Best place to get mani/pedi in Memphis. I’ve tried so many salons but this place is the only one where they don’t rush and they don’t over charge for mediocre work. The lady took her time on my manicure and pedicure and when they didn’t have the matching color for my mani, she offered to redo my toes to match my fingernail. I love this place!

Extremely disappointed. Filed my cuticles several times with the drill, filed most of the acrylic from the sides of my nails especially my middle left hand nail. Im giving 2 stars because they were nice and attempted to fix the nail but still did a over all jacked up job on my nails which means I have to pay more to have them fixed. I do not recommend this nail shop.

First time here! They did everything Right! The place I was going was rushing! This place took their time & did it Right the first time! No skipping anything! Pedi was a good 45 minutes or more! Excellent Job! Manicure/dip was Perfect! I even got a snow man on each ring finger! I am Well Pleased & I will be back! If you want your Nails done right go here! Brain did the snowmen Perfect!

They do not follow the price chart. I get the same thing every time and it’s ALWAYS priced different. If you come while they are close to closing, they rush your nails. My biggest issue is the pricing, I have no problem paying whatever for my nails but I want it to match what’s hanging in black and white. Don’t charge me $60 for a fill but the price sheet says $35. I feel like they may be gouging. And they EXPECT a tip, not earn a tip but expect one. And they treat you different if you don’t tip. Would I recommend? Yes but you’d really have to catch them on a good day.

Love Kristys Nails. I have been going here for many, many years. The nail technicians are always very professional and do a wonderful job. Never have had a bad experience. I actually drive 30 mins just to come here because I cant find another nail salon close to me that meets the quality that I find here.

Poor Service and Very Unprofessionall staff,So I recently moved to TN and wanted to get my nails refilled, so after reading kristy nails reviews I try to give them a chance. When I arrived to the salon nobody greeted and she asked me to sit, she was about to remove my previous set which I refused because i wanted to see the colors options, the receptionist was not sure what kinda nails I had on ‘I repeated over and over they are acrylic and she continued showing me SNS which I was not interested in” finally she showed me powdered acrylic and they had only 20 shades I couldn’t even leave because she started removing my nails, and as u all can see in the pictures they are finished so unprofessionally u can still see my previous nail color and she had made them so thick everytime I make my hair they get stuck, all my excitement for nails has gone I will be getting them removed this week. And they charged me $3.00 to short my nails LOL its a part of the procedure. Poor Poor and Ms.Tee dis a horrible job.Please dont go and waste your money here.Worst $38.00 spent in my entire life.

I went to Kristy’s Nails on this past Saturday which was my birthday weekend as I was in search of a new nail salon home to receive care for my hands and feet.I absolutely loved that the staff were available and ready to assist me swiftly. The pedicure and manicure services I received were amazing and the young lady assisting me was extremely patient and kind to me. I got a Shellac manicure for the first time and loved my nails overall although I think the price of the polish is not reasonable and pricey especially being I’m not a week in on my manicure and I’ve had polish to chip on two nails already. With that being said $30 for a manicure doesn’t feel worth it at this time but the service and professionalism received makes up for everything else.I care about both quality and affordability but will most definitely go back to Kristy’s Nails.

I’ve been going here since 2011. The wait is a little long so be prepared for that. I love the work they do here. I’ve never not liked my nails after I leave. The workers are helpful and do a really nice job.

Since appointments are needed to be made... I did so it was for a 1000... I was rushed to get pedicure first and been sitting on the sidelines since. I’ve been coming her for about a year and the same guy has been doing my nails and he chooses to skip over me to start a process on a lady’s nails that has taken over an hour. So they insist a lady to do my nails who shouldn’t even been on the floor due to her nasty attitude with anything you ask of her...this is the most unprofessional situation I have encountered and I’m still waiting at 100... I will be seeking somewhere else

This is my main nail salon. They are friendly and professional. They are in compliance with Covid 19 rules and I feel comfortable going there.

They do an amazing excellent job every time. Very professional and clean environment. Brian does amazing creative nail designs. I’ve tried other salons closer to where I live because Kristy’s is 30 minutes from my home 👎🏽 (No one else compares). No one does a dip manicure that doesn’t lift or crack quick and it that lasts two weeks. They also do a GREAT pedi.

I love going here getting my pedicures. They dont rush and they take their time.

Wonderful!!! This was my first time getting the Essentials Oil Pedicure with lavender scent. the pedicure was a really relaxation experience, especially; when they put the warm hot towel on with the mask. This is one of the best place I have been so far. I would recommend anyone to come here because all the technician are nice and professional. This time Siem did my pedicure and she never disappointed. Going to bring my mother here for Mothers Day.

Emily was great not the owner loved my nails . 2ant acknowledged when entered the building or asked if I had an appointment. What the hell!!!!!!

I have only been here twice this year and going back a third time this week. The staff is friendly and they use new, not old caked up nail polish. I stopped going to another place that was supposed to be better and am starting to patronize Kristys.

Just got my nails done by Siem at Kristys Nails! LOVE THEM!!!! She took such good care of me and did a beautiful job!! The salon was clean and inviting and all of the employees are so friendly! I really enjoyed my visit!

I have been to many Nails Salon around Memphis, but i have never been to a place like this. Not only are they are nice to their clients, but they are very patient and professional. They offer they best natural pedicure around, when I got done my feet felt very refreshing, like they have gave me new skin. I would recommend this place to anybody that want to try out a new place of service.

Amazing service! Ive been a customer for over 5 years and Ive never experienced rudeness or unsatisfactory service. I dont have a specific nail tech that I prefer because each one provides great service. I even get my eyebrows done here.

If I could give negative stars, I WOULD!! I have the dip nails and they are sloppy and wide. They are all the way to my cuticles. My pedicure was great except my polish. I could still see thin spots on my toes where you could see through the polish (Same thing for the DIP on my nails) Not only that, but they did NOT put a clear coat on my toes. I will NOT be returning. Waste of money AND time! I was there for over 2 hours.

The salon has been quite different since Kristy (previous owner) sold the shop. I miss her and staff terribly! It’s become very difficult to get an appointment and frankly the service just isn’t the same as it once was. Unfortunately, I’ll be finding a new nail shop after 5 + years of loyalty.

Brian is the BEST nail specialist Ive come across ever.... The shop is so popular now, theres usually a wait and/or Brian is not available. Im trying to hang in there.

My experience there wasn’t plenty I spent 3 hours in the shop a day before my birthday for a full set n pedi my nails started breaking after a week in which broke 4 of my nails which broke down all the way to the skin and my pinky nail on my finger is bruised up n looks disgusting I would never go back here not worth the amount they tried to charge me

I will never patron them again and will do my all to share this experience so that others will not.We dont need those types of businesses in our neighbor hoods. Either rise up to the level of customer service that your clients expect and deserve or GET OUT! I really hope that other people hold them accountable for providing superior service. The owner needs to get back to the basics.Id been frequenting this nail salon on of off for the last eleven years. I initially found the service to be professional and polite as I primarily had one technician service me over the years, KLU (Que). She did a great job, but no longer works there. There are only 3 techs and the prices are a little higher than some of the other nail locations.I deliberately avoided one of the other female technician (shes not the owner) because of my first experience with her. Shes very rude and stubborn. God forbid youre indecisive about a color (mind you not before she starts painting your nails). Id selected one color prior to being seated and then changed my mind before she started to polish. God forbid you dare change your mind, she went out of her way to be rude by rolling her eyes, huffing and puffing to the point that I asked if she had a problem with servicing me because I could just leave. The owner, stepped in and said No Problem.Fast forward two weeks. I was sitting next to a client who after having two nails polished expressed that the color shed selected did not appear blue and that shed hoped it looked more bluish. Needless to say the male tech tried to convince her that it could be the lighting and that she selected that color and that he did not. She asked if she could change and again, she received the same attitude but one step further. He then began to scold her for approx. 5 mins while she looked at me with surprise and shock. He would not let up and kept telling her that he didnt pick the color and that she did, and the next time she should pick her color properly before being seated.Needless to say I could not believe how he was talking to her or the fact that she would remain seated and allow that to happen. I expressed to him that his attitude was really unprofessional, rude and totally uncalled for. He only painted two of that customers nails and she asked to change the color. l stressed that I would not tolerate anyone speaking to me in that tone and then got up and walked out.

Very expensive for a passable but sloppy nail polish and shockingly rude service. I wouldnt recommend
