Today i had to use Action to retrieve my truck from the store where it broke down. I received a call right away stating that he would be at my location within 20 minutes. When Rue showed up he was very polite and courteous. He was willing to try and get the vehicle started before he had to really tow the vehicle. I will definitely be using the service again.

Amazing service! Two old ladies with their 92 year old invalid father stranded in Las Cruces after a doctor visit. We were 70 miles from home. Road Assistance contacted this business. Rue Stone, the tow truck driver, arrived within 20 minutes. He was kind and very concerned about our dear old dad (it was hot out there!). If he towed the van wed be stuck far from home with no way to transport Dad. He took the time to give the van a once over. He wasnt able to do a full diagnostic, but he tested a few things and said he thought the BANG and billowing cloud we experienced was an A/C line blowing. Bless his heart! We decided we would run with this- we thought we could drive it home without A/C. He gave us his phone number in case we ran into trouble on the road. We drove the 70 miles in the heat, but made it home safely. Whew! Can Rue be the next Employee of the Year?

Shane was awesome. My car broke down on Easter Sunday & he got to me so quick. & every shop was closed but he made sure to have me covered. Didnt struggle to get my vehicle from towing. I had to do research on the place to make sure I didnt miss things. I also made various calls to the location to double check on what info they needed from me. (Person seemed annoyed for all the calls... but hey its my vehicle and money u was paying for!)Since it was my first time my vehicle was towed. I asked what I needed to do. The person said you can pay the fee or give in your title to pay for the feeJA he wish!Since I told him that Im not giving my title... I asked of they buy the vehicles... he said no... when I picked up my van... a worker said, you could just sold your van to us 😑I feel that if I didnt do my homework, I would have struggled more with them.The down side is the lack of communication with each other. One person would say one thing and the other would say the contrary.Example: 1.cash only.... you can pay with card2. You can pick up your vehicle between the hours 9-4.... you need make an appointment.... you need to call 2 hours in advancePrice range wasnt bad. 15 dollars every night it stayed, plus towing charge: hook up& 1st mile 100.00, 2-25 (dont know what that means ) 30.00, clean up 50.00, gasoline charge.

An employee named Bill came and did it like a true professional. Very friendly and very effective no damage to the car. Safely done and it took him like four to five minutes to get the whole thing done. Not exaggerating but every experience with Action Towing is a great experience. Cool company!

Highly recommended!Our conversion van broke down 50 miles north of Las Cruces on I-25 and I looked for the tow company with the best reviews. Brian is the owner and he picked up the call and was very friendly. He sent a guy out to us named Darryl who was also a very friendly guy. They towed us back to their office and let us spend the night in our van in their lot. Darryl actually put the van in a nice spot away from the street lights and under the security camera.The next morning we had to get towed to the mechanics and Shane was great. He dropped off the van and was also a great guy.Pricing was not cheap but they took great care of our van that we love so much. Really nice to find people who care about doing a good job.

We were towed by Shane when we got a flat on the highway, estimated time was 55 minutes and he got here within 15 minutes and was incredibly efficient and friendly, A+ 11/10 would definitely recommend!

Traveling threw back to Texas and broke down just outside Las Cruces. These folks were great to work with, cared, and quick. They have very impressive trucks and took great care of me.

The wheel of my Tesla cracked and my tire exploded on the I-10 about 70 miles west of Las Cruces, NM. Darrell, from Action Towing, came out to pick me and my car up in just about an hour. He gave me a call immediately after accepting the job, letting me know what his ETA is. Despite of the fact that my car was acting out (doors not closing, screens not working, etc.) he got the car on the truck in no time. Since it was clear that Ill have to spend the night in Las Cruces, he even recommended me a motel, places to grab dinner, where to get a rental, and dropped me off at said motel. Since I was moving and my car was full of boxes, he even offered to meet me the next day at Action Towings lot, so that I could get all the boxes out of the car and into my rental. I cant thank him enough for making this unpleasant situation of my car breaking down in the middle of nowhere while moving so much better! Thank you!

Called to get a vehicle towed at 8 am. They said they will have some one within an hour. 6 hours later no one came by.

My truck broke down 😭 I called several other towing companies that wanted to charge outrageous price for a tow and the wait time was over an hour and a half 🤬 I called Action Towing and Rescue and they quickly got me a quote and 5 minutes later I was contacted by driver (Bill) to let me know he was 10 minutes away and would be there shortly. Contacted Action Towing and Rescue to tow my vehicle to a local car repair recently. They have been my primary towing contact for the past 20+ years, and as usual, they are always prompt and courteous. Their drivers are respectful and take great pride in there work.
