New owner, new decorations, I’m speechless. This place has changed a lot over the past years I’ve been coming to get my nails done. The service and hospitality is great. The prices are placed with a reasonable price. Honestly, this place is one of my top recommendations to get your nails done.

Love them! They have the most current and stylish nail techniques in the Memphis area. Hologram, gel, dip,etc... You name it and Im pretty sure they can do it.

Extremely long wait because customers that come in to get pedicures/manicure are prioritized over customers that want manicure only. I waited for over an hour while customers after me were seated for pedicures that were finished quickly and then they were seated for nails at the same time I was seated although I was there earlier. The nail techs are loud, unprofessional, and like to make jokes about how much money you will be spending in there shop.

Techs were polite. The service was very slow. Decor of the shop was the most drab I have seen in a nail salon. This place needs a serious facelift or maybe just someone with taste to go in and redecorate. The massage was good with my pedicure and the wine was surprisingly good ( I dont care for wine) so overall was okay.

I love this place, such GREAT and FRIENDLY service. They take there time and make sure u is satisfied.

You definitely get more bang for your buck. The staff all speak English and will make you feel satisfied, pampered, and beautiful.

First thing you notice on the sign is the word “Professional” but there is nothing professional about this place. When my daughter & I got there there were 2 people being worked on. We were there for 3 hours. They let my nails soak off for almost 2 hours. Checked on them once. There was a set of sisters working there & when one tried to assist with the take off the guy basically told her not to. The guy helping & I’m assuming the owner kept disappearing. They were outside arguing from what I understand. I will say Kudos to the two melanated sisters who stepped in to assist because I was getting more & more pissed as I watched them take customer after customer while my nails soaked without even checking on me & when I asked the guy how much longer they were going to let the nails soak he said as long as it takes & he didn’t know. Despite all the 14 letter words generating in my head I kept my cool. Again I appreciate the two sisters but I will NEVER go back to this shop. I advise anyone who wants to stop there to keep on going. Nail polish selections are minimal. The set up is horrible. Communication is horrible & I can only assume that the lady working was the owner & her guy friend are the absolute worst! Spend your money elsewhere.....

Amy Nails is very unprofessional with workers and customers. They overcharge you and y’all to you crazy. Workers are polite but Jackie and jay they fuss and yell with customers they never get an understanding of a situation before the customers leave, this is exactly why there business has slowed down they have ran majority of the customers off to other businesses. If they keep it up they won’t have a business

It was quite pleasant. I enjoyed my self, the customers was nice, the service was nice, I was shocked when they asked me if wanted some WINE, I was SHOCKED. I will tell anyone to Amys Nails.

I gave 3 stars because I loved the way Jackie did my eyebrows other than that, I wouldve given only 1. Now apparently they are closed. Ive driven by there 3 times and the lights are off. Didnt particularly like the environment inside or out. Nail service was just mediocre.

I love this place, they do everything correct and make sure that you dont they rip off. They are quick and they fake care of you

The service was terrible....the man that started doing my nails was definitely an amateur, he was rude and very unprofessional. My mother and I were at the shop for about 2hrs getting our nails done and after each service the man would just put the money in his pocket...not once did he put anything in the cash register. Please don’t waste your money and time on this unprofessional place.

I love this place. Its nice and clean. And the staff is very friendly..

Very unorganized, it took me almost 2 1/2 hours to get a sloppy mani pedi and a full set. A slow time of the day and management went outside seems like every 15 minutes for a smoke break. It was my first time and last time there, especially, since the guy who was doing my feet hurt my toes.

Arrived at 10:10 for a pedicure shop was locked up and closed, waited until 10:30. No one came to open the shop.
