I have been living at level 550 for about a year now and I love it. Everyone around me is so nice and never had an issue. Every time I had a maintenance issue Andy would come fix it by the end of the day. I appreciate Andy for always figuring out what was wrong and fixing it so quick. Audra was also a great help when I had questions about my lease or anything in general. The area around level 550 was safe and a lot of great stores near by. My friends live here as well and they enjoy it here too. They offer so many different activities and it’s a great place if you have any fur babies. I would recommend it to anyone!

Lived here for 2 years. As someone who works from home... Pros: Quiet. Not too much noise. Even on weekends. Very pet friendly. Pretty much everyone that lives around you has at least one dog or cat. Lots of open parking spots which is great when you have visitors. Maintenance crew is always on top of any issues you run into. Area is great. Walmart, freeway, several grocery stores 5-10mins away.Cons: Overpriced. rent for a 1 bedroom is just way too much especially for the size. They do shut off the water randomly with if your lucky an hours notice. Its always an emergency repair. Also both pools randomly close. Sometimes with no notice. At night the parking lot is very dark. Not enough lighting.

The application process was so easy and quick. They had it done within a week. The grounds on the front side of the property is so maintained that the pool looks like a resort. When we moved in we noticed a few things about our unit. We had a small dent in the wall which is a easy fix. Then we had cabinets above the refrigerator crooked which is unfortunate. Few leaks under piping and shower nob not sealed correctly. We also noticed a small gap in the front door which lets bugs and heat in the apartment. I submitted these issues four days ago and havent been fixed yet. Im sure they are backed up with requests. Overall me and my girlfriend is extremely happy with the apartment. I wouldnt pass this one up.Update.They fixed our issues with our unit. These maintenance guys work really hard in the AZ heat. We really appreciate them for the sense of urgency.

I lived here for two years. After the first few months I got some new neighbors on the south side and you could tell the walls were paper thin and some new neighbors on the 2nd floor who seemed to wear steel toed boots. I opened a maintenance request to get this fixed and they came and “fixed it” but it did not get better. You can hear when the neighbors are showering. They said the roaches in my apartment were small beetles as well, even though the apartment near me had a “small infestation”. If youre thinking about moving here make sure to take pictures of every inch of your apartment when you move in, for your move in report, as they will charge you for normal wear and tear. They charged me $200 for indents in their cheap vinyl flooring. Their display room is amazing, but their real apartments don’t meet that expectation. You definitely don’t get the quality you pay for at these apartments. When I went to sign my third year lease they were trying to charge me $200 more than what I started at. Mind you when I first moved in I was paying $1,050 for a one bed one bath and they wanted me to pay $1,200 for the same apartment! For anyone reading this please just find a different place. Don’t rent from Aspen Squares, don’t rent at Level 550. They will reply to this and try to make excuses for what I’m saying is not true, don’t believe them.

Doing registration tow sweeps on your own residents? Is level 550 traffic police now?The management here is against their own residents. Worst complex Ive ever lived in.Walls are paper thin. Folks they hire for landscaping and construction work have a staring at the girls that walk by problem. Residents here are typical druggies/alcoholics/chain smoker. Not a good place to have a child at.

Run away. Staff is horrible if they decide to even respond to you that is, walls are paper thin, no hot water, water shut off all the time for repairs, power goes out all the time. Their idea of “upgraded” is just cheap materials and then they will charge you when the cheap materials don’t last, there are police in the parking lot all the time dealing with something going on. They are small overpriced apartments. The only good thing is Maintanence is nice and prompt.

I wouldn’t waste my time applying for these apartments. The website reflects the price for the 1 bed 1 bath Tempe floor plan starting at $1185 and during my tour they disclosed it would be $1190 before utilities. 2 weeks later she calls to say they would have one available by august 20th but that rent would be $1300 and she was only calling to let me know that now because the rent would be increasing even more by the next day if I didn’t make a decision. Are you seriously kidding me? What a waste of time and money. They’re excuse was the market values are going up but yet they don’t have time to update the websites with more accurate information so people know if they will be willing to pay that before applying and wasting money on a application fee. I wouldn’t deal with Ashley or Aurora for business ever again.

We have been here for about 2 months now and really like it! We have plenty of space and it’s an awesome community!

An honest review from a 5 year renter.First off, This is probably the worst run complex I have ever done business with. When I first moved in, maintenance had forced entry on me without any permission. Constant unwarranted inspections of units I have had. I paid for a parking space, and I was not allowed to even have vehicles towed when they parked in a space I paid for. Very frequently the water is shut off. On average I would say twice a week. Very inconvenient. No discount offered for water being shut off constantly. Still paying for service that I wasnt getting. The complex steals electricity. Very minor and most wouldnt notice, but over time it adds up. I verified this during my move-out when I shut every breaker off for a month, then contacted SRP to verify there was usage still. The staff is very unwilling to work with people. They smile and act friendly, but when you need something, they are not proactive.I have always paid my rent on time. Never had any issues with anyone in the complex. Kept to myself. Was a quiet and respectful tenant. You would think this is something with 5 years of tenure, they would take into consideration. Moving out was such a pain with this place. I moved out of town. The time I had available, they refused my legal right to do a walk through because it was not a convenient time for them. I now face charges in excess of over a grand. Charges that include basically the renovation of the unit ON MY DIME. I dont think so. A few fees, sure, I had no problem agreeing to. But some are just insane. Example, $600 for painting the place - there was no damage to the walls at all. Maybe dirty from standard wear and tear but no holes or repair work needed. Multiple $90 for replacing damaged light fixtures - that were 100% functional and not damaged. They just list it as needing to be cleaned. I am sorry, that is pure extortion. I tried to communicate with them several times to resolve this issue, but they were unwilling to work with me - avoiding me. I have gone to the office multiple times, but they wouldnt talk to me because the manager conveniently was not available. I e-mailed multiple times only to get a reply asking me when a good time to call would have been - and not calling me. I believe now my account will be sent to their collections as a result of their negligence. I tried to work with them, but they just dont value their residents. They only value the dollar sign. It just really surprises me they would try to milk someone who was always on time with rent and payments during a pandemic, and never caused them any issues.I could go into so much more detail on my experiences with this complex and management company. They frequently change staff because of their incompetency to get it right. Very common to see new managers in and out. For the price you pay for one of these units, you can get a much better place in a much better area. I have left poor reviews before. And the management is very fast to try to reach out to get you to change them. I certainly will not be changing any of my reviews on this place. Even a 1 star is giving them too much credit.5 years I stayed here simply because it was the most affordable in a somewhat reasonable area. I am so relieved to not have to deal with these people anymore. I will never do business with Aspen management again. Good riddance. I really should have left sooner.

There is so much I already love about this community.When I drove by one Sunday a few weeks ago, I was pleasantly surprised to see the layout of the buildings: All the apartments face a central, open park-like area with a broad lawn, many trees and plantings. Such a different feeling from most apartment complexes where people are stacked as closely as possible together.When I began my application process the next day, Bre was super helpful - answering questions, helping me navigate the website, and arranging a time that afternoon for me to view my prospective apartment. I was pleased to see the level of care and professionalism reflected in the leasing office. Everything was clean and polished - and the classy, resort-style pool just beyond the windows was a real draw.The apartment itself was in excellent condition, with stainless steel appliances in the kitchen and seemingly fresh paint throughout. The granite like counters in the kitchen and bath give an upscale feel without the hassle of actual granite :)Bre, Audre and Amber were all very helpful as I finished up my application process, and they took care of things on their end at warp speed: I was moving in within a few days.Although Im new, the community has a real community feel - with many folks walking their dogs, children laughing and splashing in the pool, birds singing all day long in the trees.Feeling very blessed to be here.

Front desk was friendly at first, but prices started going up and I was not notified and left on a waitlist... Going through hurdles trying to call the office phone! Needed questions answered and staff becomes hostile and defensive when you question something that doesnt seem correct. I would like to know what my money is being spent in and the reason for it! Talk to property manager if you need any real assistance!

I have lived here for a little over a year now. It has always been a quiet and friendly place to be. I have never really had the need to interact with the office, but on the rare occasion; for minor matters, they have always seemed very pleasant on the phone. Maintenance is an outstanding professional team. Prompt, knowledgeable, friendly, and above all a true team.

09/19/2020I am very impressed with the front office staff. Sahvanna has been incredible, and any problems you may have she is empathetic and works at a fast pace to solve any issues. Alex is also another incredible staff member. She is prompt, she is kind, and she truly cares about her residents. I have had multiple conversations, and she is always there to listen to. The staff are very personable and make going to the front office easy. The maintenance is amazing! They are prompt and very kind. They always make sure to say hi when walking past me! The amenities are also amazing, I feel as if I am on vacation every day! I enjoy using the pool, and LOVE the dog park for the pup! I love the openness of the grounds, and I love having a ton of grass for the dog, and for spending time outside!

I moved in about 2 months ago with a friend of mine. The apartment is very nice, recently remodeled, and has everything we were looking for: a nice pool, washer/dryer in the apartment, decently sized living room and good sized bedrooms/bathrooms. Any problems we have, if any, management is on it as soon as you call. It’s also very quiet at night here, which is awesome. Really enjoying living here so far!

Audra is the BEST! So helpful even through Covid. She truly goes above and beyond to make sure I understand everything and get everything I need. So thankful for her during these times

Update to my last review: I was wrong. One year in and they raised my rent by 30% on my new lease offer, refused to deal with an aggressive neighbor, and are constantly shutting off water at random points in time for emergency repairs. Upper management does not care at all for the residents.

Landscapers park in the middle of the road so you cant drive through the parking lot, and use a literal symphony of leaf blowers directly outside your window right at 6am. Good times

I have lived at level 550 with my son for a year and a half now.They always have cute events for the residents. Today they had a Trunk or Treat for early Halloween. It made my sons day since 2020 has been so tricky. Would highly recommend this to anyone !

I have been here for more than 1 year. They have the best maintenance. The maintenance are the best part here. Everything is good. Amber and Cherry are the best employers here. They are really nice and helpful. Cherry gave us a best experiment ever when we are here. We are really enjoyed to be here. Make sure you worked with Cherry or Amber because they are super nice and always happy to help you out.

This apartment complex has been a pretty decent place to live in. The units are cozy and maintenance always takes care of you quickly without any hassle. The newly renovated gym is nice as well.However, I would complain that the security guard is not here as often as he should be and there is not enough pool supervision. There are constantly strangers driving to the complex, and using the pool area for hours at a time. We live at the front and have seen multiple families leave the pool and go to their cars to return home after they have decided they are done. I even saw a homeless guy sleeping on the lounge chairs one night. Besides that, the pool area is normally really clean and a nice place to relax.Another big issue I have had is the office not keeping track of packages. I had been waiting for a package for over a month and when I checked my mail box, I had green slip from the mail man stating they delivered my package to the apartment manager. When I had gone in to collect the package, they said they did not have anything for me and did not know anything about it. Not very helpful at allWe have lived here for over a year and these issues are frustrating but not deal- breakers. We would considering renewing our lease for another year or so. Highly recommend for people who are looking for their first apartment.

My husband and I just renewed our lease for another year! We love it here. Our dogs love the dog park and we love the pool with the cabanas. The staff is always really nice and helpful and they host different events with free food and giveaways. The maintenance guys are super friendly and even helped when my dog got out one day. We love living here!

We absolutely love living here! They have some of the best amenities and a great community feel! We attend monthly celebrations, food trucks, pool parties, and so much more! We have been living in Level 550 for almost a year. We find this as the most clean, well-maintained and well-kept property.We also have a dog so that makes us use dog park every day. It is relieving to see the place right in front on the apartment where we can take our dog any time and he loves running insides, as the area inside the park is big enough for the dogs work-out.Both office and maintenance staff are nice and pleasant to talk to. Overall, its a decent apartment complex to live.

This apartment complex is very well managed and keeps up great with their property giving me as a tenant a pleasant outdoor experience!The staff is super friendly and so are the neighbors. Maintenance is especially fast in resolving issues and I can hardly tell that they even came in to fix anything when I come home.Awesome gym, beautiful landscape and pet friendly place. UPDATE: Coming up on our second year here and everything has still been amazing. Great office staff, amazing maintenance team, and its quiet with little to no noise at night. Definitely do enjoy living here as it is one of the best apartment complexes that I have lived at. I havent had any issues, no bugs, and everything is well maintained.-------------I have been living here at Level 550 with my girlfriend for about 7 months and i have loved it! One of the best apartment complexes I have lived at in a long time. Ive never had any issues here and no pests. Our neighbors here are quiet too and its not noisy like other places. A big plus about living here is the resort style pool and the gym. At the pool there are tons of seating and two gas grills! Its relaxing to live here. The level 550 staff here are really responsive to our needs. There are also fun little giveaways every so often and different little events hosted by management. We will definitely be renewing our lease here.

Amenities and recreational areas are well kept and nice. However, the apartment roof always leaks when it rains, kitchen and bathroom cabinets always fall apart (I had to call maintenance several times to put them back together), there are gnats infestations and I had to deal with them in both of the apartments i rented. Paper thin walls will have you listening to everything the neighbors are doing. Constant water shutoffs. Toilets tanks are disgusting. Overall a bad experience. Do not be deceived by the good looks and friendly staff, the apartment experience is terrible.

These apartments are great! We love the management, especially Kelsey! The office has good hours and always respond in a timely manner. They have nice amenities! The pool has always been maintained. All of our maintenance requests have been done in a timely manner! These are relatively quiet apartments and quiet hours are observed.The only complaint is they have different apartment sizes that change prices. The smallest apt was more expensive then the largest apt (for one bedrooms) when we signed up! We also didn’t know until later they have different apartment lease times. (9 months and 12 months)

UPDATED - Im almost at my 2 year mark with this apartment complex and still loving everything about it! Got to meet some new staff just recently and theyre awesome, very nice people. Also, the maintenance crew is just amazing here. I needed emergency maintenance over the weekend for a water leak. Andy was on call and was absolutely fantastic! He professionally guided me through how to turn off the water and offered to come down at 9pm on a Saturday to fix it. I appreciate him and all of the great maintenance staff.

When I came and toured the property, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful with all of my questions. The apartments seem to be very clean, roomy, and a decent amount of natural light. The pool area is fantastic with ample resort style seating and hammocks! There was even a fenced in dog park area that would be great place for my pup to play. Level 550 is at the top of my list for my upcoming move!

I lived here for about a year, when I needed to leave town for work and break my lease the ladies in the office were wonderful and helped me as best they could! My apartment was very nice, I never had any bug problems! My neighbors were kinda quirky but all in all friendly! I lived in one of the not updated apartments, but it was well kept and the maintenance was always timely when I needed help! I always felt safe living here by myself, and had no issues walking around alone at night. Never had any parking problems or people messing with my car! I had a washer and dryer in my unit, which was AMAZING! Shout out to this complex for being reasonable and friendly! If I ever come back to Mesa, Id come right back here!

We just signed a lease here and are moving from out of state which is so stressful but Bre (the assistant manager) could not have been more helpful and patient with us! She assisted us from the second we inquired about applying to finally signing a lease. Can’t wait to move in!

My boyfriend and I have lived here for almost a year now and we like it! The only down side of it is I can smell the smoke from our neighbors around us come into our apartment (we are on the top floor) other then that it’s a nice place to live! And it has two pools! I also see reviews about there water getting shut off since I’ve lived here the water in my area has only been shut off twice

Rent is very affordable and location is ideal for access to the freeway. The office staff is always nice and welcoming.

Upon touring Im sure youll be pleased to see well beautiful, well kept grounds, a substantial amount of amenities (pool, hot tub, work out room, etc.), and more surprisingly the apartments are smart home units. The amount of care and their drive to offer the best at these apartments is unbelievable. Definitely give them a look.

My son and I moved here from Colorado 4 months ago- this place caught my eye from first sight !!!! The grounds are immaculate, the apartments are updated and amazing, the pool and jacuzzi resemble a fancy resort and we grill outside every weekend!!! We immediately moved in and CAN NOT be happier. Any issue is immediately addressed and the office girls have become friends and family, especially Rachel, Amber and Kelsey. WE LOVE OUR NEW HOME AND ALL THE PEOPLE WHO WORK HERE AND LIVE HERE ❤️

I love the pool here! It has plenty of loungers and seating. There is a cool BBQ area and hammocks as well! The pool alone is reason to live here, especially with this summer heat.

I have been here for about 3 months now and I love this place. Love how everything is new in the apartments! It’s a very quiet and peaceful apartment complex, out of all the places I had seen before I feel the most safe living here with my son and that is very huge for me. I love that they have a little toddler playground, huge plus for me because most places don’t have that for their residents. They keep everything clean and well kept, they always have something going on every month with the newsletter. The ladies in the office are very sweet and helpful, especially Madelyn was very helpful through out my move in process and I loved that you receive a welcome gift when you first move in! Who does that! I’m glad I choose this place, looking forward to my time here and many more!!

They made it very easy to move from out of state. They walked us through the process over the phone and sent emails about everything. They have really cool community things around the apartment community. We had a little present on our door from them for my bfs birthday. The residents needs are #1 priority to the staff.

Honestly, my experience with these apartments has been the best Ive had in years. The management group is excellent with communicating, getting maintenance done in a timely manner, keeping the place looking nice, and overall being extremely friendly, especially Kelsey, Katie, and the maintenance staff. All of my appliances in the apartment are brand new, they redid the flooring upon move-in, and have been good about communicating regarding community events, water outages, etc. A great place to live in my opinion.

I love level 550 and everything about living here but I have recently had my vehicle broken into. After calling the office in hope they might have some type of security footage Ive come to find out there is no cameras on the whole property I urge that this may get resolved as I have had several incidents where I have caught weirdos spying on women at the gym through the window of someone who obviously doesnt live there.

Weve lived here for about 4 months and have really enjoyed it. Its a great location near the 202, 101, Tempe Marketplace and Mesa Riverview. When we moved in we had two occasions of needing help from maintenance and they quickly fixed our issues. Everyone in the front office is always kind and helpful. We also enjoy the grounds and fitness center.

Im moving to this area soon and was seriously considering this place. I called the office and spoke with Breanna, who was nothing but amazing with this process. She offered to FaceTime me and reached out to me in case I had concerns. Although this complex is too far from my office for me, I would highly recommend it as the people seem kind and caring here!

Wow I was looking for a new apartment in the Mesa area however after seeing the reviews at your community I would never take my family here. Between lack of maintenance, dark parking lots, constant water shut off and nickle and diming your tenants for being a day late after living there for years. No thank you I will take my family somewhere else. If you are considering this place please do your do diligence. Many other nice places for the money.

Lived here for almost a year and and a fantastic experience. Walls are thin which sucks but u get used to it. Neighbors are great and the complex is overall quiet and calm 90% of the time. New pool set up is great. The refurbished apartments are gorgeous. Office team is polite and professional. Definitely would recommend.Edit: Ive now been here for 2 years. In a 1b;1b apartment towards the middle. Walls are thin but the complex is so quiet! The only time my AC went out they were their to fix it the same day. The staff have always been super nice (no idea why people say they havent been). The shower temperature does fluctuate quite a bit - but if Im honest I also havent complained about it to them. No smells, no bugs, the complex is kept very nice and clean. Could not recommend this place more!

I toured the property with Tiffany, who was friendly, informative, and welcoming. She answered questions about the community, the apartment, amenities, and other details quickly and with supporting information (documents from the leasing office, on the website, or documents in the model apartment). We ran into a hitch with the smartlock system for the model apartment, but she used it as a troubleshooting opportunity in case I ever had the same issue.The apartments are clean, the buildings are bright and not in a state of dilapidation. The community itself is rather big, but it didnt feel that way. Ultimately, the price and location kept me from committing to Level 550, but it was one of the better experiences I had looking at an apartment in a very long time. Kudos to Level 550 and Tiffany!

This is a beautiful community and so far has been very quiet and peaceful. The pool is very nicely landscaped and relaxing! The smart appliances are a great upgrade.

I’ve been living here for about a year now, the few times I had to go into the office the employees there are always nice and helpful. I had made a couple of work orders at the office and the maintenance men came right away to resolve the problem. Very quiet neighborhood, nice neighbors and nice pools.

They are awesome! The management is great! We work with Kelsey(she always gives us our packages, so she’s our favourite).They do maintenance requests very quickly!

Took a tour around the apartments! Wonderful front and front pool is nice! But office staff could careless to show you the Apartment! They just seem like they didn’t want to sell! The 2Bedroom apt was very small! I believe little high on the price for such a small apt!

My fiancé and I decided it was time to rent and of course, we were nervous. It was our first time renting and we really did not know what to expect nor what we would run into. Before calling Level 550, I called about 10-15 other apartment complexes and believe it or not, no one answered me. If I left a message, no one returned my call. When I called Level 550, someone answered right away and all of my questions were answered. We decided to move in and it was a great experience. If I had a maintenance issue, it was resolved in a timely manner and if I called the office, someone would answer. My neighbors were quiet and I loved how the office held activities for the residents every month. Whether it was an egg hunt, ice-cream in the office, or even coupons for the food truck. I also loved how the office kept us up to date when the water would be shut off. The new owners and management really have done a great job. They upgraded the pools and even added a dog park. I know a lot of people worry they will not receive part or all of their deposit back but we received most of ours back. If we could, we would live here again.

Moved in a few months ago. It was my first experience from Arizona. The people are super kind and thank you Kelsey for being patient with us with getting everything together. We love it here so far! It’s beautiful and I couldn’t ask for a better experience.

The pool is always closed.... like now, since it turned a lovely shade of green, a month before it was cloudy. Hot tub never works. Some of the staff are really nice. Others are not. The maintenance is pretty good at getting to whatever issues you have which is great because I had a lot! Beware of your door not fitting the frame, it swells and you get stuck in your apartment every morning until they finally shave it down. They are always shutting the water off in some buildings! Just not worth the amount they want to charge. But... Youll be out soon and will never have to deal with us again (550 staff member). Thanks guys!

I applied for 2 bed room 2 bathroom and put a 99$ hold on it. I was told within 24 hours i would hear something back, it took 2 in a half days to find out if approved, the renters information was not submitted once approved, i called in for 2 days requesting move in details did not receive that until the 3rd day of calling after approval. once i received the full move in break down i called to confirm pricing for 1316 that was listed in email, then i goes to look at a pdf download that says total move in is 3000 at that point it has been a week that has went by due to level 550 negligence to respond within timely fashion. now im being told i had 24 hours to cancel when i didnt even receive the documentation until 5 days later after approval. Im requesting a full refund and reach out whom i need to in order to get some answers. Breanna became rude when i told her i decided to move forward, she refused to provide me with any information on how to speak to a higher superior than herself, i explained to her that ive been calling everyday requesting information, she stated she told me by mouth but at the time did not provide me with documentation. For her to get mad that im requesting my money back because they did not hold up their end of the bargain is totally out of pocket . Its a crisis out here and all they want to do is take from people with out doing the work. This is devastating

EDIT:Well after living here for 3 years I just moved out, my now husband and I bought a house together. This was a great first apartment and it was almost emotional to leave. I was nervous for inspection because I had a roommate who worked in demolition and the carpets got dirty - but let me just say this complex was FAIR on what they charged me! I mean I was astonished and so happy.Thanks Level 550 for being a great first place to live!This was my first apartment and I was sooo nervous, I have been here only 3 mo but I love it! I live here just me and my little girl and I am never scared going out at night or anything like that. The maintenance crew is on point and so responsive! Any time I have had a minor repair (weather strip on my door has been the only one) they were out the next day to take care of itNo bugs whatsoever, which is huge to me! And there is always parking.My apartment is perfect size, and for the size it is, it is so much cheaper than many apartments will run you for the same place and same amenitiesOffice staff was helpful the whole move in process with me and kept me up to date on everything and always send out newsletters on what is going on every monthI love my apartment here and I couldnt be happier!

My experience is that maintenance comes usually with the same day I put the request in. Unless it was 30 or so min before maintenance ended there day.Front office staff our very helpful and friendly.Fun newsletters and cute activities. Ex national donut day, lemonade day. Halloween decorations.

Super friendly staff and very helpful with moving us in from half way across the country. Kelsey was great and very patience with all of our paperwork. Complete with holiday events just for fun.

Ive lived here since February 2012, about 4 1/2 years. I believe Level 550 is safe, comfortable plus ideal for work & play. When Aspen Square took ownership & assumed management duties it was definitely a positive change in the right direction. From improvements to landscaping & lighting (especially at night) to maintenance repairs & amenities Im impressed. The staff Tori, Madelyn, Chauncey, Lindsay & Amanda are amazing women, incredibly friendly & very professional. I would recommend Level 550 to singles & families alike.

We have lived here for almost 6 months.We absolutely love the new management, the upgraded appliances. The cleanliness of the property and friendliness of the neighbors. Our experience has been amazing, and theyve been willing to work with us on so many things. Not to mention when I called to schedule a service requesthat, the maintenance man was there before I even got off the phone with the office. I wish there was a 6/5 rating, because they deserve it.

My wife and I have been living here for 2 months so far and we really like this apartment complex. Anytime we have had any issues and called maintenance, they are there next day, super friendly maintenance people who fixed all of the problems we had. Front office staff is very nice and friendly, always answer our questions whenever we have any. Also really like their texting all of the different things going on at the complex. The online portal is also very easy to use and very easy to pay rent. Would recommend to a friend.

My boyfriend & I have lived here for 4 years ! It’s close to out jobs. So the location is convenient .the plumbing has always been an issue the water is constantly turned off, on several occasions we’ve had to take shower at my friends house because the water here is either cold or hot, you don’t get in between! Yeah everything else is pretty nice.... you get a nice pool you have decent apartments but can you imagine having to get up at work in the morning you need to take a shower and dealing with hot and cold water for the next year of your life.. hopefully this review will help make some changes! Please! This issue seriously has to be fixed!

The reason I’m giving this 2 stars is because I have never felt so UNSAFE living somewhere before here. We have had creepy resident neighbors, multiple nights of helicopters circling over head while police have the complex boxed in with police searching the complex of a criminal of a nearby crime, sketchy people entering, lingering and wandering the property suspiciously at night, porch decorations being thrown through living room windows, car windows being busted in and much, much more. I HATE living here because of this. ****If I could request two things from Level 550 it would be to get front gates and 24 hour security.**** it’s so bad we tried to break our lease no more than 3 months in to our lease.Aside from those things, this is a decent complex. The staff is impeccable all the way from the office gals and management to the maintenance who are always around to help and smiling. The units are nicely renovated but very cheaply done (ie single pane windows that rattle when the upstairs neighbors walk to the toilet not working when we moves it). For example I’ve lived here for 6 months and I’ve put in over 10 maintenance requests. ALSO the walls.... THEY ARE PAPER FREAKING THIN!!!! we have been blessed enough (sarcasm) to have now 3 sets of neighbors (above and to the side) who... let just say really like each other... and unfortunately we can hear EVERYTHING. I hate having to sleep with ear plugs in.The apartment challenges I can live with because honestly you get what you’re paying for but until they do something about the safety here I would NEVER renew my lease or recommend anyone to live here.

People always gripe about neighbors or the management, but apartments are always a mixed bag. Sure, theres bugs, but pest control is free and effective. Schedule it once a month, its no big deal. And theres no scorpions! Neighbors come and go. Management always try to be helpful. The only people I ever saw who had problems with them were the people who were, themselves, a problem.If you have kids or pets, try to land one of these apartments. Its a good place.

Love Level 550! We’ve been here just about a year. They always have fun things going on throughout each month! Staff are friendly, excited to be signing a new lease this week!

These guys were the absolute worst to get me approved for an apartment. I run my own business and I am successful. I was denied housing after literally taking an entire week and living out of my office. I was told that I could not be allowed to live there because I dont have verifiable check stubs even though I volunteered to show them every bank statement I could to prove money was going into my business and I was being paid. I sent them 1099s as they requested and was denied because the 1099s were written by hand and not typed up. They told me to get a cosigner. I did. Had them fill out all the paperwork. Was then told cosigner wouldnt be needed because they couldnt trust my income.I asked if they allowed people who run their own business to live on their property. I was told We dont. by Laura.Shameful. I guess they would rather have section eight than successful, well established business owners.

550 is a good place to live. We have lived her for a year and haven’t had any problems. They have an updated mail facility. The front side is pretty quiet. Laundry is in a room connected to your apartment.

After looking for an apartment for months, I feel that Ive found a great apartment in north Mesa. Being right off the 202 has been so convenient for shopping and for getting to ASU. As a graduate student I was looking for a quiet, safe grown up apartment and I am really satisfied with Level 550. It feels like a luxury apartment complex with the gorgeous pool and totally brand new upgrades in the apartments. The people in the office are outstanding. This is my third apartment and never have I had such excellent customer service. Overall, I would highly recommend Level 550 to students, young professionals, and young families!

Never calling maintenance again!They fixed my issue. But the problem I had was they made me sign some blank document to confirm I received service. A day later I got a call from the leasing office telling me maintenance flagged my apartment and now I need some housekeeping inspection and they refused to tell me anything further than they will be coming in 48 hours to inspect my unit for no founded reason.Im a grown adult in my 30s. I dont live like a slob. I had some clutter about, sure who doesnt? But I specifically told the maintenance team that I was in the middle of some deep spring cleaning, and apologized to them promptly for a the little bits of clutter before they even got to work. Ive never felt more like a child in my life. I really dont like all of the constant inspections and invasions of my privacy for whatever reason they choose.I look forward to leasing elsewhere. The few years Ive lived here. Ive never had issues. Paid my rent on time every month. I keep quiet and to myself. The last thing I want is to be treated like this. While Im on the duration of my lease, if I need repairs Im doing them myself or hiring a 3rd party.Ridiculous.

Its a beautiful apartment complex. There pool area is like a resort and they have all the basic amenities, washer, dryer, and dish washer. And they did a few weeks ago redo the gym.

This has simply been the best apartment I have ever located two I am from out of state I needed a place to live and this place was the most helpful in getting my place quick and secured fast this is the place I call home thank you so much

I looked at the apartments briefly; front office staff seems unfriendly. The apartments seemed nice but I also read the replies to the tenants and definitely staying clear of these apartments. Maybe learn better communication/customer services skills.

My wife and I have lived here for going on six months now, and weve been mostly pleased with the experience.First off, Level 550 is INCREDIBLY pet-friendly. They do have dog breed restrictions (but so do all the other complexes that my wife and I looked at), but no weight restrictions. There are some fees and additional rents that need to be paid, but its not so much that the extra money will make getting a pet prohibitive. Second, if you have a dog, they just finished a small dog park in the rear part of the complex. It isnt huge, but it has fun agility obstacles if your dog is inclined, and its large enough for dogs to have fun off the leash. Its very nice to have the dog park here, and our dog loves it. Weve even been training her to go through the various obstacles and she thinks it is great fun to do so.The floor plans are nothing special by any means; you wont find interesting architecture here, but they have several different floor plan options that will help you find the amount of space youll need. Theyve also been renovating the apartments and updating the appliances. We have stainless steel everything except our washer and dryer.The grounds are also quite nice and there is a lot of grass and lawn area, which many newer complexes dont really offer. Included are some barbecue grills for residents, a playground for the kids, a volleyball court, and a couple of pools. Most complexes dont have the amount of green space that Level 550 has, and its nice to walk around the grounds with our dog.The only real complaints we have about the complex is that you will hear your neighbors. If they like to play music loudly, turn up the volume on their TV, or just yell and argue (which is the case with some of our neighbors), youre going to hear it.One other complaint the grass always seems to be wet. There is so much grass and I understand it probably requires a lot of water down here, but even in the heat of summer the grass will be wet. Because of some drainage issues in some areas, it will even be downright swampy. Due to this, there tends to be an abundance of mosquitoes during a good chunk of the year.Wed like it more if the complex was gated. Right now, anyone can just waltz in off the street, and apparently there have been problems of people who live in the area, but not at the complex, using the pools and other amenities, and homeless people coming in off the street to spend nights in the always open laundry facilities. While putting in gates may not prevent this completely, it would help everyone who lives here feel more secure, I think.Finally, because there are so many dogs, its unfortunately the case that many residents dont clean up after them. Theres really no excuse for such laziness on their parts as the complex provides dog waste disposal stations throughout the grounds. This isnt necessarily the fault of the complex management, but perhaps they could do more to enforce residents to clean up after their dogs.In summary, Level 550 is a very good, if not quite perfect, complex, and is particularly great if you have pets. While we have some complaints, it does seem the management works hard to try to improve the complex and make it better.
