Terrible. Uneven gems. I have some polish bubbling. And it costed $130. This picture is literally right after the salon. Save your money. Go to a nail tech. This would not even be 80$ of work.

I can’t speak on every nail tech, but the lady I had was horrible! Her attitude was nasty from the moment I sat down. I got my nails done on a Friday by Saturday the polish was chipping on five fingers. I went back on Saturday to have repaired same thing by Sunday polish was chipping again. Like I said I won’t speak on the entire shop. When I spend the money that I work for I expect great service.

Ive been getting my nails done here off and on for three years . its so hard to find a good nail shop and trust me Ive been several from midtown to east memphis and i was so very happy to find this one. Gabriel is wonderful he always knows exactly what I want BC I like bright crazy color,design or glitter. Everyone in the shop speaks english. And they remember you and treat you like family when u come in. Thanks gabby your bestest!

When I told the nail (mani) person 3 times she was hurting me (taking off my false nails), she rolled herself back in her chair, folded her arms together across her chest as if I wasnt in pain and looked harshly at me. During all this, she was preoccupied on the phone while hurting me. At that time she said Ok. Do it yourself My pedicure personal had great personal manners. She came over to offer me assistance during that horrible situation and guided me to another station. I was so upset. I left and paid for my pedicure. The mani woman had no conscious/care for my pain.

Well I just left first time Ive been there in 6 years after moving back to Memphis and yes the management is deffinately new😰After waiting more than 45 min for a pedicure chair a young lady came in and jumped in what was supposed to be my chair..Normally I wouldnt mind but the manager said shes a regular ! Oh well ! I didnt say a word.I sat there a while longer and just decided to leave .

If I could rate 0 stars I would the first time I went it was okay besides the fact she kept cutting my fingers..second time was horrible the guy was In such a big rush & was very rude, he messed up my nail & was too lazy to fix it so he just over polished it even though Im paying my money. They talk about they customers in another language..I will never come here again!

So I went there a few hours ago and I asked for a shellac with a manicure. The colors I asked for were blue and a silver glitter. So tell me why she gave me a dip powder nail. And she did pink instead of blue. On top of that she was so rough that my finger started to bleed at the top. So I will not be attending this nail salon anymore.

As often as I come to this nail shop, invite friends and family, spend lots of money here and I tip them extremely well. Lately my experience has been horrible.their beginning to rush their customers ....it doesnt feel like a pampering experience anymore....attitudes are bad.i will spend my money and time elsewhere...I take pride in the realationship with my nail tech beautician landlord and even car dealerships....but XPERT NAILS HAVE RUIN THEIR RELATIONSHIP AND I WILL TELL ALL MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS NOT TO RETURN!!!

My favorite nail salon!!

I have been to this location twice now to get my Mothers nails done. She has a form of dementia, but the staff is ALWAYS so nice and understanding. They had to redo her nails a couple of times because she would forget that she needed to stay still, but they never complained or got frustrated with her. They even all gave her hugs when we left and called her Mom. We will ALWAYS come back here!!

Really friendly & open to designs you request. Cant wait to try lash extensions next time.

I had the worst experience here. A middle aged man performed the service on my nails and I must say I was disappointed from start to finish. WHEN I walked up to the establishment he was on his cellphone playing a poker game, he never acknowledged me but walked in before me. I went to sit down with him and asked for acrylic with gel polish I wanted emerald... they let me know that they didnt have that color so I chose another. I told him that I didnt want the drill and he insisted that I get it, HE EVEN TRIED TO USE IT WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. The gel polish was POORLY done and lumpy after the application, and I had to tell him to get the dried acrylic from under my nails. The polish was all over my hands when he finished and he went back over the sides of my nails with the nail file taking the polish off the sides of my nails! This was the worst experience ever!

Horrible experience, Tech rushing throughout manicure, clipped my fingers twice, very rough ...kept speaking in her own language to other workers as if she was angry and today my polish is chipping, I just had my nails done YESTERDAY. Will not be going back. Very unhappy with their service.

GABE IS THE BEST

Couldnt find stars in negative. She cut one of the fingers, burnt one in the process of drying(she called it Barbecue Barbecue). The manicure was supposed to be $13 according to their board. After the service was done, they charged us $27 claiming that it was a special paint. Such a trap. Worst place ever.

..sent my girlfriend there to get a pedicure. She came back all smiles, saying it was one of the best she ever had.

I love that they have a full staff instead of two people trying to service everyone.

Horrible nail tech skills...I told the guy i wanted coffin shaped n he filed my nails incorrectly.Acrylic was watery when he applied it.But they have the nerve to be pricey.First and last time coming here.
