at this location. Also I think his name was Billy or something like that!
They took care of me the same day I needed my alignment. They offer a $200 lifetime warranty on alignments also. Any corporate location.
Im very satisfied with the work done today. Just be prepared to make an appointment if you need an alignment.
***Update (06/13/2019) Hi, everyone. I have a strong belief that if you tell about the bad in a situation, you must also bring up the good. Since leaving my review on 05/17/2019, this location has made strong effort to restore my trust . After making my complaint, the store manager apologized and admitted the error. Once he spoke with the area manager, a resolution was offered, which I accepted. Although this was a stressful situation, I have to give them credit for owning up to their part. I, too, have been able to see my errors as well. As for the main gentleman I worked with initially, weve spoken again, and I believe there was some remorse. Although my new vehicle is on a service plan through the dealership, I wont rule out returning when its all said and done. Time has the ability to heal all. Thank you, FBG, for your consideration to my complaint. For the readers convenience, my original post has not been edited.***I brought my vehicle in on 05/15/2019, with concerns of my transmission. Now before I go further, it’s now realized that Firestone may not have been the best choice; however, if you didn’t know, you didn’t know.When I turned over my vehicle, the “gentleman” (whom happens to be one of the managers) was advised of my concerns with the transmission and that I noticed a “thud” sound when the car accelerated and decelerated. The “gentleman” reported they would take a look at the transmission and inform me if there were any issues.On 05/16/2019 (I willingly left the car there overnight), the same gentleman updated me on the car status, reporting there were no concerns with the transmission, but, there were a whole lot of other issues that needed to be addressed. Knowing that most of the repairs were needed, I allowed them to make the repairs, since I was under the impression the transmission was no longer a concern. I spent an estimated amount of $950.00 and took the car home believing all was well.While driving into work this morning (05/17/2019), I noticed the same “thud” sound I complained about on the 15th. After spending $950.00, this was the last sound I wanted to here. I immediately called the store, to inform the associate of my concern. The associate acknowledged that the technician noticed the “thud” sound from the transmission; however, he explained that Firestone does not specialize in this area.I could’ve died when the associate told me this. A lot of headache and money could’ve been saved if the “gentleman” had told me Firestone doesn’t specialize in transmissions when I dropped it off. Now I’m out $950 and still have to worry about the transmission. I feel that my concerns were ignored and that this “gentleman” was only concerned about revenue.This was a hard lesson learned, but I promise this: because of one “gentleman”, I will never spend my money at any Firestone again. Hope it was worth the revenue. FYI, I had been a customer all of my adult life, almost 20 years.
Firestone in Mesquite has consistently provided quality care of our Honda CR-V and Chevrolet Impala since 2013. In our experience, they are courteous, professional and honest. We are blessed to have them care for our vehicles.

If you go during the week, during business hours, you are taken care of courteously. This is when Ive often gone. If you go on the weekend when there are a ton of customers, you might be treated as I was, dismissively and borderline rudely. It was so off putting, I immediately went somewhere else for my car repair and didnt come back for months. I think they do basically good work, but I feel iffy as to whether or not their prices are competitive. Also, they dont have very competitive tire pricing for the area in my experience. So, I still visit them sometimes during the week, but I never go on the weekends anymore when they seem to have younger, less courteous men behind the desk.

I took in my quest for alignment and balance, and Bryce the manager, asked me if I would like to visually see their brake service recommendation, he should me, and I understood why I will be needing it very soon....If you have the time to wait, oh yeah they have free WIFI now too, I would this way you can see and make an informed decision instead of having to decide over the phone.
Mr. Sean actually showed me what was wrong with my rotors. And gave me a thorough explanation of what can happen...They didnt try to oversell me either...Work was done professionally and correctly...and for that I gave them 5 stars...

These guys are professional with stealing your money. They over charges, over promise, but never delivery on they word. Go in for a oil change and leave out with problems with your breaks. The manager is nice in the beginning but a complete ass after they get your money. Please by all means avoid going to the jewella store. Wish i could have gave them zero stars. By the way they wont give you the number to corperate or a district manager

Had 4 tires Installed and they left a sensor off the rear, so I returned the next morning to be treated very rudely by the person I spoke with, he was very unprofessional. Moms car broke down in front of this place and two guys came out to help push her car to safety off the road. They then gave her fast courteous and honest assessment of her problems and had her back on the road again within an hour.

So this was all bad!!!! I had an oil change appointment set for 10am and I dropped my car off at 9:30am. Its now 1:40 and they yet to have my car done. I walked in to check on it and one of the representative told me it will be another 45 min. ARE YOU SERIOUS! WHATS THE POINT IN SETTING AN APPOINTMENT!

I went there today for the first time in a while to have my car inspected. I told them I hadnt done much maintenance and had a little bit of money and asked what volkswagen recommended maintenance for my car was. They showed me a list of three or four different services. I told them one was way too high (Like $250) and I didnt want it. I was under the impression it was an air filter because thats what I was led to believe so thats what I said. I know the employee knew what i didnt want done because I had made a comment on the excessive price. I showed back up to pick my car up for a bill of about $430....They charged me for the service I didnt want. Told me thats what I said I wanted. I will never go back.
They replaced my rack and pinon last year, stated that I would have a warranty, it became damaged not even six months later. i went back to get it fixed..but only the part is under warranty not the labor...DO NOT GO HERE.

Excellent service on my BMW, a good detailed information about the problem in my car, they fixed in one day for a half price of the cost at the dealership, thanks to the manager José and his staff I was driving my car in the same day I left for repair.
No matter what tome you go in it is always 6 hours or more to get your vehicle in. Went in at 830 and was told 3pm before it would be seen. Firestome has really gone downhill in tje last year. Just a few weeks ago the Galloway location tried to rip me off saying parts were not available and still wanted to charge me after having my car for 24 hours. Took it to the dealership and sure enough parts were there and it was repaired the same afternoon. Stay away from all firestone shops.
If I could give a negative 5 star I would. I took my car in to fix my check light on. The man up front told me originally it would be 200$ to fix with the 70$ fee to have a diagnostic test, then a few minutes later said it would be $470 dollars because he was looking at the wrong part, and instead of a 30 minute job it would take 3 hours. Whatever so I take it in to fix it, and only took them an hour, so I questioned why I was being charged for 3 hours when it only took and hour. Then they said that was just the fee and it didnt matter if it took 4 hours it would still be the same price! I called corporate and all they did was transfer me to the man I spoke with, and he told me he never said that. He also wouldnt give me the number to his boss. They told me to call back tomorrow but Im sure it will be the same bs run around . NEVER go here

Walk in help sitting behind counter with bisquit in mouth ask can i help you as bisquit is flying out mouth hmnm. Ummm its an hour an half wait till i can maaaybe get to it. Im not really complaining now that this has happend around 3 times. But it could be just me. Maybe im too demanding lol. An i didnt have an apt either tho right.

Set up a appointment for 10 am to get my car alignment. Spent 40 minutes waiting to be talked to about dropping off my car(only 2 other people in the waiting area). They didnt seem to interested in finding out what I was there for so I just left and went to the pep boys down the street.

Horrible service, only one person working. Came in with a coupon $99 for brake service got a bill for 514. Waited three hours to get the estimate went to dealership and got the entire service for $129.
