I stopped in to get my nails done on a Saturday afternoon. The wait was not long. The price was right. I was on my way out of town, headed to my sons wedding. Everyone loved my nails and toes. I am impressed with New Roses Nails. I will go back.

I visited this salon on a Saturday. There were two technicians at the salon. You would have to be a patient person to be there. You cannot com with children who are not able to sit by themselves for an hour, as there are no children allowed in the work areas. The decor of the shop is traditional Asian, and the service chairs and couch are a bit, dated. Although the tech was not very personable, she was attentive, yet commanding and kept the flow of work constant. Two issues arose where one customer was dissatisfied about one of her nails. The tech was not able to immediately help, but recognize there was an issue, however; instead of asking the disgruntled costumer to wait or have a seat, she began to speak in her non-american language to the other tech to assist. This angered the disgruntled customer. So, if you want your nails done at a reasonable price, but have no qualms with formalities, or dont mind the language, this shop is for you.

I go here most of the time and get a pedicure by the owners husband. He wasnt there so she did my pedicure. She rushed through the entire pedicure. She didnt massage my feet or anything. She kept pulling and I kept yelling ouch. I asked her to please get the sides of my toe. When she was fini she said stay back here and dry for 5 minutes them go. How rude!

Ms. Kim was very rude today and as a repeated customer I don’t appreciate how she spoke to me. I used to speak highly of them & their business but after today I wouldn’t recommend that place to anybody! They are very unprofessional !

This is the worst place to get your nails done they are rude to most of the Black customers who havent been coming for a long time. If you ask for a specific person they get upset and ignore you when you come in. I spoke to the older guy that sit in the first chair when you walk on and asked him to speak with the owner. His response was extemely rude. He told me he didnt care for me because I always come in for his daughter in law...not a good day to speak to a customer in fornt of other customers of you ask me. But none the less this isnt new for this place. Ive had several customers come into my store and stated they dont do such a great job on nails and they are very rude. I wont go back. And when someone comes in my store and ask about them I wont send them there for sure.
