Worst ever on doing nails! I had stopped going here but thought Id give Helen another try but she messed up again! My nails are messy, wide and uneven! Wish I could show a pic!

Worst set of nails I have ever had and extremely over priced. They are crooked, different shapes, and lumpy. The gel polish has bubbles. Please don’t waste your money here. I wish zero stars was an option.

We are in a global pandemic and health department required guidelines to be followed by all nail salons. This salon was NOT adhering to those rules.No masks on customers or technicians. No contact tracing form to be filled out.One technician wasnt even wearing gloves.Walked in and saw all this ... And walked promptly out.Health department will be notified.

Gina is wonderful. She takes her time and make sure it is perfect.

They were really nice and professional.

This place does good work but they don’t do designs.

I loved my nails. The woman was very gentle with me, very kind and did my nails exactly how I wanted them done. I was so satisfied. 😍

Wish I could rate then as zero stars. Worked so hard for months trying to let my nails grow out. Have had a dip done here the past 4 months and all’s was good. Made it over a month with no breaks chips or anything for 4 months! Got my nails done by the young Chinese dude Weds. there was nobody else their and the 3 workers that were there were rude. My nails have been ruined and I’m on vacation!!

I’ve come here with my family all the time and i always leave happy. the two ladies that work here are so nice a sweet and there prices are good and there good at wht they do !

I love going here! People have different taste for what they are looking for. This shop with Helen and Gina suits me well.

I came home for a visit and I used to come to this place all the time. I was not impressed. Things are outdated. My nails were not smooth and I could see the strokes of the brush in my polish when it was done. I was just over it and let it stay until I made it back home. I did have an amazing pedicure here tho. If you’re looking for NexGen or dip nails, they do not do this here.

If it is possible to give them a Zero (0), I would. It took all of 10 minutes to do a pedicure. She never put anything in the water. She never put any on my nails or feet. She basically cut them down, attempt to file, and put a scrub brush to the bottom of my feet. Another customer walk in, who happened to be a white male, and his experience by a different tech was totally different from mine.

The service was horrible. They dont even deserve 1 star. The water was cold, they didnt add anything to the water for my pedicure and they were more concerned with watching tv and their cell phones than providing quality service. The nail tech did not cut my nails down like I had requested either.

Not worth a star. Very unprofessional. The woman doing my pedicure was more concerned with her cell phone and laughing with her co-worker. No foot massage or leg massage. The worst pedicure ever. Save your money and go somewhere else. This place sucks.

They are good but i only let one person do my nails all the time u just gotta b patient.💯💯💯💯

Ive been going to see Helen and Gina since I relocated here to TN. They are sweet ladies who care about their customers with fair pricing.

I wanted to give no stars. I have an issue with this nail salon. I have been going there for six months and they do amazing work as long as you dont go close to closing time.My issue is the two techs of which one I believe to be the owone, ALWAYS talk about the clients that come through the door. Of course it is in Vietnamese therefore this was my assumption until yesterday.When my daughter and I walked in the salon and sat down the two nail techs began talking Vietnamese one tech looked at me then the other. Of course I didnt know what they said because I only speak English but they continued to talk and my intuition caused me to be more alert at this point. One nail tech proceeded to look at me two more times and the second time I was looming her directly in the eyes.I am black and please believe I wanted to turn into the stereotypical black woman the world makes us out to be but bc I had my daughter and I am 5 months I just told my daughter to lets go.However, I could not force myself to leave the parking lot withoutinform them of my disgust of their actions and the fact that I felt so uncomfortable in the salon. So I called them, the owner acted as if she didnt not understand English (she does her daughter went to my place of employment)😡I hung up after telling her I would glad return and repeat it for her better understand. She replied huh. I just hung up.She then called back and she knew who I was and apologizing but I was over it by then.I dont recommend this nail salon at all totally unprofessional. 😡
