This was my first time at this nail salon and I really enjoyed my experience and I really love my nails. I got a fill-in and pedi. I’ve seen the reviews on this nail salon before but had never visited until now. Glad I made the last minute stop and Lulu was so accommodating and courteous. I’ll definitely be a repeat customer. ☺️

New client.(7 months client now) One nail set lasted a whole month without cracking or breaking. Best nail tech in the city!! Hands down..Ill only go to her nobody else PERIOD

I wanted to wait a minute before I left a review to see how long these nails lasted! First, she shaped them beautifully so I was immediately impressed. Now it’s been two weeks and my nails are still on strong! No chips! Great place with great prices! I will be back! My boyfriend also got a manicure and it was great!

She has very poor time management!! She over books clients then gets upset when you can’t stay and expects you wait on her to finish other work. If I set an appt I would like to be seen at that time. Also needs to update the shop and her techniques. She can’t do anything current or trendy. Clients are also NOT. socially distant and that older woman working there can NOT do nails.

She listened to me and gave me the nails that I wanted the shape is perfect and the ombre is soft like I wanted it Lu is so friendly and nice great customer service I will definitely be back I found my nail salon.......its been so hard trying to find the right nail salon since I left Georgia and I have found my nail salon

Today was my very first time walking into this nail salon and I must say i am wowed. my nails are beautiful and Lulu’s work is awesome and she’s very precise. i highly recommend this salon and i highly recommend Lulu 😊

I absolutely love Luu! She is very professional and does great work! She takes the time to get to know her clients. I can’t remember how I discovered this shop but I’m so glad I did! I will NOT go to any other salon. My nails never break and last a long time. I have been to many many nail shops but this is definitely the best one hands down.Try them and I promise you would be a returning customer!

My experience there was awesome! i have really short nail beds and most nail salons cant do my nails... needless to say she did her thing and im very pleased!

This place is great. I just moved here and have been looking for a place to get my nails done in Memphis--Ive tried about three places and was disappointed with all. MJs takes their time and does a really good, thorough job. My feet were hurting from in-grown toe nails and they took care of it. Wonderful massage and friendly service.

I have never written a review, but my experience was poor enough for one. I know a lot of people love this place- that just wasnt my experience. They were not that busy, even though it was late Saturday afternoon. I asked for a pedicure, and they seated me in a chair right away. Great.I was in that chair waiting until the footbath water was so ice cold, I had to take my feet out. Employees kept walking back and forth, looked at me, said nothing. I tried to ask someone if I should wait longer, and she walked past me. I decided to just get up and go....at this point had invested nearly an hour with no service. They acted all shocked and horrified as I walked out. Guess thats what it takes to be noticed. Wouldnt bother giving them another chance.

I came here from Mississippi.... I love this shop and the service..: everyone is so nice and professional and the owner was really nice and funny!!!! Everyone is friendly and their work is great I most defitnely recommend this nail salon!!!!!

Ive been a customer for years and always get ask where I get my nails done. Theyre so pretty that they look fake. Price is great! Ladies are funny. I have gotten my nails done for so many dates and the guys actually notice lol

The owner started off nice its only her and she has a nice clientele so she use to do my nails perfect they lasted almost a month no breaking or chipping but lately she rush thru me my acrylic dont be even or I have air pockets in them her basic polishes dont last as long I usually bring my own. My last time there I got my nails done and did my own polish because she was rushing thru my hands. If I wouldnt paid for the services then this would of been fine but my thing is I paid and always tip it was me and my daughter but I just changed my nail shop

I was treated like a Queen. Very nice and comfortable atmosphere, very pleasant and kind staff. I will be a returning and loyal customer.

Their manicures are $12 a piece. My daughter and I both got one with gel polish. The price went from $24 to $60. I almost died. The lady said it was because we got gel polish. This is not advertised anywhere in their store. I WILL NEVER BE BACK OR RECOMMEND. ALSO HAD TO LISTEN TO POLITICAL GARBAGE ON TV THE WHOLE TIME. WORST EXPERIENCE.

A roach crawled from the chair as I was getting a pedicure. She laughed about it & didn’t even discount my services due to the horrific experience. I also got a full set which didn’t even last a one week. My nails started to lift and pop off. I will not be returning.

No no no at first it’s all good then when you start to come every two weekend they start to mess well they lost a loyal customer!!! I gave them three chances after that I was dont will never return they don’t do a good job anyway !! every time I went I seen a roach she thought it was funny n killed the two roaches I seen ummm no ma’am !!

TOTALLY did not expect the service I received. Okay to be fair....it was an Icy day and ppl were asked to stay in so the place was empty. I was suprised they were Open. I drove here looking for a new Nail spot to patronize.Pedi/Shellac Mani.The guy began my pedi and worked hard to remove an ingrown. He was patient & I didnt ask him to, he just discovered it then began surgery. 😁A young lady took over and TOOK HER TIME.The foot massage was EVERYTHING!!My mani was the same. The Massage was Tha Bomb!! I had all the time in the world and I wasnt rushed. A space heater was provided to dry my pedi polish instead of a fan which was nice considering the temp. The Price Point was what I was looking for also. CHA CHING!!Im going back to give them anther Go.
