I got a mani, pedi, and full set exactly one week ago. It took 3 hours. There were only 2 women working. My pedicure was not good. The only save was Im pretty good with keeping my feet smooth. Im not really good at the perfect polished look. It was the manicure with the full set that determined my overall opinion. After only one week, my cuticles are peeling. Two of my nails are cracked. And all of them are lifting up except one thumb. Thats the quickest way I know to get a fungus under nails because of water settling in between my nail bed and the nail tips. Im led to believe their products are not full strength. Maybe added acetone to help it stretch. A way of making a nail set last less than a week. ANYONE whose considering going there.. I wouldnt. You will waste money and your time.

AWFUL!!! My nails were so bubbly and ugly. They rushed the entire process. Please do not spend your hard earned money here. There are better nail shops around.

My pedicure was rushed cut my toenails all the way down told me one price then charges me another did not get dead skin off had to ask cut my in grown nails I WILL NEVER RETURN

They are not as good as they once were. Now I see why theyre not as busy as they once were & the ladies talk way too loud to each other across the shop, while working on you... which is so annoying.

Its clean. I dont know if its a communication break down or what but if I do get them to understand what Im asking for, the nail job never lasts even a week. Im not hard on a manicure either. The pedicure was at best ok and even the polish looked so bad that I took it off in just a few days. It was $100 for Mani, pedicure, and eyebrow wax and still had to tweeze when I looked at it at home. :(

I went Sunday May 20th. There were 3 ladies working there. I was the ONLY customer. They were slow to acknowledge me. They literally yelled while talking . I was so annoyed. Im pretty sure they talked about me. I will NEVER PATRONIZE THIS PLACE EVER AGAIN. THEY WERE NASTY PEOPLE! THEY OVER CHARGED ME TOO!! They are racist too!

It was nice. I just had a pedicure and they handled my toe situation very well.

The staff is nice. I was rushed through my pedicure though. The lady next to me got hers started first and received a nice lengthy leg massage by Tina; I was done several minutes before she was, even after starting later, and one leg didnt get massaged at all. Disappointing.

I enjoyed this palace a lot. Good prices and it even comes with a hot stone massage!

I have been going to this place for a while and the service continues to get worse each time. Went yesterday to get a new shellac (only person there) took them an hour to even start my nails and even then, I kept having to tell them what they were doing wrong bc they are too busy talking rather than focusing on their customers.

Overall they were ok!! I had to tell the lady how to shape my nails and she still did an ok job. I received a full set and asked for shellac polish with resulted an additional $20 charge. I dont mind paying $45 for a nail set, however it was a rushed job. And on another note I had to wait 15 minutes because the nail techs were busy at the new Nordstrom rack here. I will NOT be going back here.

My nails came out fat and crooket and make sure the mans who work there don’t do ur nails cause they don’t know how to do the nails

Never get your eyebrows waxed there thats for sure! She burnt me with the wax then theyre more uneven than they were when i got there. Horrible
