Great srrvice, just wish I could make my next appointment more than two days in advanced

They did good but yeap unfriendly! I was the only one there so im sure they ran off their customers with that attitude in this customer demanding business. The lady told while paying that a tip was “required “ I won’t be back i only went because it was convenient and fast bc no one else was there.

Walked in to get my nails done and nobody looked at me, welcomes me or anything I was standing their for 5 to 7 min then guy walked in behind me and they looked up and said appointments only. It’s was so rude.

I always receive great service.

The lady in there always knows exactly what I like and what I want; Im a loyal customer here since the first day they opened up!

Believe the reviews, had to go back in to tell him how to file my nails. A couple of them started lifting, I just hope they last.

I wish I could give them a zero!!! I have gone there twice and both times there was only ONE TECH working. The first time I waited almost two hours and I finally left. I went today hoping I got there early and I would be seen ASAP. However, the elderly lady let me wait an hour and finally told me Nicki was the only one working and she would call on help. I asked her where was the help and she said an hour away. Dont go to this shop. You gotta put up with the rude elderly woman and now two hour delays. Go down the street to Walmart or Krissy Nails!!!!!

1 star! The person that did my nails half polished my nails ! He noticed & didnt fix it instead rushed away !! My nails are odd shaped, Also my girls got polish and her nails were also half a**. Shes already missing polish off two nails. Older lady told me that a full set is $19. Then when its time to pay now its $25! I will not be returning. Also customer service could be better. And nail color selection is basic only certain color

I have been a regular customer of this location for over two years. However, I do not plan to return after my last appointment (post COVID). While I appreciate them taking appropriate safety measures, the experience was very rushed and Not at all worthy of the new post COVID prices (to cover the extra safety measures). I went in for a manicure with dip on my nails and pedicure. The cost pre-tip was $85 ($Up $10 due to COVID) and ALL services were completed in 42 minutes (total). I understand they’re a business that had to scale back the number of people in there at a time and increase costs to ensure profitability. However, I expected the same level of service I’d always received and didn’t get it.

Do not go here!!! They overcharged me for a pedicure. Charged me $52 for a pedicure. When I called prior to arriving there the lady told me that it would be $27.They also had a wild billy goat that broke loose from the back area and ran through the lobby. I was fearful. Do not go there!

Nasty, nasty 🤢 I have never, in my 20 plus years of receiving nail service; received such rude, disrespectful treatment. I would highly recommend people stay away from this establishment!! I walked away before being hustled out of $45. Thank God I got up in the middle of being serviced, politely apologized and denied anymore service.

This visit I am reviewing about was my second visit and my last one. I normally get the dip powder nails done, I had previously gotten them at another salon and on my first visit here, I requested them . They turned out fine. On my second and last visit here, I decided not to get the powder nails this time, due to cost . I allowed them Into talking me into it. They basically pressured me and were very pushy Until I Gave in. So I wait and wait and wait ...they kept apologizing about the wait because only one person there at the time could do them. I watched others come and go. I could tell when he started my nails that he was not taking his time and not coating them properly. By day 3 I had 2 chipped nails and that is NOT supposed to happen. It is now day 7 and 5 of my nails are chipped with two of them with50% of the coating chipped off. My hands look a mess and these are supposed to be more durable and last 3 weeks. Unfortunately for them, I will not be returning. I now have to pay again to have my nails done which I shouldn’t be getting them done for another two weeks had they been done properly.

Nikki is the only one who does a good job but she acts afraid to speak. The older lady that runs the place is the rudest person Ive ever encountered in a nail salon. She rushes you to choose a color, is loud and talks about everyone. She got mad because I didnt want a pedicure with the over priced foot soak and started slamming cabinets. Ive gotten my nails dipped twice here. Each time they werent painted around the edge and some broke the next day. I went back to get them fixed. The old loud lady said no charge both times and Jimmy charged me anyway and said she didnt say it even though I know what I heard. Wont be going back. Minimal hand washing and dirty utensils.

Nicki ALWAYS does extravagant work I love her to death she is friendly and it takes her time and effort in what she does

This was my first time coming here and the customer service walking through the door was rushed and forced to make decisions. This was the most unprofessional place I’ve ever been to. The older lady was slamming doors when I asked her to soak and the guy was yelling that my nail polish was driving him crazy then he just stopped doing my nails. I also saw them over charging people. Don’t waste your money here, they should be investigated. They didn’t even cut my toenails evenly, one toe was cut & round and the other one wasn’t cut but square.

The owner is extremely rude! They have one person whos excellent. I love Nikki too but wont return because of the poor customer service.

Worst experience ever! I showed 2 people a picture of how I wanted my nails done(a few times) and yet I left out with just a full set with 2 coats of polish and no design! So when the guy doing my nails started packing up to leave I asked the other person where is he going cause I need my design...she tells me he doesn’t know how to do designs...so I ask her what was the purpose and me being here and why didn’t neither one of them say anything when I asked if the design could be done and or the numerous times I showed them the picture...she had no answers...so moral of the story I DO NOT recommend this place!🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️🙅🏽🙅🏽*they only got that one star cause google wouldn’t let me post without selecting any star!*

They rush and do your nails. They’re very friendly and welcoming but the service is terrible. Each and every time I’ve been to this nail salon, they’ve messed my nails up. Then give me a card that tracks how many times I visit up to five times and the fifth visit is free. But I don’t even want to come back after the first visit.

The old lady is very rude with a nasty attitude! She wants you to run at her call, not allowing you to look through the colors at all. She also talks about customers and makes jokes when it is very apparent what she is saying. Pedicure=RUSHED JOB. LITERALLY A WASTE OF $30. There are also limited colors, so there is literally NOTHING to choose from. They do reuse old sandals and do not clean up after they have just service an individual. Completely unacceptable.

Nikki is wonderful, however the Mother that runs this place is awful! She is the rudest woman I have ever had to deal with in my life! She runs off customers and is very unprofessional! Kathi needs to re-think about having her run this place! She loses most of her business with this miserable woman!

Just went here for the first time thought from the outside it was a pretty okay place. I chose this place because it was convenient and I really had an event that I needed to go to with my nails done and it was last minute. But low and behold when I sat in the chair everything was nasty. From the desk the nail drill and the files. Dirt look like its been there for ages. The Tech had just finished doing someone feet and came and sat down in front of me reaching for my hands. I pulled my hands away then she took off her gloves. Which she didnt wash or sanitize her hand afterward. Which state board require. Im studying to get my nail Tech license myself but have friends that are already techs themselves so Ive really been in the industry for quite some time. So when I say they have poor hygiene I mean run away because you can really put yourself at risk for some horrible infections here. If I was given grades this day they would most definitely fail with flying black and white papers and a fat red D- stamp. State board requires that no salons reuse files that arent new. She used a old file bit on the drill that was really worn down and the carbide bits were really filthy plus the hand file was not in any better condition. I had given my nail beds a rest for a while so my nail plates were pretty healthy. She really scratched up and scuffed up my nails really horribly in an uneven and sloppy manner. When she glued my nail tips on she barely put enough glue for them to stick, it was just a tiny bit of glue in the middle and the rest of the nail didnt even look like it was secure. Also she put different size nails on each of my ring and middle finger on both hands. They clearly didnt match. One was wider than the other. I was looking at her like she was crazy, but when she started filing to shape them, the nails would just fall off. So she had to refile my nails so that she can reglue them back on. I wanted coffin / ballerina nails but I ended up with something that looks like stiletto or almond. I even showed her a picture. Another flag is the container that had the cuticle oil she slapped on my fingers had file dust debris in it. Yuck😱😲😵😨😤😳. Your not even supposed to touch people with the brush. Dripping is the correct way. On completion after washing and polishing which was a disaster she didnt even paint the full surface of my nails. I realize that there was a acrylic all over my skin that was stuck on. I honestly believe that they do not value their customers or value their service because my nails were uneven, rushed, and they were going left on some fingers and right on others very much wop sided nails. I dont know if she was having a bad day but my nails werent done with any integrity. As a side note I didnt get a pedicure but there was another lady that was getting her feet done, when she left the tech didnt clean the tub out before someone else stuck their feet in. Thats a complete No-No and a direct violation. Thinking back on it the older lady that greeted me when I came in was very pushy. I really tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but it really was a complete waste of money and time. Im fine with a Salon charging for Length but there was no indicator on their menu that said that they charged for length. I didnt mean to make this a novel but I most definitely will never come back and would advise no one else too.

I went against my better judgement and went here though they only had 3 stars. I regret it. I went for a shellac change. First they put my fingers in a bowl of acetone that already had nail chippings in it. My fingers started feeling funny for being in there so long. When she finally came to do my nails she immediately tried to use the drill and I told her they were not fake nails. Then she started filing my nails without asking what shape I wanted. Lastly it still wasnt filed right and I still have polish on my nails. I could have soaked my own hands in acetone with a $4 bottle and filed them myself...actually thats what it looks like. Do NOT go here unless you have a groupon and you dont care how your nails look.

They rushed me and my friend and asked multiple times if we were ready to go.. they didn’t give us time to dry our polish from the over priced pedicures.. They pretty much kicked us out of the shop.. The entire experience was horrible and rushed.. I definitely won’t be visiting them anymore

Very nice nail salon, the best looking one Ive seen in years since the nail salon in Atoka. Angie was fast but careful, she didnt rush which I really appreciated and now will be going there instead of Kevins!

The worst nail shop in Memphis....product is low quality...I picked out 4 colors, 3 gel 1 dip powder ...none could be used, all empty bottles. Polish still on my skin. Ive never had a manicure without water but today I did and she thought I was going to pay $35

I usually come here to get my nails done, but after today I will not be returning. When the older lady swiped my card so I could pay, it was declined. She came over to me and there the receipt at me saying my card didnt fo through. I asked her to run it again because u have money on my debit card and she asked if I had cash. I told her no. I again washed her to try my card again and she finally did with an attitude. The second time my card went through, and I asked her if it worked and she yells putting the receipt in my face saying It went through, it went through!!! Im like lady Im just asking you cause if it didnt I was going to use my credit card. I dont appreciate being yelled at when Im a paying repeat customer and I will not come here ever again

Nail broke within 10 hours later! The mother is very rude and speaks badly to people in her language. She didn’t think I understand Vietnamese. They over charge for their service when it’s not A1! Before the guy was about to redo my nail he was painting another lady toes. He proceeds to come to the station I’m at and try to touch my hands! I told him to wash his hands before starting on my hands! Horrible and I’m never supporting their business!

If I could give a no star I would, my nails look like blocks, there are bumps and clumps all in my polish, they didnt put cuticle oil on my nails, the man told me not to mess up again bc I accidentally hit one of them like oh yes I MEANT to mess up the nails IM paying for. Then rushes me and my mom out and my mom messes her nail up IN THE CAR because they werent dry. Worst service ever. Never going back. So rude

Very abrupt and rude. They sat me down and soaked my whole fingers in Asitone for 40+ minutes while working on someone else because they didn’t have enough techs, which also makes them rush and be rough to get done ASAP.When my manicure was ending, I went to put both hands under the light after each being under three times separately (like every other place I’ve been to) and the woman, Nikki I guess, jumped forward and freaked out at me.They’re so unprofessional here.WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

I had a terrible experience. When I walked in it was packed with only two workers. The older lady was completely disrespectful to the employees and crooked. My nails are crooked and not the same size. My friends shellack nails are very poorly done and they refused to fix them. I will never go here again

VERY POOR SERVICE!!! UNORGANIZED!!! MY NAILS WAS HALF PAINTED!!! Everyone in there needs to retire!!! The nail polish set up is horrible!! Most nail shops have there gel polish and regular polish a set... but in there u have to match it up yourself....I told them my nails was not painted right... of course let them tell it I was wrong.. I was there for 2 hrs.. I spent 30 mins trying to match up polish... WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I’m never going back!!!!

I wish I could give 0 stars because I did not see them clean the pedicure tub out when I came back my water was already in the tub, so as I was sitting there another woman was beside me getting her a pedicure when she was done they allowed another woman to get in that same pedicure chair without cleaning it and when I said something about it she said I didnt see her because I was to busy on my phone wow how rude this is my 1st And my last time coming here

These mfs had my nails lifted up and one fell off while in the shop and they tried to make me pay $20 for that bs. I gt there at 4 and at 7 my nails still werent halfway done . I even took a nap in there n they still werent ready for me. I would like to sue them please. Terrible terrible terrible service. And they rush the hell out of you and have smart ass mouths

Worst gel manicure I’ve ever had. The gel is all over my cuticles and fingers, plus I got it a few hours ago and it’s already peeling on the sides.

Poor customer service, boarding straight rudeness. Unsanitary, reusing disposable gloves and foam slides, not washing hands or cleaning tools in between customers. Ill be notifying the state board.
