Good quick car wash, just needed an exterior wash. Got in and done quickly mid-afternoon for $10. Staff was polite and efficient, washers did a very good job with the manual pre-rinse to get some tree blossoms off, wipe-down crew was fast & attentive. Waiting area, & restroom very neat & Clean. Highly recommend.

Not happy with interior work done by the young guys. Last few times they have done poorly. For the cost of the Ultimate Wash and tip, very disappointed.

Shady practice. Paid ten dollars cash to clean inside but it seemed the rag never touched any surface . When I asked again to clean middle console it still was dirty. If you want something done right, do it yourself

The place was nice. I got a full service wash and they gave me a free tire shine. They could of done a better job vacuuming the inside cause they missed some crumbs but other then that I was satisfied

After so many years of receiving superior quality service, the past two visits have been very disappointing. I paid for full service. the outside look clean, but all they did on the inside was vacuum. They failed to wiped the interior, which was the main reason why I brought my car; for a good cleaning of the inside. Lately, all the staff are teenagers with no adult or management supervision. In the past my vehicle would come out like new, but it looks like it is time to find another car wash.

I was in a hurry to just get my rental car vacuumed before returning it and was running late. I came up to Kai and he helped me with no problem and I had nothing to tip him! He knew this and still helped me clean out the beach sand immaculately and he was the best!! Kai is a great employee!!! So thankful for him!

Terrible service. They stole 6 items out of my truck and I was only able to get back 4 of them. I had an exterior and interior detail and it looks like they didnt even bother vacuuming the trunk, which was empty and easy to access. DO NOT GO HERE

I will say this is a great place 90% of the time, which is pretty good. I just wish the people out doing the work, which is not always easy..were a bit more personable and would talk....Instead of shuffling their feet, looking like they are simply miserable they are having to be there... if I were the manager I would not put up with that, being that they’re not making you work there, they are getting a paycheck. Sometimes I think these people forget.It would be nice to see these guys wiping off the cars actually smile !!! Why is that so hard to do?But the car wash is well-maintained and I will continue to go back, and recommend them!Thank you

After paying $30 for an ultimate car wash, it looks like the entire process was rushed and quality was not their concern. My car was poorly vacuumed, my doors and dashboard were streaky with whatever they wiped it down with, my gas and break pedal were slippery and greasy and my seats look like they weren’t even wiped clean. The workers were more busy goofing off with each other and loudly complaining about being hungry and not wanting to be at work. Do yourself a favor and find another car wash to go to. You definitely won’t get your moneys worth here.

Good job for a small price. Very pleasant staff. Took just about 20 minutes from the guy taking my order to me stepping into my clean minivan. No extra charge for my big vehicle. They also offer detailing service for a reasonable price.

Went up there to get a hand wash on a pickup truck they ended up running it through the machine put dents all down the side of the truck and scratch the paint all up on doors as well!!!! The manager was completely rude and did not want to do anything about the damage to the vehicle they promised to have the owners contact me still have not received a phone call theyve just totally blew me off..... I would not recommend this car wash to anyone!!!!!! I rate this car wash a -5 the worst ever

For 35$ is not ok the job they do vacuum is 6 dash 5 windows 5 the last thing is got to be very important because it gets dry and looks dirty right away need to dry the car better I use this place around 10 times and I need to dry my car that’s why I go to the car wash free vacuum

The manager did a pre pressure wash and caused a piece of equipment that was on the rear of the car roof to come off. I think it was too much pressure. Ive never had a problem like this before & have had plenty of car washes. I asked him if he was going to fix it....that he caused the problem and it was his responsibility.He looked at me like I was crazy, he was not going to fix it and never evenapologized. Ill never go back. There are too many other car washes in Tpa..Ill find one that knows what theyre doing & how to treat customers.

Horrible company and employees. Asked them to hand wash my vehicle and they sent it through the automatic car wash which ended up putting dents and scratches on my car. The employees here are lazy and tried to take shortcuts instead of handwashing it which I paid $50 for.Tried to speak to the manager and he was rude and disrespectful.DO NOT GET YOUR CAR WASHED HERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR VEHICLE!

Really good friendly environment carwash woth great prices they really do get i to details when they clean the car they get my door jams any stains i have on the seats the rims on my car and leave a nice fresh sent in the car everytime i go to pay aida has a big smile on her face and is really nice and polite greats people the manager josh is super nice and helpful when i want to get extra service done to my car as in a full detail he lets me lool at the car and makes sure im happy with the work that was done well worth the money you wont be let down at all they definitely know how to please there customers

Very good service. I havent experienced negative issues that other reviews reference. There are several hard working individuals. If you have a question or request just ask. I knew some problem areas for vacuuming and mentioned to the employee. Very respectful and the job was great. Same with cleaning the interior especially the console. Upon completion look over your vehicle. They have fixed any missed items.

DO NOT GO HERE! I am not picky & have NEVER left a poor review for ANYTHING. This place scratched the outside of my car... Many small scratches into clear coat and one long, deeper scratch into paint. Not one mark on the car before it went in. Did not clean anything on the interior except about 1/4 of dash. Center console, seats, mirrors, etc all still dirty without even an attempt to clean. 1 star is for vacuuming (poorly) the inside of the car, yet still missed many spots. Absolutely awful... I will NOT be back!

I have been going here for years but the quality of work has gone down. I now have to really inspect to see that everything has been done. Have had to wipe dripping cleaner from the interior windows as the girl working on my car laughed about it with one of the other crew; left once with two tires not treated, had to do it at home; today the guy drying my car got distracted talking to a group of people parked on the side and never did the interior and residue from the wash dried on the black trim and stained it. Cant get it off. Wont be going back.

Ill never go here again. They snapped the antenna off my truck - despite my asking them to remove it first - and it just cost me $292 to get it replaced. It was snapped off just above the threads so a specialty tool (and expertise) was required to drill the end out, and replace the gasket and antenna. The managers response? Oh, it happens. I cant even say that they did a good job because they never cleaned the windows on the interior and they didnt hose out the bed of the truck. Not responsibly managed and absolutely NOT worth the price for services rendered.

My car was dirtier when I left than when I arrived. I paid for an upgraded service to remove love bugs and get an interior polish. There were black scuffs on the drivers side seat and floor mat when I walked over to my car. They appeared to be something I could clean off when I got home so I did not say anything. When I got home I noticed that someone had moved my sandy work shoes from the floor to the back seat and there was dirt all over the leather from the shoes! Lastly, the love bugs are still there. What a waste of $50.

I have taken my car here to get washed for a long long time and they have always done an excellent job.I am in the process of listing my car for sale and needed to get it detailed for the online advertisement. Robert was my detailer and did an outstanding job! The vehicle looked like it was brand new when he was finished…inside and out. It almost made me think twice about selling it… LOL.If you are in need of car detailing, I would highly recommend Mission Bell car wash. You will not be disappointed!

Have been going here for awhile and never really had a problem other then speed. But yesterday somehow the “wheel package” not only cleaned my wheels but also cleaned my powder coat off of them, the powder coat was done no more then a month ago I wash my car every week with no issues until now and they say that they can’t do anything about it. They are not checking into it or changing the process pretty much on my own so if u have powder coated anything on your vehicle I would stay clear of this place.

I like their Hand Wash option. Thei have done a good job every time on my car. I recommend them.

Detailing and carpet cleaning was good. Car wash sucked! Dirt left on passenger door around door handle 1X1 area. Inside front windshield was streaked. Tire dressing spattered all over rims. Paid $68.47 for wash and detail. Dont waste your money.

Dont leave anything in your carLoyal customer for 20+ years and will probably continue being one but yesterday I had a bag of coins, not a lot of money, but I left the bag in the car thinking it would be fine. I deliberately checked as soon as the car was done and ... yep ... they took it!Called the manager over, who initially seemed concerned but then even he got a little shady. I remember him getting in the passenger side of the car (where the coin bag was on the floor board) -- so maybe it was him.Either way, one of the workers took the bag and everyone of them denied it after I looked them each in the eye and asked.Ill be back but pocketing my generous tips until I feel like the wrong has been made right.

The service is good when you get there early. Later it tends to be slow. The car cleaning was very good but even though it was not busy the service guy rushed through it and was not friendly at all. Without even looking at me, he said my car was ready then rushed right off, without bothering to close the passenger side door. I understand they dont want customers walking around where they are working on cars but you cant avoid that when you have to go around the car to close the door. I am not tall enough to reach across.

I went for the first time this morning. Probably my last. Left some bugs in front. Was okay but for $30 bucks shouldnt be any hard water stains also they didnt do a great job wiping down the inside. Vac was good though. Also fragrance smells nice.

I keep going back because of how close to home it is, but my car never seems fully cleaned inside. A couple great employees that work hard when on shift.

Had my car waxed for almost a hundreds dollars and they did a terrible job.They missed many spots, could have done a better by doing it myself. They werent thorough with there work, instead rushed it to get it done asap. When we picked up the car we noticed some spots and told the worker, who said it was a stain, but after a little more wax and scrubbing it came off. Many more spots are still there, would have taken it back but did not have the time

Decent carwash. Nice crew. They miss a spot on every now and then on the wipedown and interior vacuum, but otherwise they do a fair job. Im more meticulous and thorough if I do it myself, so its hard to gauge how well they do compared to other car wash businesses, as Ive only been to this one.I would recommend it if you need a quick wash and basic detail.Ive never had the full detail package, just an Ultimate Wash, so I have not seen their top tier services.

Great works car wash for $12

It is hard to say. I have used them for many years but this week was very different. On Monday I took my car in to the shop to have my transmission looked at and when I got it back it was covered with bird poop. I went immediately down to mission bell and had a super wash. On Wednesday morning the clear coat on my car started to flake off really bad. I called my dealer and asked them why this would happen this quick. They asked me if I had anything done to the outside of the car and I told them that I had it washed by mission bell. They said call them immediately. I spoke with a very nice girl named Kay and I told her what happened and that I figured that maybe a chemical was put on it or maybe it was wax coming off. She apologized to me and told me to bring it in and speak with a detail person and they could probably fix it. When I got there the guy said That is your clear coat and said that I would need to speak with the manager. The manager came out and told me that my car had been repainted and that it was starting to shed. I told him that my car had never been repainted (you can tell by my dings and dents) We are the original owners and I have no idea why he would say that. He also told me that soap and water wont do that to my clear coat. He also told me that he would have had others complain around the time my car was detailed. I told him that would hold water if everyone had an 11 year old Dodge. All I can say is that my clear coat was on my car when I brought it into Mission Bell Car wash and now it is flaking off like a really bad case of dandruff. I am aware the older cars do lose some of their clear coat but this seems really fishy to me.

Just wanted an exterior wash...had to specifically ask for the price since it wasnt advertised anywhere. Clever to only show the more expensive packages.$10 and 25 minutes later...Every piece of trim around my windows and doors still had dirty water dried into it. Grill still covered in dirty water. Roof rack still covered in dirty water.Would rather go to a gas station or do it myself then come here again. 2nd star is only because they had an air freshener that I havent been able to find for years.

I guess buying the $26.00 car wash(top tier) doesnt include vacuuming the entire cabin or washing the windows properly. I will never go to this car wash again, and certainly will not recommend it to anyone. This was my 3rd time trying the place, and it will be my last based on service all around. The girl at the register sat there staring at her phone for a couple of minutes before finally acknowledging my presence.

Called to be sure of their closing time, which is 4pm on Sundays and was told to come in. When I drove there however, arriving before 4, the gate was closed and they wouldnt take our car. I explained that we had spoken to them 5 minutes earlier and they told us to come in, but the person at the gate obviously didnt care. They dont seem to care very much about customer service, more just a volume based business.

Mission car wash broke off part of my interior and lost the piece they broke. I noticed immediately and asked them to find the piece and return it to me. They then gaslighted me, which is to say they argued that the piece was never part of the interior and that I was imagining that they broke it. In short, they were suggesting that I lost it. Not only did they fail to apologize for the damage or try to make it right, but they told me that it was my fault! To add insult to injury, the vacuum job they did was halfhearted at best. I am extremely disappointed in this place, and I will never be back. I may have to drive 20 minutes out of my way to get to another car wash service, but that extra drive will be worth it if it means driving away with my vehicle in tact.

The guy just turned me away because my truck was too dirty. I work in construction. I had a little bit of mud from my job site. I thought this was a car wash. He actually told me to go somewhere else and wash truck then bring it back... Huh??? Its hard to find people willing to work for their paycheck I guess..

Good price for a somewhat thorough car wash. I wouldnt recommend this place for their more expensive washes and detailing, but its better than a gas station car wash
