Would have loved to get my nails done. Great work. Left messages on messenger. Called. Never returned my messages. Very disappointed.

Ladies are so talented however I can no longer get appointments to continue to support this black business, theyre either booked months in advance and when the day arrives the appt end up being cancelled less than 24 hrs, only preferred clients have appts, all artwork is done freestyle, they keep up to date with proper nail care, these ladies rock with skill except their bad day, dont want to be bothered, mean girl attitudes and lack of time consideration, waits were 30 minutes or more (worse day 1 hour 24 min wait)to be appt only. found someone better~

I went to this salon a while back to get my nails done for my birthday. I placed a 50 dollar deposit down for the day and time I wanted to get my nails done and when I showed up to my appointment the lady who was supposed to do my nails was almost 20 mins late. On top of her being late she had a very standoffish attitude and did not attempt to engage in any conversation with me outside of asking me my occpation. My nails looked good but since the customer service was poor I did not leave a tip. However, the next day when I checked my bank account 10 dollars had been taken out of my account from this company, which was very tacky, unprofessional, and illegal. Additionally there was an employee gossiping about arguing on their business page in front of the customers. I was very upset and disappointed with this business and because of this I will not be returning.

Would love to book an appointment here because Ive seen and I know that do good work but can never get anyone to call me back so I can make an appointment
