They are very helpful and inform you of all the documents you need to locate to be able to start your case.

Absolutely terrible!!!! first i was given an attorney that said she could not appear for my court date because she has a meeting that day. Spoke with a manager and got another attorney who decided to call me at 12pm on THE DAY BEFORE COURT and says she now has covid and has to be quarantined...spoke with the manager again and was told she had a stand in..that stand in now says she is busy with out of state cases.....bottom line these people are a JOKE and will not help i am now forced to defend myself since i cant afford to hold off another 2 months. DISGUSTING!!!

I can never get intuch with anyone. I have called 40 or more times it be nice to be able 2 get someone on the phone...

The Legal aid helpline is a joke! I spoke with an intake specialist over a month ago. I was told that some would contact me soon. No one from the organization has ever called. I have been calling ever since but no one answers the phone. I have waited on the phone for over an hour on more than one occasion and I always get disconnected. I have even sent emails and no one has ever replied.

THEY HAVE NOT ANSWERED THE PHONE IN 2 DAYS rings once then hangs up omg

I called as directed BY THEM and left message after message after message and no return call. When I went in person I was told someone from Raleigh would call me back. They did, but then informed me we have no answering machine I have the calls recorded! Let hand does not speak to the right and they do not update the system or inform other agencies using them if any policy changes.

After sitting on the Phone. For 45mins.they Couldnt help me.Noone never Call me back....

So far so good. Everyone seems to be professional and helpful. My case is still open and Im still being helped by legalaidnc.

I tried to get through to these people every day for almost a week and a half. I never got a person on the phone.

The lawyer I had MADE do a custody agreement and now my son is in danger of disappearing... Horrible
