I’ve lived here since day one of opening pretty much, honestly don’t ever want to move out. Maintenance is top notch, pool is better then any resort you’ll go too. Idk how people can give this place a bad review. People complain about neighbors...? Don’t live in an apartment if you don’t want to hear anyone ever.

Aviva is an awesome place to call home. Stayed for a year for my dental residency. From start to end, the admin and the maintenance were amazing. Coming from Canada, it was very hard to physically tour the unit, but everything is like you see in the pictures. Also a very safe place to live! I would definitely recommend.

So far this Aviva has been amazing, Laura helped us with the leasing portion and was very helpful. I’m already impressed with the office staff. I haven’t seen all of the amenities yet but I am excited to see a place run by people who care, I can only imagine it will be great. I will update this as time progresses.

Where do I start?!?! Aviva is A.M.A.Z.I.N.G! If I could give it 10 stars I would. The ladies in the leasing office are simply the BEST! They welcome you with open arms, they know your name and the best part about them is they feel like family! But it doesn’t stop there.... The maintenance guys are also just as topnotch as the Leasing gals. The Maintenance team is prompt, and VERY professional. They work their butts off to make sure everything is topnotch around here! Aviva isn’t just a place to call home it’s like living at a resort. I LOVE my Aviva family! Thank you to all the staff here at Aviva for making this place an awesome place to live!

Great place to live if you like your resort style pool and hot tubs being used by half of East Mesa every night. Loud partying and yelling till after midnight is common. Expect no help from the Management !

The best apartment complex in Mesa! The front office ladies are phenomenal-- always eager to help with a smile on their face. You cant beat the amenities! Heated pools, oversized spas, extensive gym, dog park, large elevators in every building, Valet Living, the best neighbors, great maintenance staff-- when I had a minor issue they were here within 24 hours and had it taken care of. Excellent place for a family, there is so much to do for kids-- swimming, media room, park (although I do wish the playground was bigger), grassy areas to kick a ball around, games in the clubhouse. Community oriented complex-- potluck every week and other events. Plus, its right off the 202 and close to the 60.

Aviva Apartments has been hands down the best place we have ever lived. We love the Mark Taylor community but the staff here has really stepped up their game at this location. We have worked closely with Tamara and Cassandra who are both wonderful to work with. You can tell they genuinely care about their tenants and that their needs are not just met but exceeded. The property alone is gorgeous, we feel like we live at a resort! But I got to say the tenant experience is what makes this place the best. We love Aviva (:

I absolutely love living here! The staff is on their A game everyday. In addition, the warmth that they show surpasses any place Ive ever resided. I would and do recommend Aviva to everyone i speak to. Cassandra and Laura are the best. Laura does everything she can to be sure your entire experience is a great one and with goes with ease. Cassandra is in a class by herself. Ive followed her since she was my leasing agent at Lakeview. To me, shes more than a leasing agent....shes FAMILY....Aviva is by far the best, and puts even the 5 star resorts to shame.

Wow! All I can say is that I had a terrible experience when I was meeting a friend at AVIVA yesterday. My colleague and I were not bothering anyone when we were targeted and racially profiled by a woman who identified herself as some kind of apartment patroller. I should have ignored her and took it as a joke but because I am student and had a long stressful day I did not understand what was going on. My question is what probable cause did this woman have to ask us whether we lived there or not? Even if we dont what gives her the right to treat anyone in that manner. She said that if you are a guest you are supposed to have the tenant be with you at all times. I would like to see that policy in writing because they handled that situation suspiciously. There are many professional students in the area who invite their friends to study there all the time. I doubt that these women have asked a non-white person the same question I was asked. My friend talked to one of the ladies in the front office and even she already knew it was all about harassment and racism. The front office has messed with the wrong people and I will definitely escalate this issue further. My name is not listed but you can figure out who I am since this happened recently.

This place looks amazing, but it seems like its more for people who would like to retire or live in a silent place. I moved in just a couple months ago and already about to be kicked out due to people constantly complaining about my household WALKING in our own home. I also have 2 puppies which Im trying to train and they are left home alone for 2-3 hours out of a day and we get three complaints in those few hours. Maybe its just the neighbors that we got but everyone seems to be rude, even the office people except for 1, Cassandra, which has been such a great help to us when we moved in. This place just looks nice but definitely not worth the price. I moved in with high hopes and Im already ready to move out. I hate to do it but this place isnt much better than 2 stars.

No complaints on my visit!

My girl and I were driving by for a late night meal tonight and noticed the apts. They had VERY BRIGHT lights that lit up the entrance that made it stand out and got our full attention. We were so intrigued we said we HAVE to come back tonight after getting our food as they were the nicest apts weve ever seen!! We cruised around mind blown at the scenery, set up, the blue lights on the inside where the pool was, how clean it was, fitness machines around the complex the whole SHABANG!! I definitely have you guys saved as I am highly interested in potentially renting an apt there!! I just have a few questions that need to ask before doing so. However, GREAT APTS so far!!

Cassandra just saved my life! Her personality and knowledge of the property is amazing! Aviva is beautiful new construction, with so many great amenities! Its luxury living without the pricetag! I cant wait to move in!
