This salon has a well-trained staff and great management. They stay busy here from opening to closing. You want long nails with great shapes and beautiful nail art, definitely request or book an appointment with Rachel. Highly recommend!!!

I went to get acrylics with a design yesterday. the lady was nice enough but was more focused on talking to the other ladies in the place as well as another customer. my nails came out bubbly and messy. i paid $45 for my short nails with one design nail and tips while my friend paid $60 just bc her tips were a little bit longer. not worth $45. not coming here again.

My wife & I have been coming here a few year now & I must say that weve never been disappointed in their services. From Daisy, Mimi to Que & Im sure the rest, you can get your nails designed any way you can dream of. Its always clean & the music Noah plays is always just as relaxing as they make you feel. I recommend a mani pedi with a massage or maybe a personal wax. Come to a place where the service is professional & youre always greeted with a smile. I give them a 10 out of 10!!See you there....

Super crowded. Had an appointment still waited an hour to start my process. My toes look good... but my gel manicure is ratchet. Big globs of polish in two or three places. For 105.00 it should be perfect. Also I had huge chips only after two days. Ridiculous. I will not return.

Weve tried 3 times and there will not be a 4th try. I ended up with 7 cuts 9n my feet and toes. My daughter got a large cut on one finger, polish left on her fingers and her nails are not even filed correctly.

I had my nails done less than 24 hours ago. And it already looks like i need a fill. Very sloppy work. All nails are different lengths. They never once checked to see if they were equal. Also the paint job is so bad...*The pictures are all the same manicure but the first picture is without flash and the last 2 is with. *

Kept going back hoping it would be like it use to. Ive been going here for years and it use to be good but this is how my nails look after my manicure today. I keep them short and natural due to work but this is terrible. I asked the tech to fix them....this is AFTER her corrections. Less than 2 hours later and Im taking the polish off and redoing them myself. Also, the same tech told me I was doing a bad job on my own with my eyebrows, which I only get waxed at this establishment so whos fault is that!?There are only 1 or 2 good techs here and of course, they are always booked up so good luck getting in with them.

Do Not Put yourself at risk of fungus/brittle nails. I just returned from a girls trip. Had my nails done with acrylic set. Went to this place to have them removed as for my profession they get in the way. Im from Arlington, but had to in the mesquite area. The place looks nice outside. The techs station is filthy. Nail clippers rusting. Did not see barbicied container anywhere. Tech used the electric grinder to grind away acrylic. She grind away my natural nail too. Even after I kept telling her it was hurting. Now my nails are extremely weak and breaking off. They hurt and doing the minimal work with them is painful. Will be reporting them.

I got a gel manicure on Friday afternoon 4/9/21, almost every one of my nails had what seemed to be bubbles, the bubbles popped and wet polish came out from under the top coat, then the top layer began to peel away. It’s Saturday afternoon now, I still have wet polish coming out from under the top layer 😡

Ive also been going here on and off for years, mainly for convenience. Theyve gotten worse each time. I went last weekend and got dip on my nails (my natural nails) plus a pedi and was charged $85!!!!! They did a good job distracting me while charging me extra, Ill admit. Ill surely be taking my business elsewhere the next time. Bad business. The least they could do is honest business.

I just love my Honney, but i got a shock about a price Increase AFTER I received my pedicure, not a large amount but Id definitely like to know ahead of time to make sure my services are covered.

I love Layla’s! I have been coming here for years and now my mom comes here also. We love Becky! She does amazing pedis, my nails always look great if I get acrylics. And she never cuts my fingers up with the drill. I could take any Pinterest inspo pic to her and she would recreate it perfectly. She’s just super talented at what she does!! Go and get the milk and honey pedi, it’s my fave!!! 💅💅💅

Laylas is great if you get the right person. I suggest Annie, Becky, or Kayla. Their prices arent too high. Thwy have alot of color selections for regular, gel, and powder.

A minute agoHad an appointment set for 10:30. Didnt get attended to till like an hour later. Then they gave me a guy who had no clue on what he was doing. He left my nails looking like chiclets. When I told them that they were wrong all they said was is okay no worries. And then charged me an arm and a leg. Drove all the way from oak cliff for a bad job. There is also a lady that I guess does not like hispanic people cause she just kept staring at us saying god knows what. And they do not practice social distancing. All the pedi chairs were full.

So upset with Laylas.. I have given them chance after chance and something always goes wrong. Always very long waits, messing up the nails, cutting me multiple times and now over charging on services. I took 3 girls in with me and spent almost $200 for very poor services. They told the girls they would be charging more for what they wanted, but wouldnt come to me to discuss it. One of the girls ended up having to get a length she wasnt wanting/happy with just so it was cheaper. Also have the excuse that the brochure prices were incorrect so that is why they say it verbally. Not acceptable and will not be going back.

I drive all the way from Quinlan to get my nails and toes done here. Annie, Dan, Becky, pretty much all the ladies are great. Always best to make an appointment as they get very busy.

My first and last time here. Great customer service goes a long way, they simply did not do that here. The lady that did my pedicure asked me 3 times if I wanted a higher priced pedicure option to which I answered the same answer no thank you.. Her quality of service seemed to go down from there, apparently she took me not wanting to pay more too personal. Before she began, I asked if she could help remove my in grown toe nail because it was really hurting! I pointed at it, showed her how my skin beside it was somewhat red, she said OK. She filed, cut, filed some more with absolutely no care or concern of the pain it was causing me on that toe. I had to remind Ouch that hurts! About 2 times too many. She used her nail and squeezed that toe pretty hard when trying to wipe away access nail polish and I just about kicked her! I stated AGAIN that it hurt. She laughed and said OH sorry baby. 😑. Needless to say I think the little $2 tip still have was to $2 too much. Her paint job is like a 5 year old now that Im looking at it in better light. This place is a joke. Oh and the $25 pedicure option was suppose to have a 7 minute massage. She massaged each leg for exactly 2 minutes.

My sisters, my mother and I have been to laylas day spa multiple times it is always a good experience. They go out of their way to make you feel welcome and make sure you have everything you need. The manager walks around making sure to talk to everyone and make sure they are happy with their service. Every time we would ask if something was extra the manager would assure us its no extra charge. You could tell the customers happiness is held in high regard here. AND we got free bags of coffee at the end!! Excellent hosts!!

I had a Laylas pedicure done with gel nail polish. The work was below mediocre, the polish was uneven and showed patches through the polish. The polish was on my skin and not cleaned off around the edges of the nails and the polish was not smooth. After bringing attention to the poor quality of work the gel polish was removed completely and I was offered to have it all redone, after already being there for two hours I declined. So, even though I didnt get any polish on my nails I was still charged full price....for an uncompleted service done with poor quality.

Becky was awesome. It was a little busy when me and my boyfriends sister walked in, but we picked out a color and were seated immediately. When I told Becky what I wanted she immediately came up with another idea, which was better than my original. When I picked out an acrylic color, she brought me another one similar, and let me choose which one, which was nice and ended up being closer to what I wanted. She left my nails as close to their original length as possible, just like I asked. Theyre so smooth and look so nice! My only complaint is that my nails were done before the color was put onto my companions toes when we were seated at the same time, which is why I only gave 4 stars.

My normal nail salon was closed for Easter, so I swung by here to try it out. They say me almost immediately and I had two people working on me instantly, one on my pedicure, the other with the be gen on my fingers. The woman on my pedicure tried to up-sale me multiple times, although I kept insisting that I wanted the Deluxe instead of the next-highest priced one. It was a little uncomfortable. She rushed through my pedicure after that. She was nice, though, and helped me pick my color to match the me gen on my fingers. She was polite, but she could have done better on the pedicure that I did pay for.The woman doing my fingers was attentive and listened when I told her a nail was misshapen or that they were still too thick, could she please file them more.I was in and out in one hour, which is amazing! I am giving them 4 starts only because she rushed through my pedicure. But overall, a polite staff and a nice environment.

Disappointed on my first visit. I got a dipping powder manicure. The lady was nice but she cut me 3 times with the drill. Also, the way they removed the previous powder is horrible and it took forever. Its been 1 week and 2 nails are already chipped. Never going back :(

Pretty bad. I went in since I was in town for holidays and I always get the dip powder, this time I asked for matte black and it was terrible. My nail artist was sick and had to take a break in between to eat... ok. When she was done, a few hours later the dip top coat formed bubbles and started to peel, it chipped and was lumpy and uneven.Never coming back. My mom liked her pedicure tho lol

After my best friend and I were completely overlooked when people of another race walked in I was upset. My friend got up and said something to them and they completely brushed it off like they didn’t care and proceeded to still seat that person and her friend at the pedicure chair. We will never come back here.

Left my usual nail salon, Red Nails, after waiting 30 min in a chair without any help. Im in a rush for a party at my house by 3pm so I was looking forward to an hr to myself and some nice looking toes. Was so bummed that I was just going to head home.Decided to do a u-turn and come to Laylas Day spa. Best. Decision. Ever.Waxed brows, manicure, pedicure, gel nails, margarita, and massage later.... I am so happy! All in one hour.Im so glad I made that u-turn and my other nails spot kept me waiting. This is the gem of Mesquite.(BECKY had the best customer service skills than any other nail salon employee I have ever had Im 15 years!)

Ive lived in several different cities/states and have always gone to get my nails done, waxes etc. and Laylas is by far one of the best. The staff is extremely friendly, after my first visit they gave me their cell phone numbers to text when I was ready to come back. I believe all of these horrible revues are probably rude inconsiderate people that dont know how to socialize and be friendly when getting a service done. I would recommend Laylas to anyone. Also they always give me goodies when I leave just as a thank you. Regardless of if you are paying for a service or not. You should be polite and friendly. And you will get the same in return.

Had a mediocre experience. Amy did my nails. She was pre occupied with whomever was coming in the front door. she kept getting up tending to other people leaving me sitting there looking crazy with my nails half done. what should have taken twenty minutes took an hour tops. she rushed through my nails and they look mediocre. They are also in the middle of remodeling. The two stars are for the other techs whom where attentive to their customers.

My nails are the worst I have ever seen. It looks like my 11 year old painted them and they are supposed to be dip. Ive been getting my nails done for 19 years and never had them look this embarrassing.

I visited this nails salon because I was highly recommended by family and all I can say is terrible. I schedule an appointment for three people and none of us were taken till an hour later. Then when I complained and let them know, I sat down for my manicure and they we extremely rough with me and my friends. They talked a lot of mess about me and my friends and laughed at us as well, my nails and best friends nails also broke within the week and the length was different and I asked for coffin and some were coffin some were square. I wouldn’t recommend this nail salon to anyone. I can’t even believe these people have a license to do nails especially with the bad customer service they have.

OMG...This place is genuinely the worst. The quality of work they do is unfathomable. I wonder if any one employee are actually certified. Ive never seen work like this in a professional setting, ever! The polish is super cheap, the work is not neat, the service is eh. My sister and aunt were both bleeding while getting pedicures. In addition to my pedicure, I got my eyebrows waxed. In the private rooms are towels to lay your head on. The owner wanted me to lie on a towel that had hair from the last patron. (Blank Stare) Unsanitary at Its finest. I have $18 left on my gift card that I want to regift, but Im afraid. Smh

The service here is hit or miss. Some days you will get someone who takes their time with you and other days they will try to have you in and out as fast as they can. The atmosphere itself is nice and clean, however it just seems like you pay too much for the service you get. They will always try to push the most expensive treatments, yet it is never worth it.

I’ve gone to this nail salon a few times. Got my pedicure & manicure, unfortunately this recent visit the gel nail polish has fallen off not even a whole week after my visit. Really disappointed because I’ve gone there before & my prior pedicure lasted a whole month. For the price I paid, I would’ve thought the gel nails would last. Good prices but rushed & the work comes out bad.

This is the main nail spot Ive gone too, usually when I get a pedicure I get good service BUT recently Ive gone twice and both time Ive had the nail techs completely disregard me when I walked in & then they roll their eyes at me while I was waiting. I got up to leave and thats when they wanted to approach me and ask what I wanted to get done. I was surprised by the way they treated me especially since Ive been there before for pedicures. Im not one to complain AT ALL! I just want to warn people!

They are always rushed, and you are lucky if the same person stays working on you the whole time. The staff is nice, but very inattentive and always talking to each other even across the store...and having a good time. It is like you are on the outside of a secret party where they have to deal with you because they want your $$.

My first experience here was not that great. As I entered the spa no one acknowledged me and once I was acknowledged it was rude. The lady that done worked on my feet was not professional and has poor customer service skills. I also noticed that this place is considered upscale but they take many short cuts considering the price that they are charging for such poor service. The place is really nice but the workers have no customer service and the products are very cheap.

I came here because they had the chrome polish. But I guess they want to make sure your nails dont last. Nor did they attempt to make my toes match my hands. Happy they had the polish but my nails are a mess. Look what i paid $92 dollars for.

My friend and I came to get our nails done. As soon as we got there it took a minute to explain what we wanted because they had a hard time understanding English. I got called straight back to the chair while they made my friend wait for 30 minutes! There was employees just sitting around talking and then they called 2 people back and ignored her! I was told by many people that this place was very nice and I was going to love it. So i took my mom and sister there with me to get our nails done for a wedding....total mistake! They took forever with us and they werent even busy. They lady i got messed up 3 times with the nail and she left a whole bunch of bubbles and air pockets in my nails. They when I went to dry them, she grabbed my hand and messed up the paint!! I was so upset the main lady came over and tried to fix it and she didnt do much. Then my moms nails were crooked they didnt even file them right, so when i complained again the main lady came with a file and tried to fix it, and my sisters nails were ok but they were rough with her hands that they became very sore (shes really tiny anyway). I will never go back again horrible experience. The only reason I gave it 2 stars is because they tried to fix the problems we were having.

They are really nice people but I payed $40 to get my nails done on Tuesday and its Friday now and they are already breaking. They look really good but I had one break because they are too thin. I dont know if I will ever go back to them if my nails keep breaking

I walked in and was not acknowledge... at all. It wasnt until someone on the back yell something about me waiting that the manger got up and greeted me. Once I sat down for my pedicure, I was asked which pedicure I preferred. I chose the Laylas which entailed a scrub and 10 mins massage plus a few other things. The pedicure started just fine. The woman started working on my feet and got to the point where I was to get the hot towel wrap. She get the towels wraps them on my legs and I sit up because I see something odd. THE TOWEL WAS DIRTY! Down right disgusting ! It had skin shavings on it!!! I bout lost my mind. This place is unsanitary and the workers are rude. Keep ya money!

Today is July 4th 2016, it was very slow so I thought I wouldve been taken care of pretty easily. The girl doing my toes was only using one hand and talking on the phone with the other. My toes look like I let a 5 year old child do them. Then, while I was getting my toes done a guy came and started doing my nails, also talking on the phone. I told him that I wanted powder nails and he let me pick the color then he started doing my nails. He started to DIP my nails into the powder instead of actually putting it on my nail with a brush like Im used to. By the time he started filing my nails I asked him to fix a couple crooked nails and he barely put the file to them. Overall, I have crooked nails and messy toes. Only gave this place one star bc I cant give them 0. Never coming here again I HATE IT HERE!

Horrible place !!!! They upsell you on stuff and they get mad when you say no. They treat you rudely and are upset while doing your nails. Horrible place, will not be coming back! When I got to the register to pay they “accidentally” added a tip and when I told them I didn’t want a tip they got so mad. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!! THEY ARE SCAMMERS!FIRST, MY daughter went to have a white french tip done. The girl never spoke to her, cut her three separate times enough to bleed and did nothing to stop bleeding. When she was finished and went to pay, the woman told her $25.00 which she paid. As we approached my car that same woman was chasing us, claiming we owed her another $10?? I asked reason claimed solar powder but I told her that was BS... also the place was untidy and dirty.

Only reason I give two starts is because my nails looked okay after my visit. I’ve gone here twice. First time wasn’t all that. Me and friends went, but they had been here before only returned because our normal place was closed. That time was normal nothing special. This last time, I was by myself, decided to go on Memorial Day. Regular place was closed and I broke a fake nail and needed it fixed. Long story short. I left there almost wanting to cry. Unprofessional(kept answering her personal phone) Inexperienced (using the mechanical nail filer too much, causing me pain and kept getting the side of skin by my nail) and charge too much( 25 for a fill Should have just re done it all fresh) Whom ever did my nails did not understand what “ouch” means and kept doing it over and over again. Laughing..??? Then another worker ran right into me and stepped on my foot when I was headed back to my sit, looked at me, didn’t apologize just asked me if I wanted a pedicure???? I was so confused. I will not be returning.

Called and they told me to come back. They then encouraged you to get the dip. I did and they look horrible. Bumpy, one hand shiny, the other isnt.one hand is much thicker then the other. And very over priced. 👎🖓

Horrible, not recommend at all, I took my mom for There for mothers day and she ended really mad and upset, The lady who took care of my mom, was talking and talking with her co-workers, and stopping every minute instead of concentrating on what she was doing, my mom asked for a French manicure, horrible work disgusting the white line was halfway​ of the nail and crooked I wish I had pictures but I ended up doing the manicure for my mom. The only good thing is the lady in the front desk she got some kind of desability she was super nice and care. Other than that. BAD

I went there for a pedicure and the lady who provided service did not give me the massage that came with my package. Plus she dug into my big toe around the edges and it is sore. Seemed like she was angry with me because I didnt want anymore services that she offered. I was really nice to her but she had a attitude. I mean if I dont want anything else, I dont want anything else. I will never go back because she made me feel unwelcome and i hope it was only that and her not being prejudice.

Every nail shop depends on tech. My nail tech Tiffany always gives me A1 service. I always love my nails. The only reason i dont give five stars is some of the pedicure techs speed through pedicures. So ive been dissatisfied with my feet before but again with every nail shop you gotta find the right tech.
