We moved here from Illinois. Our daughter lives here also. The apartment complex has all the amenities of resort living. It’s well kept and always beautiful! The apartments are updated, clean and spacious. Pet and child friendly but also plenty of space for adults to hang out. The staff is very attentive, Roxanne especially has been a great help to us when we have questions or concerns. Highly recommend San Piedra!

My boyfriend and I just moved in a little over a week ago. So far, it’s the best apartment that I have lived in! San Piedra offers opportunities to connect with other residents and they’re very easy and accessible to communicate with themselves. All their amenities have been fantastic, plus, the complex is located in a perfect area! Everything you need it just minutes away! They definitely have exceeded my expectations ❤️

I have lived here for almost 2 1/2 years and love it so much that I just renewed my lease. The level of service I have received from the leasing office is top notch and any maintenance requests Ive needed have been handled promptly. They do a great job at keeping the grounds well maintained and the amenities are amazing! My kids especially love the pool and playground. My neighbors are all super nice and there is a sense of community here. I feel safe and love how quiet it is here. This is by far the nicest apartment Ive ever lived in and Im happy to call San Piedra my home.

My family & I love it here we just renewed our lease! How can you go wrong beautiful landscaping, resort style pool, on site gym, and cant forget the FREE yoga classes being offered right now. Best part about San Piedra to me is our amazing onsite staff and maintenance always willing to help and with a quick time frame. Lastly wonderful neighbors make it a great community!!

We found this place in October 2019 and FELL IN LOVE WITH IT!! We worked from out of town to reserve a spot to rent close to the pool and they picked one somewhat close which was PERFECT less noise they keep the property very clean the staff is very helpful and nice. Any issues ( which have been very minimal) with the apartment maintenance is right on it from air filters to changing a light bulb etc...I am glad we picked this place the pool area is like having an OASIS in your very own backyard...with GUESTS included LOL!! the pool area is never over crowded!! And is open 24/7 year round!!

My fiancé and I moved in about 6 months ago and we LOVE it. The price is high but so is anywhere right now. The amenities are beautiful and the complex is well taken care of. They truly respect us and our wishes of not coming in for simple fixes that we could do ourselves (light bulbs, air filter) as we have dogs who are not always nice to unfamiliar people. The apartment is perfect for the two of us and we are so very pleased. Anyone who has come over always compliments how well done the kitchen is. Other complexes in the area wanted to charge us more for less space. I would highly recommend San Piedra to anyone looking to move!

Lived at San Piedra for over a year and moved out 2 months ago into a new house. We loved our apartment. Maintence staff was always quick and professional. The leasing office staff were very helpful. Shout out to Roxanna and Aaron who always gave my dog a treat when we walked by the office. Also, shout out to Connor and Joseph for being amazing maintenance workers. If I ever had to live in an apartment again, I will definitely be choosing Mark-Taylor.

Like any other home/apartment complex, there are some ups & downs, do not expect perfection, but the people who work here are exceptional! They seem to enjoy their job, always make you feel at home, and seem to genuinely care about you & your family. Though the cost of living is a little higher here, the atmosphere & people make it worth your while!

My wife and i toured the apartment complex this past weekend with Roxane. She provided a wonderful tour - was very attentive and answered all our questions. I look forward to moving to Arizona in the future and enjoying all the amenities San piedra has to offer.

I would give 10 stars if I could. I visited this property with my Daughter this past Saturday and was blown away. The property and apartment homes are absolutely beautiful. The best part about our visit was the excellent customer service we received from Jordan. He went above and beyond.. Thank you Jordan. San Piedra is lucky to have you.

This apartment complex cant keep me safe because they cant enforce their own rules! Maricopa County has a mask mandate and they will not enforce the County mandate. I should be able to workout in the gym and not have to worry about getting Covid19! I really wish I would have not stayed another contract!

DO NOT LIVE HERE!! I’ve lived here for almost 5 months and ever since I moved in it’s been nothing but a huge headache. I don’t know if I’m the only one but it’s been one thing after another, from my cabinet breaking due to poor assembly to the constant infestation of bugs that has yet to be resolved regardless of multiple pest control visits. Never have I lived in a complex and had to deal with as many problems as this one, especially not for the amount I’m spending here a month. I can honestly say I am truly disappointed and I will never live in a Mark Taylor community again.

This place is amazing! Reasonably priced for all the amenities offered. Staff is super friendly and helpful. The whole complex is immaculate and you can tell its well taken care of. I love my new home 😊

We were cautious when starting our inquiry, but Kylie was just superb. She was direct, open, and extremely gracious. We had many, many, MANY questions, and she was both patient and cheerful. The one question she could not answer, she immediately reached out to get an answer. I have never been made to feel so welcome. Couple quality construction, meticulous maintenance, impressive cleanliness, and far above-average amenities with the genuine care and concern that Kylie exhibited, and you have a winning opportunity for resort-style living. I rate it as a MUST SEE if you are considering apartment living in the Mesa, AZ area.

David was very helpful and made us feel very comfortable when explaining the property details and pricing options. He was very professional and I was impressed with all the amenities this facility offers. Great location and reasonable pricing. My fiance and I are excited to call this place our home.

FOR THIS PRICE AND AWFUL COMPANY, JUST RENT A HOUSE. Do not rent from any Mark Taylor apartment complex unless youve got a few extra thousand dollars when you want to get away from them. When we moved in, the staff was so nice and helpful and knew us by name and were just all around great. Then they did a full staff change and things just went downhill the last few months we lived there. We finally got a house and a few weeks after moving out, Mark Taylor sent us nearly a $2000 bill for a full carpet replacement, painting, and cleaning fees. It took me about 5 minutes to find multiple reviews from other mark taylor residents saying they were charged for full carpet replacements for no reason. Lets begin with the cleaning fees. They sent us a copy of our move out inspection and we were charged heavy cleaning fees for just about everything. The pictures attached were things like a single piece of hair, a leaf that probably blew in when they came in, a counter with absolutely nothing on it, and I could on and on. Even if you hire a professional cleaning team, god forbid they miss a piece of hair or a small section of dust on the top shelf no one can reach, youre getting charged a heavy cleaning fee. The paint they use is cheap, any furniture you place against it like your bed, desk, couch, etc., it will leave a large black streak that cant be cleaned. So dont let your furniture touch the walls or youll be paying for painting! Our vacuum broke mid move after a piece of plastic wrap was sucked into it and we were unable to finish vacuuming. There was no visable staining on our carpet or any crusty spots, and they decided to rip the carpet up and charge us for a full replacement. So apartment 2069s new tenants, enjoy your new carpet and enjoy paying $1200 for a replacement when you leave!! Supposedly there was stains from pets in all the rooms, but thats not possible when our dog wasnt allowed in two of the rooms. The pictures they provided of said staining were blurry and shadowed by the person taking them, which made the stains look bigger. i wanted exact locations they said were stained and no one would provide it for me. based on what i could figure out, the staining just happened to be where we had furniture. The kind of people who live at the complex are awful too. If you go to the amenities, its just a bunch of entitled old people sitting around talking bad about people, i caught them talking about us multiple times and didnt hesitate to let them know. And the tenants below us were the worst neighbors Ive ever had. They would bang on their roof when we would be sitting there doing nothing. they put in noise complaints when we walked around at night or if our dog jumped off the bed. we all worked nights and couldnt complain when the people above or below us were loud. Neighbors from their apartment app would complain about our cars being too loud but again, would never say anything to my face. When we moved in it was great, and now I wish I never stepped foot in the San Piedra office. We are now paying less in rent for a two story, 4 bedroom house with a backyard and full stainless steel kitchen. dont waste your time with this luxury apartment complex.

I find it odd, and somewhat disturbing that a person would/could leave negative feedback simply because they cant afford the rent at these apartments! Apparently they have not done much research into apartment pricing! Our experience with San Piedra has been spectacularly positive! In fact, every single contact and interaction with San Piedra/Mark-Taylor has been IMPECCABLE! They have catered to our every need, and have been highly proactive in ensuring our soon-to-start lease will be not just painless, but highly positive and successful. They have exhibited every single behavior Ive wished for in previous landlords, and, coupled with the quality of their product, I am truly excited! PS- If you are interested in a SUPERIOR rental experience, combined with top-of-the-line amenities, you really should visit San Piedra! PS- Ask for Kylie!!!

The apartment feel more like a condo/penthouse. The finishes are very good quality. High cealings,big beautiful kitchen with granite countertops, white cabinets, beautiful really good quality laminate wood looking floors. My apartment is in the back, so I get to see beautiful Arizona Sunrises and Mountain views from my balcony and my master bedroom and living room windows. Just a gorgeous apartment. Best apartment I have ever lived in in my life and Im from New York 😉.

Our apartment management here at San Piedra held a tenant appreciation event last night. It was a Poolside Movie party, showing Captain Marvel. This is one of their bimonthly event series, each themed differently. This one was far above the typical popcorn and soda event some other apartments offer. They hired a catering company (Party With Neighbors), and provided an impressive spread: Barros pizza, (enough pepperoni or cheeses pizza for 2-3 big slices per person), popcorn with multiple toppings, tons of candy varieties, soda, and, oh, the adult beverages! Coppola Claret, Manage a Trois Cabernet, Coppola Chardonnay, Pinot Grigio, Jack Daniels, Skyy Vodka, and much more. Drink tickets? Nope- totally open bar, as much as you like. This was a total class act. The apartments are upscale, the amenities are upscale, and their events are upscale. The only thing thats missing are high rental prices. So far, San Piedra is a bargain ( albeit a high-class bargain)! Cant wait for the the August shindig!
