I booked an appointment here because the services were well-detailed on the website, reasonably priced and the reviews were great. I had read reviews about Vivian, so requested her services for my gel manicure and av spa pedicure. I am not sorry. She was very sweet, and did a wonderful job. The services were great! I WILL be back!

I was a walk in with my daughters who made appointments but I was still greeted and told I would be helped as soon as they could. Next thing I know 10 minutes later I was serviced. The salon is beautiful and all staff was so nice and courteous. Prompt service and well priced for the service you receive! We will definitely be returning. Thank you to my specific nail tech, Nae!!! Getting compliments every day still!!!

I loved my experience at Anthony Vince, they were incredibly accommodating to our schedules and made mine and my friends appointments at the same time. They were so friendly when we arrived and I loved Vivian’s work. She was kind and communicative, happy to make any adjustments as she did my nails and answered all of my questions happily! It was such a pleasant experience to be so happy with how my nails looked and also to have someone happily educate me on how to get the most out of them. My friend and I will absolutely be back for our next sets this month!

I came here for my first ever pedicure and a manicure and loved this place! It was very clean and I appreciated the service I got. I got a back massage with my pedicure and the machine was really relaxing. The price was also very reasonable which was also good.

I absolutely love AV Nail Salon- Worthington,Ohio!!!! This was my second time here and I will be making this my holy grail of nail salons. I got the Dip with Tips Coffin shaped in a neon pink color from the AV Dip Powder. So I had Linh again and she does a perfect job with everything! She makes sure I am happy with everything she does every step of the way.( Meaning she asks me if the length was what I wanted. Then when she started with the color process she asked me if I liked the color.) I can be so indecisive and picky. But she was so sweet and patient with me. I wasnt sure about the length cause I didnt want to get them too long. The color I picked was a neon pink so I was a little nervous about it because I wasnt used to such a bright color on my finger nails.(I usually go with bright colors on my Toes.) First we called to get an appointment for me and my two daughters when we got there the Manager could not find the appointment he asked what number we called after confirming we call the right phone number he got us in but then my daughter who getting a pedicure with gel nails wanted acrylic on her big toes the manager told her that he had no one to do it and next time to book the appointment correctly. The technician doing my nails named Anna took time from my nails to do the acrylic for her on her two big toes . Me and my daughters have been coming her for over a year for our girls time and we loved it so much that even though they lost their best nail artist the reason I go I continue on with them because of the great customer service we used to experience. My daughters cost $90 for a regular pedicure and two big toes with the acrylic . My nails were supposed to be marble but they look like spider webs. My other daughter was unsatisfied as well this used to be our spot I can look past the art but not to get the experience too then it’s just a waist of money no hand massage or nothing time to find a new place.

VIVIAN is amazing !!!!! Her professionalism and quality work is far above anyone else I have ever been to. I have been going to her and this salon for a year now and I will NEVER go to anyone else. She puts all her effort into her work and I leave every time feeling refreshed with beautiful hands and feet. She also has a great personality to go along with her amazing talent. If you ever need a GREAT nail technician she is the one to go to. The entire salon is beautiful, high class and very clean. If you are ever in the area check the salon out and make sure to request VIVIAN. You will never be disappointed.

The Worthington location is always my go-to for pampering myself! Never disappointed and even used them for my wedding day along with my bridesmaids. Very flexible and accommodating for groups too.

I got the AV Spa Pedicure with Eddie. From the moment I walked in I felt like they cared about my experience. I was offered a beverage, and seated. I was asked every step if I was comfortable. Eddie paid very close attention to every detail- my nails were perfect. The atmosphere was very quiet and very nice looking. I will be back very often to this location.

Came here for a quick gel manicure. I usually stop by during my lunch hour and I’m glad they could fit me in right away. Their new Rose gold collection catch my eye right away. I like how they have a variety of color to choose from. Will def be back !

Vivian was my nail technician. She did an amazing job! My mom stayed with me as I was being treated, and she was able to order drinks and everyone was very polite, organized, and professional. I told Vivian what I wanted and she gave me exactly thatI recommend her! Every worker is amazing as well.

We had a nice experience with two very personable, skilled, and even humorous nail techs. The spa is actually very elegant and serves alcoholic beverages amongst a very wide array of color choices and services. The only thing that perturbed me was outside the salon wasn’t as clean as you’d think. Unfortunately this very nice spa and salon is in an area that’s sort of on its way out and I assume to eventually be totally renovated. Needless to say this stand strong in its beautiful interior and good staff, everything was easy and enjoyable. I look forward to discovering other services in the future.

Visited the Worthington location after making reservations for myself, my husband, my mom and dad. This was my dads first time in a salon and pedicure experience. The nail techs took all four of us at the same time and took incredible care of my dad especially. He said he can’t believe in his 60 years that he’s never had a pedicure and can’t wait to make it a regular occurrence! Thank you for such a great welcoming experience!

I was blown away by not only the beauty of the spa itself, but the kindness and thoroughness of each employee. They took the time to explain to me what the price would be for each service/item. The staff was very kind. I was blown away by the end result of my pedicure! Not only did my nails look amazing, but my feet were so soft and rejuvenated! I have found my new nail salon and will be returning every time I need a day of self-care.

Safae did a great job on my fall/OSU nails! I used a picture from Pinterest as inspiration and they turned out just like it❤️ I got right in for an appointment on the same day I called. Always a great experience!

I got a gel manicure with the $15 up charge to make it look like chrome. The chrome started coming off within a day and in less than a week my nails started chipping and the gel polish peeling off. The quality is a disappointment for a $60 manicure.UPDATE: I did call the store to let them know and asked for them to fix them. The lady on the phone was very rude and said I was lying. I will never be coming back. I went to a different nail salon last night to get my nails done properly. While taking the rest of my gel polish off it was revealed that the gel never cured properly and were still wet underneath. But I guess I’m a liar.

If you’re looking for high-end ambiance, I highly recommend Anthony Vince Nail Spa-Worthington! The facility is stunning! The feel is elegant and upscale. My friend and I go together for pedicures to our new favorite spa and we get to sit together for services each time. The polish and gel color selection is amazing! We’ve been back multiple times, as they are super accommodating to get in for appointments. We even brought our teenage daughters in for manicures and they loved their fun nail designs, too! Highly recommend!

I was able to get an appt the within an hour of calling. Everyone is very courtesy and professional. I had an eyebrow wax and signature pedicure and both are amazing. The location is spacious and your not on top of other customers. They have a full bar so if you want a beverage they can accommodate that as well.

Safae is amazing - her pedicures are the best! Very personable and easy to talk to. She makes sure everything is pristine before you walk out of the door. I’ve been going to her for a year now - always reliable, on time, and she NEVER RUSHES!! Great quality and comfortable/relaxing experience with her.

I love Anthony Vince at Worthington! Everyone there is so nice and does such a great job. I never schedule an appointment with a specific person because I can count on any of them to do a good job! They are always on time and offer you a beverage every time you are in. They are all such great people and I love going to get my nails done there! Every time I have gotten my nails done, which is a lot, I have loved them and have never had nails I didn’t like!

I walked in and i was the first walk in before any other customer walked in after me . i signed in on the tablet and waited for them to text my phone for my appointment . They came and took the walk-ins that came in 15mins after me and did their nails & CONSTANTLY kept on skipping me . And i asked them do i need to wait on the text and they said yes . But, what i don’t understand is how 3 girls signed in on the tablet and they took them right away . My nails are fine, it’s just my left ring finger is sore and he was pushing down really hard like he was doing it on purpose after i told him that he was hurting me . A lady walked in and complained about her daughter having cuts all over her hands & the dude tried to argue with the lady and said that “she wasn’t crying when she was in the nail salon “. And the lady was like “That’s because she was holding it in until she got to the car”. The whole point is that rather the atmosphere is classy and they are good at what they do, does NOT make them professional. How they treat customers and just the vibe they give off is super disrespectful from my experience. And what other customers have experienced in the nail salon from other customers complaining to them about how they treat them . It’s wrong and they need to be held accountable for their service .

I’ve been coming to Anthony Vince Worthington for a long time now and I’m super happy to have found Vivian!! She does my pedicures every month and she’s also done gel manicures for me too. She does such a great job every time, best massage ever too! She is great to talk to/ so kind and she is also flexible because sometimes I end up working during my appt but either way she doesn’t mind and she works very efficiently so I have great results and get out on time! I enjoyed the pedicure. Technicians was kind and attentive. I had an appointment for 5:30 and did not get seated until 5:50. Other than the delay it was perfect.

I am sharing results of my friends experiences on her behalf. She went to the Anthony Vince Nail Spa at the Worthington location earlier this week. This was her first time trying any of these spas. She requested an acrylic fill will a simple color. What she received was a lumpy, uneven, terrible excuse of a nail job. After seeing how bad the nails were, the technician redid the nails - the pictures shown in this review are after her nails were redone. My friend asked for the nails to be removed and they refused to take the set off because they did not want to be there after closing. The staff were not apologetic nor did they seem upset about the state of her nails. I think anyone who does nails/gets their nails done knows that THIS is not what the finished product should look like and I cant believe they let her walk out of the salon like this. Im writing this review so no one else gets the same service as her. After 3 hours in the salon, 2 botched attempts at doing her nails, and a refusal to remove the nails, they did give her a gift certificate for a fill in so she could come back on another day to have them attempt to fix them again. I would advise going elsewhere.

The spa is so relaxing and the techs are so kind. I love my nails! New polish and love it! Second picture I have had those rhinestones on since July 4th and they never came off my nail tech Tim just added more acrylic and more rhinestones in the back! This is my second visit to this location. Both experiences were amazing. I always get the Ultimate AV Spa Pedicure and this location actually gives you more than the Easton location. Great experience and absolutely LOVED Safae on my first visit. Had to get someone else this visit as shes on vacation. The spa is very clean, everyone is very professional and attentive.

I have had several pedicures done at Worthington and Easton. I have always had a great experience and was surrounded by a beautiful and supremely clean environment. I have gone by myself and with different groups and both have been great and very easy to schedule an appointment. Highly recommend!

Nice clean place for a pedi. They offer 5% discount if you pay with cash. If I had known beforehand I would have brought cash with me.

I had never been to this location as I dont live in Columbus but I go to a location near my home. The ladies who gave my Mom and me pedicures, Karen and Vivian, were fabulous! The conversation was so fun and pleasant yet not overly obtrusive. I would use this location again when in Columbus.

An awesome and beautiful place with kind and thoughtful technicians. So lovely and it smelled great and TVs were muted so we could relax and feel pampered. My 8 year old and I will be going back soon!I went again today to the beautiful and fabulous Worthington AV salon with my friend, and we got amazing pedicures. Such a large and lovely space for us to talk and feel rejuvenated. We will definitely return!I have realized, in retrospect, that I really should have given a better tip to my phenomenal technician and plan to drop off an extra bonus. Please accept my apologizes and my gratitude for such a lovely pedicure and know I will add to my original tip when I return to pick up my alterations.

Im a customer of Anthony Vince for the past four years and dont go no where else. Well thats changed 😕. Now everytime I try and book an appointment I get told I cant get rhinestones, I cant get this and I cant get that, things Ive been getting for the past four years. Then I get lied to and told things that arent true. I wont be back, and its there lost of a regular 400 dollars I spend a month here. Its extremely Unacceptable how Ive been getting treated for the past month. And I appreciate your response and excuse but her being out of the rhinestones was not the case as there were rhinestones on her desk. She claimed she did not know how to do the rhiwhy not be honest about it nestones and that I had to choose one color. Why not be honest about it

I’m a guy who’s never gotten a pedi before. This place changed my life. I quite literally saw a halo form above Dorothy’s head as she battled the jagged toenails and massaged my unkept feet. Some will say that their marriage ceremony or birth of a child is their happiest moment. Not me. This. This is my happiest moment. The question isn’t “should I come here” but rather “WHEN should I come here.” Highly recommend!

This is by far my favorite nail salon in Columbus. No matter which nail tech I see, everyone does a very thorough job. Everyone is very friendly and it’s easy to get an appointment. I have brought many friends to this salon with me and recommend it to anyone who asks. Fairly priced and high quality.

They were disorganized at the desk. Our pedicures were done well, not great, but nice. And they were rushing to get people out the door at the end of the day.

Very easy to find parking which park with Kroger parking and walking in to the front to check in. They have 2 entrances from the parking n the mall. Temperature test and then washing your hands if you pass the temperature test to ensure everyone healthy and gems free before you can sign in for service which very safe for this pandemic. All teach are friendly n skills. I like every time I come here.Thanks

Safae took amazing care of me today! She took her time with each part of the process, and explained each step. She even took the time to get to know me a little better. They also have massage chairs available during your pedicure. Absolutely recommend! Will be back.

Every time I come here, I always leave 100% satisfied. I have now had three different nail technician’s, and they have all been amazing. You definitely get your money’s worth at this nail spa. I pay $54 for the AV Pedicure- and it’s worth EVERY PENNY! The nail tenchicians are so thorough and don’t rush through the service- unlike every other nail place I have been. They really do a nice, long, vigorous massage and make sure you’re happy with your nails before and after they polish. 5 stars for Anthony Vince Nail Spa at Worthington!

I came here Saturday 9/28 on my birthday. Service is usually great with pedicures and drinks. The salon is beautiful. When it comes to nails I have a love/hate relationship with this place. I got a simple gel manicure. When I tell you the manicure part of my nails was literally 2 minutes long... this is what I was most looking forward to. My cuticles still look bad and the polish is not even covering my whole nail and is already starting to peel. I have been here before and have not had a bad experience so Im not sure if it was an issue with the specific nail technician or just a bad day. For the prices I expect way better quality for the service.

First time going there. And it was an amazing!!! Super clean. I did the ultimate pedicure which is their most expensive pedicure with gel. And it was worth every penny!!! She took her time and every time she finished a step she would ask if it looked good. Amazing massage. Now my acrylics. I got a pink and white full set. And I always like me short very square and thats I got! My appointment was at 6 and I didnt leave there until close to 8. Which I dont mind I know what I got was going to take time but they did not rush to get me out! I really recommend this place. Its worth every penny. Oh! And I cant forget that I got a mimosa! Lol! I am for sure coming back.

They take appointments which is necessary for me personally, upon check in took my temperature and followed all CDC guidelines. Salon was very clean and well maintained. Dorothy did my manicure and I will be requesting her going forward, super friendly and very talented. Highly recommend. It’s location is a little weird (in the mall) but parking was easy and there is an outside entrance which is nice.

I’ve been a very loyal customer. No more. Do NOT GO HERE. Never on time. Terrible service. I have a huge gash in my finger. Had to soak off due to major pain. Just save yourself some time/agitation and go elsewhere. They will make every excuse in the book to why there were issues...... (which they will probably do on this post as well. Save yourself some time, no one cares.) It is WRONG to argue with your customer about their unhappiness. Pathetic. Go somewhere else.
