I’ve been here many times, no complaints. I scheduled an appointment recently and arrived early. I sat an entire hour before I left. The tech said, “sorry” and that was it. They are good, just don’t schedule an appointment and expect to be seen on time.

Nini is the best, hands down. If you have ingrowns, she can get them out unlike others that just “pick” at the ingrowns.

I created an account just so I can leave this review. That’s how horrible my nails were. Air bubbles under all my nails and all they can say is “I will fix next time”. How will u know who I am next time. $42 for garbage something I could’ve done at home. If u can’t do the service don’t advertise as if u can. It seems like I can’t find a decent place in Memphis to get dip.

GREAT PROFESSIONAL SERVICEAnthony does nails properly!!! My nails are thin weak and dry . He assessed them after listening to me and my horrible experiences with THE DRILL! Great job using OPI dip, no drill, and he even ordered my favorite color. AND he repaired one nail that I damaged for free . Now- THAT IS GREAT SERVICEPs even my husband likes to have a pedicure there!

Terrible they can not put on acrylic or drill the nails smooth . i will never go there again this was a total waste of my time and money i went on a Monday. the lady that was working in there on this Monday told me that are normally closed on Sunday and Monday they need to stay closed. and the polish we terrible too, i had to take the polish off my nails before i left the nails hop so i had to polish them my self when i got home so again that was a waste of my money.

Not worth getting your nails done...The absolute worst nail job Ive ever had...Powder normally lasts 3 weeks on my nails and if I get a full set even longer, not here...I got a full set with powder and it lasted 5 days before the tips were gone and powder was cracked. Subpar work @ a professional price😢

Went in today and picked out their 63.00 pedicure and manicure during the service I was offered a wine which I accepted when I checked out their was an additional 20.00 charge when I asked what the charge was I was told it was for the glass of wine I get a manicure and pedicure every 3 weeks from all over the world Ive never been charged for something I was offered for a refreshment
