I went today to attempt to get my nails done, this is the second time I’ve gone as I go in, the lady in the front screamed at me and said CAN YOU WAIT! & all I said was I need a pedicure and manicure then I asked how long is the wait this rude lady is going to tell me Long and I proceeded to ask How long is long and she kept saying long long time as if she didn’t want my business and she started to tell me 55min I don’t know I just walked out and left her talking to herself! No customer service ! & I love how the other lady did my nails which is the only reason I came back but because of this I WILL NEVER BE COMING BACk!!!

Ann did my nails first experience here I was desperate to hurry up and get my nails done after few days my nail broke went back up there to replace it after another few more days two more nails broke went back up there to get them fixed then again another nail broke so I was going to get a fill since I’m going on vacation they turned me down saying no one wants to do my nails very unprofessional so I got a fill a Layla’s where I usually go Cindy did my nails there also Kim does my nails there photo from Layla’s

I received a pedicure from this salon and was not at all pleased with the results. I got white polish which I understand is a little harder to manage but at a place that advertises professionals I expected them to handle it. I had to go home and clean up the edges of my toenails myself and I also had an allergic reaction to something they used (which is not their fault just thought I’d mention for those with sensitive skin)

I’ve been to this place twice & I am very pleased? The employees are great & I love my nails every time & the price is great.

Best nail salon in Texas.I have been to numerous nail salons all around Texas and this is by far the best. The prices are amazing!! The staff calls you by name each time you walk in the door and treat you very well. They have hundreds of solar nail designs alone. Other places Ive been to just offer the pink and white. Here you can get any design, shape, or color. They will even try new things if you request it. These people are amazing. I have been going here for 4 years and they really deserve some great recognition.

I’m giving this the most honest review I can.They were nice! I got matte black nails and I just don’t think they knew how to properly file them I have streaks and bumps but I also got gold see through nails on two other fingers and those are shiney and look great for $35 it was defiantly $35 nailsFinal review: Good from a far but far from good.

I wish I could post a video or a pic of this place on a Friday evening. Three people in the chairs getting pedicures and two chairs open. There are two people waiting. Five people waiting on a full set of nails. I’ve been waiting for an hour. All nail techs are fast except for the owner. Y’all know who she is. We need more nail shops in south mesquite. This is ridiculous

Small place, parking is limited but wouldnt go to any other place, these ladies know their job! Also, i recommend calling and booking your appointment.. walk ins are welcomed but the wait is very long!

Do not come here!! i asked for gel nails and the way that the lady did my nails was so fast and they came out really bad. i nicely asked her if she could do it again and she talk to the people around her, soaked my fingers in alcohol, then had me take off my own nail polish.. DO NOT COME HERE!!!

Terrible service. I got a pedicure, when they called me back and I placed my feet in the tub of water it was COLD. I told the lady I wanted it hot she added a little hot water then asked if that was good. It was still cold but I didnt want to complain. The woman proceeded to scrub my feet she applied very little pressure when scrubbing the sole of my foot. Then she called someone else over to paint my toes. She stood over the woman who painted my toes, once that woman completed the polish the original pedicurist put on a top coat then put those flat flip flops on my feet. As she did that she scraped the polish off my big toe & sent me to the dryer. As I was examining my feet, the polish was very clumpy & uneven. Not to mention a portion of the paint was missing from my big toe. I originally asked for a manicure as well. But as I saw the terrible job they did on my feet I told them i didnt want any additional services. I paid my bill & politely dismissed myself. They did not ask what was wrong or if I was satisfied. I drove to another nail salon and got a manicure and polish change on my toes. I do not recommend this nail salon.

I really like how they do my acrylic sets because they have a big color selection and they can actually do designs and gems that other places dont know how to do. The place is just always packed and I would never get my pedicure there because they dont use the plastic covers... but their work is good.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I went in today to get my nails done. Picked a color I like in the dip, however they insisted I get powder even though they didnt even have the color I wanted in the powder. I was already in the chair with tips on and because I didnt like the color they chose in the powder they told me to go find the color I want while they START on another customer! Even though I already waited 40 minutes and had my color picked out! Theyre VERY unprofessional and only care about money NOT customer service! I will NEVER go back.

Great place for pedicure, but not nails. I had my nails done and after getting the nails taken off my real nail had an infection on it. The guy was not helpful with the situation at all. The least he could have done was offer me a free solution to fix the problem instead of trying to charge me. I will never get my nails done their again.

Let me start off by.... I am NOT a picky person at all and always willing to see what other places are able to offer and I always keep an open mind in understanding nail shops are always busy but I do AGREE IN GIVING THE BEST COSTUMER SERVICE IN A BUSINESS ESPECIALLY WHEN SOMEONE IS PAYING MONEY AND TIPING AS WELL!The place was crazy packed!(which is very understandable at a nail salon) but when you aren’t even able to keep up with who arrived first or second! And doesn’t even ask just goes ahead and assumes after you have been waiting for almost an hour ?! I went ahead and just let it be and not go ahead and judge the situation.Finally after 2hrs I finally get a seat to start getting my nails before she even started to touch my hand I specially said TWICE and slowly I wanted a Manicure with DIP..... she nodded that she understood and began to file my nails.... completely ignored the fact that I wanted a manicure and proceeded to file down... like I’ve said before I’m not a complaining type of person! But I did mention to her for the THIRD time that I wanted a manicure and dip... she said it again she understood but now with an attitude and started to pull on my hand roughly and with an attitude and being very rude and rushing through my nails.. the lady didn’t even speak to me the whole time she was doing my nails NOT ONE SINGLE WORD. She started to prep my nails next thing you know she is applying ACRYLIC on my nail NOT DIP like I’ve told her THREE TIMES in a nicely mannered way! Obviously the lady doesn’t care what I wanted and was just in a rush to get me out of there! At this point I’m over repeating myself and just over the whole place! Finally she finished told me to go wash my hands so I left my things at the seat I was sitting at because I was coming back, as soon as I got through washing my hands I turn to return to my seat and she already has someone else in the seat working on their nails and just placed my things at another seat without even letting me she was done with me or she was moving my stuff for me!That was my final decision that I won’t ever return to that nail salon and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU NOT TO GO HERE! UNLESS YOU WANT TO PAY TO GET YOUR NAILS POORLY/RUSHED DONE, WAIT A LONG TIME, GET REALLY BAD AND RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE!My nails literally look horrible and like I’ve said before I’m not a picky person at all but I also don’t spend my money in a place where they don’t care how they leave your nails after you are paying for service and also tip!Lesson learned always go with you gut feeling when you don’t even feel welcomed when you first walk in!

Love this place since my friend told me about it. I save about $15-19 from places in Forney. Mia is my fav but all are great. I posted several pics of nails they have done for me.

So I went today (4-14-17) with me and my sister to get our nails done it was her first time and she was paying it with her own money, by the time she was done they were charging her $29 and they told her at first I was going to be $22, when we asked why they said it was because she got hers longer and coffin shape, when I told them that they should have mentioned that first the owner turned around and said they can cut them off if we wanted to pay $22, I do not recommend this place to anybody!!! There prices are always different and there rude! And they charge extra for everything even if your a little kid!! Just horrible!! 😡😡😡 We work hard for our money!! We should at least be notified on what we are spending it on and why!!

Was my first time here, and I absolutely love it.

My daughter and my niece went there yesterday and Ann did my daughters nails. They charged her $51 for ONLY a gel polish change on her toes and nails, and $5 of it for 2 nail designs. Nothing else was done. Ann removed the polish with the sanding and half-assed painted them. You could see through the color on her nails and they were lumpy from the uneven painting of the gel coats. I called first and the one on the phone was pure rudeness. Then I get up there still calm and Ann is rude. I told her all she needed was 1 more coat on her nail and she would be good. She preceded to sand everything off and say she is not doing it over take money back and go somewhere where I would be happy with my nail. Im looking at her like..are you serious? You and your coworkers have been rude, mean, and nasty and I have still tried to breathe through the foolishness. Im saying to myself, customers must really act up.in here for you to rather give money back then fix the simple issue. But now I see.. my first time in there and they were rude and very unprofessional. WILL NOT BE GOING BACK! I pray for a change, or theyre going to have some major problems coming.

Ann did my nails twice and Jacked them up! When I asked her to fix it she had an attitude!! I worked hard and for me to be treated like this is unacceptable!!! I asked for a refund and she didnt make the time to do so, I had my kids waiting on me. All I know is shes is bad for business!! Dont go to her. Im so pissed!!! What is so hard to give people what they asked for? You definitely dont need to be in a customer service business! I want my money back!!!!!!!

Horrible service. My daughter could not pick a color fast enough so the lady took off her nails that was just put on and told to leave. I paid for deluxe pedi and it was bad. Nothing in the water, did not cut nail, cuticles or message my feet or legs. They did not even put a top coat over my nail paint and told me I can sit to dry or leave. Will not go back again.

Idk about the bad reviews but they are ALWAYS very sweet, and accommodating. Vivian is my go to girl....I havent found my go to pedicure chica yet but the 2 Ive had were good :) I would absolutely recommend this lil nail shop!!! Prices are very reasonable.

So I came here for just my hands and then decided to get feet done ty is her name be caution with her because I was on the phone she felt like I didnt pay attention she did even massage my legs didnt even use the rocks that icing on the cake is after seating here for 2 hours the owner come to me and say I have other appointments coming in after I waited so long and then got my feet done when it was not good at all rush throw the bottom was not even done correctly at all like its a very challenging location be caution and please be aware of ty she dont care are even have passion in what she is doing be caution and what I wanted they said they dont have all the products to do the nail work I wanted like this is a nail shop who dont have Product of their own advertising so confused on this not sure what it is are today just was not the day I wish I could post videos on here but unfortunately I can’t

Stopped by on my lunch break with a friend, we had made an appointment before hand So we would not wait that long for our pedicure and nails, they took us back to do the toes first after waiting 15 mins then we had to wait for another 15 mins to get our nails done, when I sat down the lady said I need a new set. I have been getting my nails done for 20+ years, please dont tell me when I need to get a new set. I know when and how long I can go in between sets and what I can have done. I am paying for my services. Please do not try and get more $$ out of me when I know I dont need to. I dont think I will return to this place.

I been going to this place over a year, always overlooked the attitudes and how they speak about you( in their language)...so I went in today and asked for a color I found on Pinterest...Lena began to do my nails, but I wasnt the color I asked for. I told her I didnt like it and asked she take it off. She began to speak and the others joined in. I made an appointment for 4:30..She asked that I pick another color and get my pedicure...which meant I would have to wait even longer!!.. When Im there, I spend over 50.00 to 60.00 dollars...and I always tip!!..I walked out and will NEVER COME BACK! They only care about money, not making the customer Happy!!

Being new to the area, its hard to find a good salon especially for eyebrow waxes but they did exactly what I wanted and prices are reasonable. Ill more than likely go back.

Never... Ever... Ever... Will I go to this place!!So here is my horrible experience. On Sunday, I decided to go to this nail shop since it was nearby. I got my pedi & manicure done at this location. The job was not worth the price that I paid. On Monday 4 of my nails broke... I went early the next day to get them repaired.... Well the place was closed. My luck by then another nail had cracked. No problem. So I decided to go back to this same location to get my nails repaired. FIVE nails broke in 3 days. I got to the location, explained the problem, then waited. While waiting the owner told me that I need to get the Gel nails and not the dip because she said when you work too hard with your hands (illustrating typing) the dip will break. Smh... because first she does not know what kind of work I do and two... What if I took timeoff for the holiday.So the same lady worked on my nails... She looked at my nails and said NEXT TIME YOU GO BACK TO WHERE YOUve BEEN GETTING YOUR NAILS DONE. I could not believe what she said so for clarification I had her repeat herself several times. She said you go back and dont come here no more. By this time, I am irrated. I said to myself... Keep calm, get your problem fixed and get the hell out of here. This horrible nail lady is rushing and is pissed that she is having to fix my 5 nails. She was rushing so much that she dropped the sealant brush. So there I go picking it up from the dirty floor. I handed it to her and there she goes putting it back in the bottle to use on the next customer. As stated in the beginning... Lesson learned and I refuse to give anybody service that provide a HORRIFIC experience.
