I went next door to pep boys and my original quote was 1400. Absolutely insane! I called GM and they were able to fix my problem for 900 same day all easy peasy. Absolutely will be coming back here! 10/10 recommend

Stop ripping people off, they do not fix your car are very dishonest. Worked on my car and to fix ac got home ac not working. said the could fix my service engine light that was on I kept having too go back. Why you ask? Because they took me for 1400.00 dollars. I am a senior my husband is disabled. I thought they were nice, but they are wolves in sheep clothing. Please check reviews before you trust companies. Took my car to another shop with outstanding reviews. Had four leaks in my ac systems. They fix all four for 275.00. Then I call to tell them tell I am thinking i would take them to court to recoup some of my funds. Then I called to let them know what they did not do to my car. I was told if I called again they would call the police. Disgusting!

Best in town. Matt is the guy you want to talk to. Gave me all new parts and my old parts !!!! Best Buy in town. Doesn’t try to sell you something you don’t need. Needed a battery for my bmw and needed tie rods done. 400$ parts and labor with a free alignment. Gave me a life time warranty ! Amazing. Very nice and professional. Had my AC serviced for Freon. The next day no air was blowing. Took it back and was told it was something Electrical that would take three days to fix for $1,400.00. Took my car to another automotive shop and was told that blower needed to be replaced and there was nothing electrical need to be replaced

This shop is good for minor repairs Batterys, changing plugs, belts, wipers . The Dealership hourly labor is 120 and hour if you are going to to save 5 for 10 dollars it best to take to a dealership and all the employees are certified. The dealership takes Credit cards and Debits cards and get a full report . GM they request to pay cash and give a genetic receipt with the amount only .

I will say they are wholesome people, I voided my warranty by adding a part, which I had to do I can keep traveling. Instead of me paying full price again they did cut in half. Thats what I call human..good place to go.

Fraud services!!! Oil changes not accurate. Needed high mileage 7 quarts and this service only added 5 quart as next oil change service due 1000 miles but would have locked up transmission if honored that result. I recommend to not use this very dishonest service shop GM Auto as both my vehicles were serviced there caused me more money to pay going to another mechanic shop to service my vehicles which help identify problems on both resulted from using GM Auto.

Got an alignment when I left the car was not even steering straight. And paid 150$ for both the rotation as well. when All they did was switch my front and back tires. Something I could have done myself.150 dollars to waste. Another place just looking to scam people out of their money. Something told me not to go there when I was pulling in. Should have listened to my gut.

Let me begin by saying this place is a total rip off.I went there to get a tire, they gave me one price upfront but when the job was done they gave me a another price. In addition, they asked if they could take a picture of my ID with their cellphone if I decided to make a payment by debit card. I told them to take the new tire off and I will go elsewhere. They told me they would have to charge me 20.00 bucks for state taxes to put my old tire back on, and threatened to keep my vehicle if I didn’t pay within 3 minutes because it was time for them to close for the hour.I called the cops immediately, the cops came to resolve my problem.This place has not customer service friendly and are rude. I will never recommend anyone to this place.Please people save yourself a trip and do not go this place is a headache.

I will bring it up to a 5 star when i actually have car back in my possession as repaired and able to use the car. This place did a brake job and left a bolt either loose or off. Had to get it fixed on the side of the road where it locked up my wheel while driving. Took it back to the shop to give them a chance to make it right and they continued to lie and give the run around. This was the most unprofessional experience i have ever had and hope no one else has to deal with this because it could have been more serious or even deadly.

Very dishonest shop to come to that just wants money I dropped my vehicle off to get diagnosed without taking anything apart which was also stated from my warranty company month later warranty didn’t cover any coverages but I had to pay $675 over the phone but he changed it to $500 as I arrived in person to receive my car back he claims to took the engine apart and put it back together to diagnose but before I stated without taking anything apart but I pay the $500 to get my car I pop the hood everything was the same nothing has been taken off or put on.. there was same dust and leaf Debris all on top of my engine and inside my valve cover as before when I first dropped it off and if the engine was torn apart they would have had to buy a new bolt kit to put the engine together as the old ones would no longer work after taking the heads off so I paid $500 for service that wasn’t even done to my car or they was gone hold my car knowing no service was really done to it The new shop I took it to for a engine swap also said my old engine was never touched and they took pictures and videos of my old engine to see if I could get in touch with someone above gm auto to take care of this situation

Matt did a great job with my car. I been to so many places but this was the only place that knew what was wrong with my car. I can never go anywhere else.

We have had a very bad experience with this company. They charged way too much for a service that they barely completed. When we took the car we had one problem and we left with many. They promised that it would be fixed in order to get the money and I am sure that they broke other things just to assure that we would come back. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY TO FIX YOUR CAR. You may as well go to one of the other places that are right beside on either side (Pep Boys or Firestone). Definitely regret coming to them.They also don’t wear masks AT ALL.

Just go at your own risk, I have move on to someone thats honest and take pride of there vehicles and even notice if some else is wrong with your vehicle with you knowing it 🙄

And they put bad tires on our car when they were suppose to be brand new.We’ve been arguing with the owner for a week and one of his employees came out and told us this happens all the time and that he does it to every car/ customer that comes in.So DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY!!

I was on my way to go get my oil change somewhere else, and got a flat tire around the corner so I stopped here to change it. First time here, the employees were helpful they explained what was going on with my tire alignment. Even got my oil changed here for a lower price than what I’m used to paying. Definitely recommend, will be coming back!

Had a tire blow out in the middle of the day. They were able to get us right in, source a replacement tire, and have it installed within 15 minutes! They did a great job, and had a comfortable waiting area. Great prices as well!

Then in the mist of doing my tune up they informed me to get something else that needed to be done which would cost more. He gave me recommendations and options, as opposed to Jiffy Lube that tried to charge me 3 times the amount for things I didnt even need done to my vehicle. Took my car there to get an alignment and got an education on car maintenance. The staff was informative, helpful and very knowledgeable. The prices are best in town and they got me in and out.

I usually don’t do reviews but I took my Dodge Caliber to get maintenance, paid $300 and the problem is even worse now. A small oil leak turn into a bigger leak. My car is now underivable as its my only transportation. Please go to a name brand auto mechanic and save yourself the headache

These people are not honest. Friend took her car in for an alignment after I replaced the struts. They said one of the struts wasn’t installed correctly and that it would need to be replaced before they could do the alignment. I took it to NTB the next day and they said everything looks fine and had no problem doing an alignment. They lied about the car struts being damaged and was trying to have unnecessary repairs performed. Glad I took it somewhere else. Car drives great now.
