I decided to treat my bestie to mani’s & pedi’s, her normal go to location was booked! We googled and found forever nails & spa! I’m so happy we did they weren’t busy the quality of nails was great we were in and out and the staff is super friendly! Lane did my nails and I absolutely love them!

I have been waiting for an hour. I don’t know in what world telling a customer you have time for her request then making her wait OVER AN HOUR so I can’t leave and go to another place because everywhere is closed is acceptable. And also this place is gross. Look st the tools in my pic.

Lee does an amazing job at shaping, but every single time my acrylic nails fall off even sooner ! I went the Saturday before Christmas, and just a week and a half later and my nails are falling off ! His wife is good at massages for pedicures, but not for painting nails . I asked her if she could go over a couple more times with the color I decided on and she said “no, it’s the color” . Lee never talks back like that ! He lets me know from the beginning of its going to be difficult to paint on and recommend another color, but she was arguing with me saying she was not going to go over it ! I used to be a loyal customer, but they take longer and longer each time and the results aren’t what they used to be . I will for sure be going somewhere else from now on .

The nail tech kept cutting me on my fingers and toe nails and didnt pay attention to detail very well. Also disliked how they did my pedi. Wont go back but they were very friendly though.

This one star is only because this Rate and Review forces you to click at least one. My granddaughter and I had the worst experience ever! This place is disgustingly nasty and looks like it is never cleaned. The floors were filthy and the walls were disgusting. The chairs were severely worn but were in working condition. But, just sitting there looking around at all the filth made you question whether they actually cleaned their utensils very well. Three nail techs worked between the two of us. Two were extremely slow and one of then did lousy work and argued and did not want to correct it. I finally had to get another nail tech to re-do the work. My nail tech was really fast and did good work. Bless her heart, she needs to go to another salon so she can build and keep her clients. We will NEVER go to this nail salon again!

Best place to go period they are very nice people me and my mom go together every two weeks the prices are great and so is the customer service lee and his wife make sure I walk out of that place with a perfect full set and pedicure every time I go many people are complaining about the amount of time the services take but It’s well worth waiting for they take their time and make sure it’s done correctly! I absolutely Love it there!

I would of rated this place A 5 the staff is nice, they did a good job, but the fact that as soon as my technician was done with my pedicure she tossed the file and buffer she had just used on me to the technician next to us, to use on a customer! That is not sanitary, I won’t be returning sadly, I will just keep on trying to look for a decent clean salon.
