Van did a horrible job on my nails and the nail polish they have is super cheap polish. She put 3 coats of polish on my nails and had to redo 3 of them in the process. When I got home several of my nails on feet and hands were messed up. Went back the next day and they treated me as if I had done something wrong. Johnny was rude and Van grabbed my hands to redo them. I let her remove the polish on my hands and feet and told them I didnt want anything else from them. I left without a redo and will not return!

My experience with Johnny doing my nails was horrible. The process seemed flawless but the night of the day I got it done I experienced an excruciating pain in both my thumbs. I didn’t really think of it much because a little soreness after getting acrylics is pretty usual, however three days later my index finger’s nail broke FROM TAPPING ON MY PHONE. Due to it being late I decided to get them off the next day but due to a cluttered schedule it ended up being 5 days. The day I was about to go my middle finger on my right hand broke when I was closing a door. It was so bad BLOOD WAS DRIPPING DOWN MY HAND. I decided not to go back and to let the wound heal for a couple hours before I went to another shop but on my way there my index finger on my other hail broke. LITERALLY HALF MY NAIL GONE! Best guess is that the nail professional, Johnny, filed my nails entirely too low. Of course after this I’m terrified to let anyone near my nails. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE GUYS!

Johnny is a very rude individual. I asked if Van was here and he asked What you need Van for? I was about to lose my mouth as Im dealing with a very ill parent and would expect having a service done would be relaxing. Here I am after my service still thinking about that interaction and not happy. Im pleased with the work that Van did but Johnny can be erased from this establishment. Its my fourth visit and I notice his adaption and friendliness to people who dont look like me. Johnny needs a lesson in etiquette. I plan on sharing that with him before leaving.

Great Job! The pedicure is a luxurious experience. You have to wait it out. They do not rush your service simply because others are waiting. The staff is courteous and personable. What they say they do, they actually do.

This was my first time visiting this location. I decided to visit based on the reviews and the convenience of the location. However, I have never left a pedicure service and come home to put medicine on my toe. The young lady was good all the way up until she clipped too hard on my cuticle and made my toe bleed. She tried to continue, but I stopped her and told her that she made me bleed. She then stated oh its ok and I stated no its not okay. She attempted to spray alcohol and I told her she better not spray an alcohol. I didnt understand why she did that in that first place. I was dissatisfied with the service and never have I experienced a cut during a pedicure. I will decide to take my business somewhere else next time.

I go every time I have a special occasion coming up, I absolutely love it here! The service is awesome and so is the work!! All my experiences have been great here 💗💗 i felt comfortable here ever since my first time. Much love !

Hidden fees!!Long wait...the service was good and the staff was nice...but at pay time I had to pay an extra 20.00 just to have a few press ons and acrylic removed. Unless youre getting a reg manicure (which i didnt) you shouldnt have to pay for that service.

I went to this nail shop. Started going there last year. The lady that did my nails was nice, courteous, and professional, she did an excellent job. She is much younger.It’s my birthday Weekend wanted to do my nails, went there last week one mr Johnny jokingly said the girl had been fired, afterwards he said she is on vacation. So I left.Wnent there on January 30. Had no choice than to wait for someone else to do my nails. Honestly, I prefer the other lady they claimed travelled.I should have ran. I believe the lady that ended up doing my nails was Johnnys wife, there was a reason why I never wanted her to my nails anyway. She is so rude, unfriendly,and mean looking.Oh my God. Reluctantly, she did my nails, did not use the cuticle remover to clean my nails, she treated me so bad. The water she put my feet in was cold, she refused to turn on the chair that massages ones back, she does not know what she is doing at all. The kind o& 💅, and pedicure that she did was horrible like a learner stage. I could have stayed at home to do that myself. It gets worse. Out of my hard earned money I gave hear $3:00 tip she was mad no thank you nothing. I already wasted $35:for a mediocre service she gave me .until the lady that does the excellent job comes back. I am not going in there again,
