I was referred by a client of mine after letting her know I was a faithful client of over 8 years at my last nail shop but they would never execute designs and when I would ask if they could it was always eye rolls and terrible service. Being said I went in had a some reference pictures ready to settle but told her to do her thing and Cindy literally Nailed it!!!! So sweet the whole time and checked in with me to make sure that they were everything I wanted! ❤ Just like that Cindy won me over, these are going on for over a week not one rhinestone has fallen also a big plus!!

This is my go to Nail Shop for about a year now and Cindy Lee is my girl! Shes a nail GOD! She know how to do different designs and everything. The nail salon is also clean and follow Covid guidelines really well.

Nice came off in few days and cost to much for the quality of the nails also very slow.

Good place to come get nails done.

Went for a pedicure and he literally put some oil on my legs and feet and rubbed it in for maybe a min. Not exaggerating.... wanted to walk out and not pay but now I know, and will never go back. Not sure how they are in business!!

They did a great job on my daughters nails for her school events and just a great job on my nails overall. They are very reasonable.

If you in early to get a full set and u already have an old set on be prepared to wait over an hr and them to work on someone else. They don’t take appointments and are walk in only.I was first in line to wait and then had my nails soaking for over an hr and Chrissy went to help someone else. They care more about the money then their customers.

VERYYY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Krissy told me to come back in a hour and when I came back someone else was in my spot then when I said something she told me it’s been over an hour and she already started on the other girl names “which she didn’t” mind you I was sitting in there before I left for an hour and 30 minutes BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

Haven’t been in yet but it’s ALWAYS FULL and mostly black women are the customer so I think this is the place to go for beautiful nail designs.

Great the service is always great.. My eyebrows are always on fleek and my pedicure which isnt gel by the way last an entire month. They are very friendly and never trying to upsale you. All of the nail techs do beautiful jobs. Dont let the small size discourage you please go I promise you will not regret it.

They are the most nastiest Nail salon I’ve ever been to in this whole entire world 👎🏻.... first time I went there they made me wait more than an hour and the owner was keep talking bad about other customers and her employees who weren’t there smh .... Jason did a horrible job ... charged a lot of money .... and my nail came off in 2 days when I called and try to voice my concern the owner hung up the phone saying you are wasting my time... we have business too ... but we will never treat our customers this way .... I will never recommend anybody to this place .... very unprofessional people

They do a very good job, but they need more workers, the wait could be 1-3 hours, they are not so friendly to new customers, they treat there old customers a whole lot nicer than there new customers, everyone should be treated equally.......

Here’s what you need to know:* There are no appointments so the services are first come first serve* All the nail techs do great work, Jason, Tommy, Christy, Ms. Lee, Cindy and Jenny.* The pricing is reasonable for the quality of work* Mid afternoons are not as busy as when they first open* The wait for Christy in particular can be hours* Christy has loyal clients who do not mind waiting for her and she receives a lot of referralsPlease visit their Instagram page (@jobenail) to see why there’s always a substantial wait.
