Woman who did my pedicure was great, Man who did my manicure not so much. Didnt even. Get a massage with mani😒 when he was done he just got up and walked to the next person

I like the way they do nails. Each time I have been there 2 times on different accounts my pedicures have been painful. The first time I had pain on my big toe for 2 weeks. I told the technician that she was hurting me when she was trying to scrape around my big toe. The second time the Asian technician did not give a hoot about hurting my toe (the same toe) and even joked with the Hispanic technician there about me saying it hurt. She said she has a hang nail what does she expect. I did not find it funny. The Hispanic technician saw that I did not like it because she was the one who hurt my toe the first time begin explaining. She said many customers do not want it removed and I agreed that it hurts so why do it. I am limping now and will have to wear a different shoe on tomorrow. I will not be returning even though they do good work. They do not care about paining a customer. Pedicures are not suppose to hurt!

My nail broke as I was getting ready to go to a meeting. It started raining. I had 45 minutes! The Ricky saw I was in panic mode. He got me in and out less than 20 minutes! Thank you so much for your kindness and promptness! I will be back!

I found this place 5 months ago. Not very organize, they come to work late and no structure but usually get the job done. My concern is that I usually get skipped over instead of going in the order people come in through the door they pick and choose who will be next based on who they know. The past few times I would get skipped over and have to be the last one which leaves me very puzzled and confused. The Asian guy with the glasses does it on purpose. Today I waited an hour and they still skipped over me with someone that walked through the door stating she was talking on the phone outside but she was next. However I waited an hour so I knew that wasn’t true. If you must use this nail salon get the Asian lady with the blonde Bob cut she takes her work seriously and does an excellent job. I won’t be coming back here because I am big on professionalism/ customer service when it comes to paying good money and I can’t get that here.

We called and asked how long would it be the man stated he was not busy and we should come now. We did! Made it there in 4mins. The place was full. People had been waiting 2hrs already for service. He was able to get my cousin & I in a chair for a pedicure. Where our feet soaked in cold water for over an hour. 2mins into the lady starting on my feet...she had to stop and get her lunch(my pedicure lady was very professional and polite) Noone really checked up on us nor offered anything for the inconvenience or lies told. I understand workers are at bare minimum however, do not lie to customers!!

Great experience! I always come in every other month, because of my busy schedule. But my GEL overlay stayed on for two months!! 😬 I absolutely love my feet and nails!!! Best I’ve ever seen them done!! I’ll be back in a week or two!

I liked how it’s ran. Clean. Organized. Lots of staff. Lots of choices for polishes. The atmosphere was nice. I was offered a drink. The older lady who did my nails was very nice to me, and did a phenomenal job. I highly recommend if you’re in the area. I was visiting from Jackson, TN. I will be back. Thank you ❤️

Very disappointed acrylic was lumpy, asked for coffin shape. Each nail looked different! I was very upset because they are pricey and the services was not worth the money at all! Now I have to pay someone else to take these off! I won’t go back!

How do you charge extra to take off what you charge extra to put on? Yall claim its more work to take off gel polish, smh. Thats crazy and a RIP-OFF. People will find any reason to up charge their loyal customers. This is the last time Ill spend my money in this establishment and I encourage others to do so as well
