Never going anywhere else. Although they happened to be understaffed the day I went at no fault of their own, they got me in as well as several others quick, with a smile and good conversation! Highly recommend! My nails were exactly what asked for and the tech did a GREAT job!

Clean, sanitized and current with Covid regulations. Loved the job done on my toes and feet, that moisturizer and hot rock massage was incredible. My gel nails are gorgeous!

Horrible Pedicure - the young lady was only interested in getting me out the door so she could go home. I definitely will not be going back.

Received a gift certificate to this nail spa and was pleasantly surprised with the service! Detox pedicure included scrub, charcoal mask, warm towel wrap, and hot stones. Very pleased with the time they took on the massage. The atmosphere is a bit lacking.

I have been coming here for pedicures for 10 years. Ana is the best and always does a great job. On days where they aren’t busy, she has spent almost 2 hours working on my feet and massaging my legs. I have tried pedicures at other places where I get my dip nails, and nobody compares to Ana!

The Best Place Ever, Ive been going there for over 10 yrs, I travel to them no matter whereI have lived. I currently live in Heath and travel the distance every few weeks. So does my daughter.Always a great experience and good job on nails. I love it.

I dont like leaving bad reviews b/c sometimes, service can just be off but I have to warn ladies about this place. I got a pedi and dip powder mani on Wednesday, 08-08-2018. The lady who did my pedi cut into the side of my toe and even broke off a piece of her orange stick into it. At the time, it didnt really hurt so I didnt complain. It is now Monday, 08-20-2018 and my toe is still infected, oozing and painful. The dip powder mani lasted barely a week before lifting. I went in with natural nails that needed a manis TLC (shaping, buffing, etc) and I had to tell the tech (elderly gent) to do that and I got charged on top of it. Sorry but if Im getting a dip mani, why are you charging me extra for the mani part??!! Lifting started the Saturday after I got them done. The basic pedi was $25 and my dip mani was $35. Stupid me, I then tipped $10. Now, thanks to these folks, Ill most likely end up going to urgent care to get some antibiotics and have my toe cut open and properly drained. Stay away! IDK how they got such good reviews on Google.Update 08-31-2018: Developed staph infection and currently taking antibiotics. Super gross!

Wifes nails were ok but had a few noticeable flaws

They are always in a hurry and will tell you a certain wait time so you wont leave! They rush through the eye brow waxing and are not that good!! Had to go home and pluck the ones they missed!!😡

Poor work done on my nails with the dip! Nails turned out uneven, bumpy, and some of the dip color wasnt even on my nails. Very unhappy and diappointed. Dont recommend this place!

I went to get my nails done for an interview because I was in the area. I went back the following day because the top coat began to chip they only fixed my thumbs and they buffed then down so they appear to be a different color than the rest.

The woman that did my toes did a wonderful job but the intoxicated man downing coffee was trembling the entire time and did an awful job on my gel nail manicure.

This place is extremely CLEAN and all the people are very nice. You need to go to this place.

Nail tech was very professional and skillful about fills & repair of nails

Poor service got there around 6:45 was told 30 mins turned into an hour.. Everyone was talking their time on the person nails they were doing knowing they were about to close at 7:30pm.. One of the guys got done and was acting as if he didnt want to do my nails knowing they was about to close I ask for the price for a fill and a broken nail he told me I questioned the price he jumped up and said let someone else do your nails.. Very rude I told him I never said I didnt want them done he still continue to get pack his thing.. I ask who the owner and a guy says me!! Rudely I ask whats the store i d he pointed to the walls I told him how bad of service I gotten he tells me we were busy I told you 30 mins.. The guy that was going to do my nails continue to agure with me as Im walking out bad service! And calls me stupid.. All that and I sat for an hour..

Most of staff was good. Lady that does French tips has no customer service skills and my nails were horrible!!
