My first time getting my nails done and she did an exceptional job! They were able to accept me and my daughter as walk-ins and thats a bonus for me! We arrived on a Monday at 4:20 and left around 5:40pm. Prices are reasonable. Full set acrylic gel is $34.99 plus tax and tip. Regular acrylics are $26.99 +tax. I will return in the future.

I went in today as a walk in. I loved the electronic checkend. A gentleman did my pedicure and polished my nails. He did a great job. He took his time and was very patient and kind. I messed up one of nails and he kindly redid it for me. This place is very clean and professional. I will revisit it again .

I took my husband for a spa day and they did a great job. The staff was friendly, nice clean establishment and they are practicing Covid-19 safety as well. The owner Tammy did my nails and gave me a Jamaican theme color. As we are heading there this week.

I just visited this nail salon for the first time. I was a walk-in & waited almost an hour to even be touched. I was asked several times to pick my color & did. Once they were done with my pedicure she asked for my color - I chose 2 different colors & neither were available. I chose what I thought was a close match but now that I’m in the daylight it is not at all a color I will ever pick again. I was supposed to get gel on my toes which always lasts a long time. Well I no more than got home when I saw that on my right foot the big toe nail polish has slid sideways off my nail & my left foot the big toe has a bubble under polish which tells me it will peel soon. My manicure looks great, but toes are already trash. I have NEVER had a problem with gel drying & staying until now. Wasted 2.5 hours & my money. So disappointed.

Whenever Im here, I enjoy my time and my results. Every single time! The environment is clean. The atmosphere is generally quiet, and the people are amazing. No one is rushing through your appointment (whether you have one or not). My nails tend to grow very long, and I am very specific about my nail shape. Yet none of the technicians seem bothered by it. They will listen and offer great suggestions. Ive been to other salons where I try to be specific about what I want, and they either dismiss it or dont take it too well. Everyone is aware of their specialties and skill set, and dont mind referring you to someone else who may do a better job for your particular need. But everyone is pretty much great! With that said, when I do go elsewhere (because of time constraint or distance), I end up regretting it. It can be a bit pricey, but I rather pay the extra money to be satisfied. Love them!

Me as a cosmetologist know that this is not a chemical burn! I went to Tammy nails on yesterday evening and got a lip and chin wax. THE OWNER MISS TAMMY performed my service. I woke up the next day with my skin on my upper lip looks as if its burned but actually its from being overlay wax. I went back today to show her the problem but she didnt take me serious enough that I have to walk around with this big scar on my lip. They are professional until u tell them that u have a problem. I have been going to this nail salon for several months and this is not the first time that I has gotten bad service from them and I told them and they acted as if it didnt matter. I will not be going back to Tammy nail salon she has lost a loyal customer

BEWARE!! Choose another nail shop. This place of business is poor quality and poor customer service. Definitely not the standards I have when going to a nail salon to avoid fugus. Red flags started as soon as I sat down at the pedicure bowl. I watch the owners daughter faux sanitize the nail tools, she would place the tools in the machine for a few seconds than just wipe them off (Im no nail tech but that didnt seem right). So now that I am questioning the cleanest of the location the daughter reaching into the bottom cabinet below the sanitize machine to pull out a towel, which were just thrown into the cabinet and discolored (strike 2). There was an older lady that did my service, and as I explained to her that I didnt like how she painted my big toe; I than discovered she didnt understand English. The daughter of the owner translated redo to the best of her ability because the daughter as limited knowledge of the older womens language. Than the older lady said in English its already painted and I shock my head no...redo (strike 3). Than as my daughter (4) and niece (5) were waiting patiently for an hour to get there nails done and playing using indoor voices, the owner asked if they could be quiet. We were the only people in the shop (Strike 4). This shop h The HEALTH DEPARTMENT NEEDS TO VISIT THIS LOCATION. DO NOT WASTE YOU TIME AND MONEY. They dont value you time and only want your money.

Every time i visit this establishment It’s always a bad vibe. The store closes at 7:30 so if i come to the shop at 6:45 i expect my appointment to be accepted. This has been my second time showing up around 6 something and them telling me they are close when obviously the store hours says 7:30. They even proceeded to tell me they closed at 7 which i arrived at 6:45 plenty of time to do a simple pedicure. This nail salon is a hit or miss and lately it has been a miss. I wish not be giving them anymore business going forward.

Very slow!! And one of the male technicians was very rude! It’s not my fault that he doesn’t know what he’s doing! I was asked to wait at the front until my sister finishes getting her nails done because, he can’t do simple dip! Also, I’ve been here since 11:30 and it is now 3pm. This is terrible and bad business! I will not be back! I will be returning to me original nail salon.Also, the technician I am referring to is the male tech with the tattoos.

I thought it was good but I judged too quickly. One nail came off two days later. Got that fixed back. Next, five days the other ones came off. Like wth. Girl you can’t do nails. I went on last Friday in early afternoon. My first time there I was to find a shop in my area. I waited unti a week later to file my review. I already need a fillin after one week, my services were full set and pedicure. The gentleman that perform my services were terrible French tip on pedicure is uneven and the nail was unfriendly and sizes the incorrect size of nail tips. Very poor service and I think maybe they are more geared toward younger ladies but as a seasoned person I left feeling it did matter to them to provide me great customer service.

Tammy did an amazing job on my nails. She was very polite and fast. I also got my two teenage daughters done as well. They both loved the shape and finished results

Took me as a walk-in; no waiting.Due to the COVID restrictions, it was a much needed visit. They took time and worked until nails were as they should be. I have gone here for years. They are always courteous and thorough.

First off my pedicure was less than mediocre my toe nails weren’t filed evenly or painted well. I was going to get my nails done but as soon as she started it was already heading south I decided to not continue getting a full set early in the process. I’m sorry but I already had a bad pedicure I didn’t want to pay for bad nails as well. I won’t be returning and I wouldn’t recommend this place either.

This is the only nail salon that I go too. I love sweet and friendly service that you get here. My nails are always done perfectly and with care. This is also the place where I get my eyebrows done to perfection. I love this place! Major Thanks to Tammy and her great staff!

I didnt get work done. The salon looked fantastic they even gave me a mask bc I forgot mine at home. I left before they could do my nails. I had errands to run and didnt uave time to wait. Ill try again some other time.

Ive been going here for over 4 months now. And Ive never been disappointed.. I always book my appointments in advance and even if I need a last min appointment or Im late to my appointment because of traffic they are very understandable. I highly recommend this salon. I wouldnt go anywhere else

Polish was terrible! Had to polish nails twice before leaving. Nails started chipping the same day. They water down the polish so much it didnt last. $55 and had to remove it the very next day. I will not recommend this place. Also had a mani and pedi but you couldnt tell. It was a total waste...

Honestly, I don’t have high expectations for nail salons in this area. They’re in abundance so you’d think they’d strive for quality in such a saturated area but most do not and their pricing definitely doesn’t reflect the work being done. Therefore I called in to get a price from Tammy’s before going in the first time and was quoted $37 for a gel full set and removal of my previous set. Of course though, after my nails were done, I was charged $45 even though I asked for exactly what I was quoted by phone. On top of that, the tech didn’t trim my cuticles with clippers, she used the drill and I can already feel that they’ll be sore tomorrow. She also didn’t shape them well or fully paint them. There are gaps all over and even a bit of old polish on one! So disappointed. Find somewhere outside of Memphis if you want a decent job done for a reasonable price. Oh and all she did was argue when I brought up the price thing and lighting is so dim in there that I couldn’t see how bad they looked until I got out in the sun, AFTER I’d paid. Good. Luck.

The staff were nice and friendly. I had a pedicure and overlay with shellac done. Satisfied with the services provided. Wait time was long and for the pedicure the staff did not ask me which pedicure I preferred and automatically upgraded me to the most expensive without my request. Overall the experience was good, but definitely room for improvement. This was my 1st visit, will try again once more to determine if I become a returning customer.

I’ve been to this place 3x’s the reason I kept going back is because the reviews said otherwise. I had one nail technician twice and a one once. All three times I had to deal with someone who couldn’t stay off their phone . It’s one thing to do it during a breaking period, or even once or twice, but constantly it’s annoying. I didn’t even allow the guy to finish the top coat because I had literally been in there for over an hour and I got in the chair right away that day. That tells you how much he was texting. I had that guy twice. It wouldn’t even be as bad if my nails were good, but when I went to get a fill, the full set they just put on 2.5 weeks ago was missing two nails and multiple had large bubbles.

I got a pedicure and full set and it was a great experience. Very clean and nice ppl!! I went to heaven when that lady was doing my feet lol!! Recommended highly

It’s the day before Easter I wanted my nails done! I really hate them!!! They are horrible! They rushed so much and I didn’t even make them repaint my toes bc they were shellac. I got my nails done they are so sloppy looking. Then the lady with the really short hair was so rude!! Never again!

It’s expensive for mediocre results and service. I wouldn’t recommend going here. The service is mediocre for overly priced nails. My nails look like I’ve been wearing them for a month. They do not look like I just got them done today. The woman that did my nails and the man that did my feet seemed to have an attitude.*oh, FYI, the pictures that are shown here on Google are not all from the salon. When I say all, I mean majority. Those pictures were stolen from other sites like Pinterest and Instagram.

This is a great nail salon! I have passed this place several times and decided after reading several great Google reviews to give them a try. The salon is right beside my work place and parking can be an issue sometimes but I have always found a spot on the side of the building. Inside the nail bar is bright and clean and very modern. Prices are reasonable, definitely coming back!

My nail tech changed halfway through a manicure & worked on someone else with no notice. The owner came over without a greeting & started working on my nails. The previous technician left my nails with jagged edges & painted on my skin. The owner proceeded to leave the nails as is & started fixing the paint job. I asked to just take the one coating of polish off & just pay for the pedicure because the manicure was horrendous. The owner said the manicure has been completed & I will have to pay full price. So I asked to file my own nails down since that was my only time option. The owner decides that my manicure is ‘complete’ after my cuticles were not cut correctly, my nails had jagged edges & different shapes & I had one coat of polish on top of that mess. Won’t be coming back. Thanks for the pedicure.

Came in for pedicure, manicure, and eyebrows waxed after being called back waited 30 min before being given a person to do pedicure only to have the person after me take him and I wait longer. Im currently still waiting after another 45 min for manicure and eyebrows waxed because theyre putting people coming in now ahead of me after being here over 2 hours I wont be returning.

Nice and friendly service. I went with my daughter who was getting serviced. Our first time there. Only thing was the FUMES WERE UNBEARABLE. Although everyone had on mask it is imperative that the place needs ventilation.

This is my third time going to this nail shop. It’s always a long wait . When we are seated to get our nails done they don’t take their time at all everything is rushed . My nails are already falling off after a day of going . I’m so disappointed and will not return.

This place so my new favorite place. Employees were very nice. I had super nice talked to you during the session. My nail and toes look amazing. Favorite new spot. If you go make sure to make an appointment, because they do get busy. Its very clean and they cover the for baths during the pedicure during the pedicure and change it. Everything is sterilized and they have a great atmosphere feel. Definitely coming back!

None of the workers speak english, I walked in with my boyfriend asking for two pedicures for each and a manicure for me. I got french tips on my toes and they look AWFUL. When I sit down for mu manicure she starts drilling my nails and then pulls out nail tips as if I asked for a full set when I didn’t!! And they do no refunds for their terrible work!HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND NEVER GOING BACK!!!

It was relaxing but my nails were dipped and didn’t look that great afterward. They were super thick and bumpy. After a week they were cracking and flaky looking. Pedicure was nice though.

If I could give 0 stars I would . I had gotten my pedicure and was waiting to get my manicure and the owner came up to me and asked me to leave because I had a baby with me, who was being perfect other than making baby noises . I will never step foot in here again and I would advice others to do the same . She informed me “ children are not welcome here.”

Will NOT be back. I went in for a soak off of gel polish. Charged me $12 when sign on wall says $5- to $10 for take off. I asked could they put a coat of clear polish on and the guy who took my gel polish off said yes but another employee rudely spoke with him in their native language instead of speaking directly with me and then he told me it would be another $5 for one coat of clear polish. So they wanted to charge me for a $17 manicure with no nail cut down, no cuticle care, hand massage, lotion etc. Very poor business .

Got the exfoliating pedicure. It was great! Also, I dont usually like the massage chairs at nail places because I dont find them very comfortable or relaxing but their chairs were really nice! It was busy so there was a wait. If I had been on a tight schedule, it may have not worked, but since I didnt have anything else to do, it was fine. Either way, the service was great.

Since moving to Town I have been searching for a nail salon that does quality and consistent work, and Ive finally found it. The women here are very kind and have a high attention to detail. The atmosphere is quiet and relaxing, a nice change from the assembly line feel of most nail salons. The prices are very reasonable and the outcome is always great.

Where do I start. This place is very professional and clean. I called here to make a reservation for the weekend for me and a friend that was getting married. They called me the day before our reservation to confirm everything which was nice. Not only did they ask my name on the phone, they asked my friends name and what services we were getting. When we arrived they already knew who we were it was nice. Sign in, served water, and started with the pedicures. It soaks your feet in a gel like mixture and they give a really good massage and scrub. Its worth it. The technicians are very attentive and friendly making sure the water is ok and that youre comfy. I truly love this place. Normally I dont care about where I get my pedicure done but this place goes above and beyond and are so friendly that I keep coming back. Definitely try the deluxe pedicure!!

I really like this place! I usually get the Spa Pedicure and they do a great job with scrubs, massage, oil with warm rocks, wax peels. So relaxing! I finally got my friends to go with me a while back and hes hooked! Everything is clean, the chairs are comfortable, great selection of nail polishes. I have had a good experience with every one of the staff. You wont go wrong here.

First time here and I will now be a regular! The place is so modern and nice. The nail techs are so kind and accommodating to what you want. My nail tech was AMAZING. I got assisted right away and offered something to drink. Its very affordable also and they offer discounts on different days to medical professionals, educators, and students! At the end of my visit I got a free lotion bottle for my hands and feet! I loved my service here and the quality of the work they did. 10/10 recommend.

I have NEVER been more satisfied with my nails & I have a tendency to be extremely picky. I will absolutely come back & got the name of my technician, so I can be sure to request her again. My only complaint is that the technician was on her phone quite a bit DURING my service (texting & FaceTiming) & did not hear several of my questions/comments and I had to wait to get her attention multiple times. Still, my nails are absolutely perfect and I will definitely come see her again.
