These people can not do nails !!!! I had two people tell me two different prices . I had these nails for 3 days pictures below .They do not know how to shape I grabbed the file myself to shape it even . He didn’t even put the right size nail on my finger my nail popped off like a press on after a day . Do not recommend please don’t waste your time or money
So when I came into the place the guy was ok then when I got the service the girl I guess his wife did my pedicure that was the quickest pedicure I have ever had in my life. Once in the chair the lady didn’t speak did not wash her hands before the service she came from outside. She says it would be 10 more Dollars on your service because you have gel polish on your nail and it would be free if you wanted to put gel back on I said no thanks I don’t want gel anymore. So that’s when the guy was being rude kept grabbing my feet and his whole demeanor was just nasty if you don’t like to be in the United States why be here . ✌🏽✌🏽✌🏽✌🏽
Prices jacked up since all of these stimulus checks are posting. My daughter paid $45 acrylic polish, soak off and shape, at a nail shop in whitehaven. Her nails are beautiful too plus she got the little 💎 on every finger. I paid almost for the same thing minus the diamond 💎. I paid $75 for messy nails. I wont be going back.
Had my nails done here. They are to high and they dont do a good job at all. Im filing and trying to fix my nails now. Terrible job. I wasnt trying to give them no stars. Frfr. And they dont have good customer service. First and last time there. Very bad.
I have an autoimmune disease that is triggered by gluten and unfortunately I mistakenly came in contact with gluten this week, and the reaction has been affecting my motor skills on the left side of my body. My balance is off and it’s a little hard for me to control my left hand fully.Nonetheless, I came in the shop to get my nails done for a wedding that I would be attending. I ended up with this rude, smart-mouth nail tech. And of course while he was working on my left hand, it was a little difficult for me to cooperate but it wasn’t that bad to the point that he couldn’t do my nails. Honestly, he had a terrible attitude to begin with and every time he needed me to move my left hand a certain way he would make little side remarks under his because my response wasn’t fast enough or I would lose control of my hand a little. He called me lazy, and then I told him what the problem was. The other nail techs thought it was funny, so they would snicker a little. It was so hard for me to stay calm and not go off because I was not feeling well and my body was weak, but I will not allow them to do my nails again. Their work is sloppy and not very good. Also, it’s obvious that their work is a reflection of their attitudes and people skills. (HORRIBLE!!!) When you run a business great customer service is important and reputation is everything. Judging by their rating and reviews, they have yet to grasp that concept. The picture attached is how my nails looked when I left the shop. It already looks like I need a fill-in. I was so irritated that I just decided not to allow them to try and fix. I will just go to a better nail shop the later on next week.
Sloppy Shellac Manicure, Rude Asain American man with 4 boys, rushes you when picking colors and rushes thru Entire Service ‼️
Friendly and they do good work
Do not go to this business; they will over charge you. They do not give you what you ask for and they lie about what they’re charging you for. I was charge $140 for a basic refill on my natural nails and toes but instead they did a full set on my natural nails which broke the same day.
The customer service for your poor
Only a few can be inside at a time. Sign in & then wait in your car for safety purposes. Masks MUST be worn at all times & you have to wash your hands before getting service. The have hand sanitizer & they will allow you to purchase masks if needed.
Great costumer service ! when i didn’t understand he explain prices and what would be good for me . he did great with my nails and was very gentle with my hand and the tools . i will 100 % be coming back for my fill in baby !
They was fast and CDC approved, clean great service. Will be returning!!
I’ve been getting my nails done here for about 5 years and I’ve always had a great experience! Everyone in the salon have serviced me and I’ve always been satisfied. There is a wide variety of nail colors and dip powders to choose from as well. There personalities are welcoming and so sweet. I would recommend this salon to anyone!
Great work
For everyone complaining about the guy and bad service, you are terribly mistaken ‼️ He is a funny nice guy and really one of the best there along with his nice wife. He moves your fingers a certain way so his work can be near perfect . I’ve been going here for 3 years now and even to this day when he does my nails, he still moves them because I always forget he wants them straight and neat. He does nails really fast but also he IS A MAN. He is just a little more tougher than the females in the shop. They do an excellent job. Make sure you go on a non busy day. They get super packed on the weekends.
I walked in to inquire about services and pricing information for me and my husband and the man sitting at the front was NOT cordial or inviting at all. He barely looked up at me as I was talking to him. It’s like I had to force him to talk to me. I checked their reviews here and I must say....... The prior posted information by others is CORRECT. He gave me the impression he didn’t want to be bothered so I looked at the pricing chart and kindly walked out the door. Rose’s Nails you just lost 2 POSSIBLE customers because of your customer service. I’ve NEVER visited your business until today. You made me feel bad for even walking in the door. 😟 Please do better. 😕
When I first walked inside I felt a little comfortable because the place is spacious and looks clean. I was greeted by a male tech and thought everything would be cool until he began my full set. He acted annoyed the entire time, moving my fingers a certain way with aggression...it was just a very awkward and unprofessional experience. He did a great job with my nails (the reason for 2 stars instead of 1), but I didnt leave a tip because his customer service wasnt welcoming at all. I will take my business elsewhere.
Always got the new trends but its a little over priced. Other salons have more affordable services but Ashley is the best tech I know so I travel just to indulge in her craft/ skill!!
Pretty good for a pedicure or regular manicure. I got the dip polish 1 time and was not happy. It was so thick and fake looking. My cousin got hers done at another shop and it looked great. I will not get that there again but all the other services are good.
Very thoughtful and professional and complete
Theyre the only ones that have done my pedicure and didnt cut me or otherwise make me bleed. As a diabetic that factor is very important.
Poor customer service.
Ashley, Kelly, Johnny and Mom are the best. I won’t go to another nail shop. They have a wide variety of colors in gel polish and dip powders. They are skilled in the application of all nail care and foot care.
I WOULD GIVE A 0 OF I CAN, THE MAN RUSHED MY NAILS ..AND THE LADY WHO DO FEET CANT DO EM ..My nails looks bubbly and not what I asked .I really wanna cry tbh.
Very nice staff. Courteous and patient.
I like the brand of nail polish but the customer service sucks! The little girls who work there are extremely rude! The only ones that are not rude is the young guy and black girl....even the mom has a nasty attitude...lucky for them I know how to hold my tongue
I am a licensed cosmetologist and esthetician, I work in the beauty industry and have never experienced this type of service at a nail salon. MY SHELLAC POLISH CHIPPED IN 5 DAYS. They said they didn’t remember me, despite that fact that I remember their entire conversation as I set and got my nails done. Even after I told them this....they claimed not to remember.. I came in just wanting them repolished...they were all chipping all 10, they only wanted to fix the ones that were lifting completely....They said I had an oily nail bed, even though they were chipping from the nail bed and from the nail tip...so that clearly wasn’t the case. I stopped by because it was convenient and near my job. My mistake. ALL THEIR REVIEWS SUCK, so it’s definitely not a coincidence. The next time I decide to go to random nail salon outside of my neighborhood...I will definitely read the reviews!!!! This salon is trash and so are the young ladies that work here.
Have been going for about 4 months. They are rude! There Customer Service skills are the worst Ive ever seen. The Men do rush jobs as if they want you out of there face quickly. The young girls talk real flip, they where raised here. But was not raised to Respect there elders! So i will no longer take my hard earned money, to rude people. Who dont respect or appreciate the customer. Who keep them in there Burkinstock shoes and Disney trips! A nail shop is suppose to be a relaxing place. Not one where i have to be prepared to curse or fight!
Please dont waste your money going to this nail shop. Its been a week since I got a full set and my polish is already coming off. The nail on my right index finger is crooked and I was told thats because my finger is fat. Fat finger or not, that has nothing to do with the nail being crooked. These people have horrible customer service skills. The young guy rushed painting my nails which is probably why the polish is coming off. I definitely will not be going here anymore.
I got my nails and hands done. Im a county girl but I gotta look good for Easter
If you have time to wait for your service then go for it.. They will start on your nails and start on someone else nails just to make sure theyre making money..... And they are very playful to my liking..
I used to get gel nails. Then I tried power dip nails loved it. Because I hated drilling.
I have been going to this place for a little over a year. I have continuously had bad encounters. It has a convenient location per my commute to and from work but last week was the last straw. We continuously support these businesses that do not treat us with respect or give good quality service on a consistent basis.I will not speak of my previous experiences as that would be too tedious. I will speak to this last experience. I went in for an acrylic fill and a polish change. Just something quick to get me through the week. I normally go in to get a pedicure and a dip set. Now I will say that the time before last, I was there around 5 didn’t leave until 7 because of them and was told that I couldn’t finish drying my feet because they had to pick up their children and it was only around 7:15... I had been sitting there maybe 10-12 minutes. Mind you it’s three of them there ... someone could have staid....so my polish did get smudged and trust and believe I went back. When I did, there was an attitude in the air towards me as if I did something. I specifically told them that if my toes messed up I would be back the next day. I called them and I told her the next day that I was coming their after work and she said ok.Now this particular incident, which made me livid but I never get an attitude or raise my voice. I ALWAYS start off by saying, “ Excuse me, can I ask a question?” Or “ I have a concern, can you ...”.... so I’ve seen her husband get rude with a few African American women, in the past, not knowing what the entirety of the situation was, I minded my business but he himself would always use hand gestures and start talking in another language and she (his wife) normally runs down to try to deescalate the situation, not really helping. So in my case, the issue, which he had done the time before when he put on my acrylic set, FOR THE FIRST TIME...iit was sloppy, the acrylic was over lapping my skin, underneath my nails he didn’t drill down the acrylic, so it the tiptop of my nail was touching thetop of my finger 🤦🏾♀️🤷🏾♀️... and on some of my nails he didn’t bring over the acrylic all the way... so the side was not smooth, it was rigid. So, I waited to see if he was going to clean it up after I got my pedicure and before they painted ... he did not.. and when I politely asked about it he got agitated. (This was another incident, the one prior to this... I know I said I wouldn’t mention it but it’s hard not too because they are somewhat connected )So to end this, when I asked him in a nice calm and low voice if he could file down the edges so that when he paints my nails and so that my finish would be smooth ...mind you this is what is expected...I SHOULDNT HAVE TO ASK AND PLEAD WITH YOU TO MAKE SURE THAT MY HANDS LOOK DECENT!!!!!!!!... she jumped in with an analogy trying to explain how when they do a fill in that they only do a certain portion not all of the nail. NOW MIND YOU, I’m an Analyst by trade... so logic is my game. This girl insulted me by giving me a scenario that didn’t apply to my situation and the entire issue was that he just didn’t do what he was supposed to 🤷🏾♀️plain and simple. I have never experienced anything like this.. they won’t be getting my business and if I were you I would go either. They are unprofessional, kids walking around, just 🤦🏾♀️.....
I have been here alot in the past years its been my go to nail shop but the last 2 years have been ugly.. lack of concern for customers and also their work. So I fell back. Went on yesterday 12/18/2018. Just to treat myself and also to see maybe it has improved..NOT!!!!! I was certainly disappointed.....STILL A LACK OF CONCERN AND BAD ATTITUDES I HATE THAT BECAUSE THEY WERE GREAT AT ONE POINT AND TIME.😑😐I will not be spending my hard earned dollars here anymore.
The worst manicure Ive ever gotten. Clear dipping powder was suggested to me by the staff when I asked for something that was long-lasting and colorless. The result was a cloudy mess with various dark pink flecks all over my nails. I ignored the bad reviews of this place, and now I regret it. $45 and a bad manicure later, I know not to return to this place again.
Love them! Lots of colors for dip powder and shellac and gel!
All these reviews are lies! Do not go there the nail tech was really disrespectful and not gentle at all! I went in for a fill in and two repairs and it was busy however, I was not greeted when I came in and ignored until two other customers came in! Then when he repaired the two nails he did not file then down he just placed them up there and fill in the rest! So they were uneven and ugly then when he painted then left excess all over the side of my nail! Then he would not fix it so I had to go home to file them ugly things down myself! I am so displeased! Maybe he was in a rush but that is no excuse!!! Never again!
Nice inside variety of colors and powder nails to chose from. My kids like it as well.
They are very friendly people. And they do a very great job.
This nail salon is horrible and he staff is very rude. I had my whole toe nail removed after a pedicure here. My toe was dark underneath the nail I asked them about it on my next visit they told me I must have dropped something on it. Which I did not. It was very painful with dried blood underneath the nail and began to pus and the nail began to come off but not completely. I had to go to a pediatrist and it sure was a fungal infection, I took pain meds and antibiotics for weeks before and after having the nail removed. My nail bed is damaged and my nail will never grow back properly. Please don’t waste your time here.
Oh my goodness I will never step foot in this place again. The service was absolutely awful and very unwelcoming.
They do great work but if u try to correct them dont agree w/ something theyre doing, they get the biggest attitudes! Dont come here w/o a means to protect yourself b/c they WILL try to fight you. Even the guy who works here.Skills are great, but the customer service is some of the worst Ive ever seen. ill definitely be looking for a new nail salon.
My nails were perfectly done. Completely satisfied. I will be making this my regular spot .
Ive always had a good experience and my girls like coming here! One thing Im not to excited about is the men that does nails one time the gentleman rushed and messed up my nail and packed it to cover the mistake he made why I let it go because I was in a hurry and it was just 1 nail but if I have a say either one of this sisters can do my hand and mom on my feet! So 1 out of several times going isnt bad enough to change nail shop! Actually going this morning hopes this post keeps it weight of stars with another good experience !
Service was horrible they are so rude Ill never come back again
Walk ins welcome
They charge you for every little thing, and for them to be that bad it’s ridiculous! I do not recommend going here. Waste of time. Poor customer service. Cheap supplies
They were packed but managed to get everyone taken care of
Well, was super excited about my hubby and I having a mani-pedi day. (His 2nd time.. last exp here was a nice couples experience ) Ive always loved my nails results here. My feet hurt so bad I cant sleep. My nail tips shorter than I prefer. The acrylic is thick . Not buffed out as usual. A new guy did them, the owner had to file them as the rough jagged edges of some would surely snag my clothes... thick and chunky French tips ! Not the look of was going for or have ever received before from this shop... the couples mani pedi was so disapointing.. the relaxing exp bonding w/hubby did not happen. He was sat at pedi bowl to start soaking while my tips done .then I was to join him for a relaxing mani pedi. The tech had him finished with feet on towel B4 my right hand finished. But was told he could sit in chair while mine done. . His feet never soaked. Just put in water and pedi began.. mine barely wet when she started mine! Which if on a lunch break would be fine. But for a couples mani pedi . Not good... my hubby decided to skip his mani portion as he didnt want his hands to hurt like his feet.. the owner did fix the sloppy rushed polish the tech threw on my nails.. . I have been comeing here since 2009.. and Im so disappointed. This place may be fine if you want a hit or miss fast mani pedi on your lunch break. But not the place for a pampered experience. After being a customer for 8 yrs . To be treated so badly.. when I noticed they were doing his pedi . I spoke up and reminded we were doing this as,a together exp. I was told he is ok, let him get pedi, then he can sit in chair and wait next to me.. . The reviews are accurate. If you correct them. The attitude changes and becomes rude.. we are in the trucking business and gone 8-12weeks. And thus not able to visit twice a month like I had. After yesterdays experience. .I will not return . My feelings as well as both our feet hurt... what happened to this used to be awesome salon? Not a thank you, have a nice day or anything.
Kind of pricey. Polish starting chopping within 2 days. Think Ill try somewhere else
I had been (I stopped for a while) going to Roses Nails for the past year faithfully, every two weeks. On October 15th, 2014, I had a pedicure and my eyebrows waxed. I paid the lady that performed the services $38 ($33 plus a $5 tip). A couple weeks later around the next time I would have gone, I noticed my big toe was hurting really bad and felt dull so I decided not to get a pedicure. Early November, I took the nail polish off of my toe because it was hurting and I noticed the nail was about to fall off. When I got the polish off, I noticed dark discoloration and my nail was about to come off but hadnt. I started doing some at-home treatment such as, using Vicks vapor rub at night but I continued wearing my heels during the day (work hours). That didnt really help. My big toenail eventually came all the way off and a few more of my toe nails were loosening up. With it coming up on the year end, it was hard for me to get an appointment sooner at a Podiatrist. On December 30th I finally went to see one and he looked at my feet and immediately told me that I had a fungal infection. I stopped going to Roses Nails until I decided to go back on Tuesday, August 4th.During my pedicure, I noticed the nail technician putting some green liquid on the bottom of my feet. It didnt come to my mind at all that she had cut me. I thought she was putting the liquid on the bottom of my feet to soften up any rough skin. Later that day and week, it felt like my feet was burning. I thought it was coming from my 3 inch heels. As crazy as it seems, I started noticing red stains on the carpet and floors but still had no idea that it was coming from my feet. Low and behold, after looking inside of a few shoes that I had worn, sure enough blood stains were in them. I had my mother to look under the bottom of my feet and she noticed that I had a deep cut and immediately put some peroxide on it. I tried contacting a manager at the shop that Saturday but couldnt talk to one because I was put on hold (assuming they were really busy) for so long I just hung up. I went back up to the shop that Monday (8/10th) and couldnt talk to anyone. I went back on Tuesday (8/11th) around 4:15 pm and they had a sign on the door stating that they were closed. Finally on Wednesday (8/12th) around 2:00 pm, I was able to talk to Ashley Nguyen (I was told that she was one of the owners but not sure). I informed Ashley on Wednesday that I didnt want my money back, I just wanted her (not the other nail tech) to do my pedicure over once my foot had healed. I showed her my foot and the person that did the pedicure. She told me that she would call the manager and get back with me. Of course, she didnt. I called her back around 6:00 p.m. and she stated that she still hadnt talk to the manager and for me to call her on Thursday around 11:00 a.m. On Thursday, I called Ashley around 10:30 am and she informed me that the manager said that it wasnt anything he could do because mistakes happen. She said that she could give me one of her $10 gift certificates to use on my next visit. I have spent quite a bit at this business and to not want to do anything is a disgrace. Yes, mistakes do happen, but twice at the same shop by the same person????? It clearly shows that the nail tech isnt taking the precautions and following proper sanitary procedures and everything else. I dont know if their license are all up to date or not but I feel like they could have at least honored my request.
Very poor costumer service they dont know how yo treat people rude
They are always amazing
They were very friendly and my nails lasted about 3 weeks
After what they did I could never recommend this place. I am from Ohio and deeply offended by what I saw from this unprofessional nail salon. Bad news will never be good news for them and I hope anybody that is overweight does not go here. Warning they are unprofessional and rude to overweight people charging them more for pedicures then everybody else. That in my eyes is a bad salon that should be shut down for raising prices just by the way somebody looks. I want this salon to know that your actions do have consequences and they will not go unpunished. So please avoid this salon at all costs! I wish I could give it negative stars!
The hours posted online and on their door apparently mean nothing! I walk 4 steps in the door at 630pm (they close at 7pm) and a young lady runs from the back yelling & waving her hands, WE CLOSED WE CLOSED! So much for customer service.
Please do not give this business your business. The techs are rude and know nothing about customer service. My daughter was attacked by a male employee while two women stomped and kicked her because she requested that they cut the other nine nails down to the length of the one they had cut too short. If I could give a zero rating I would.
Their policies are terrible and they don’t guarantee their work. My polish came off the same day and they claimed that happens and opted not to fix it. Won’t be coming back here anymore. Taking my business to Zen’s Nails.
Great service
Very clean and professional
Poor service.rude, attitudes the females,I will never spend my hard earned money here again, nor will they get my service, dam koreans
No wait time very friendly
Too high!!!!!
Love
