My friends and I just happened upon this shop after lunch next door. So glad we went in! The women who did our nails were professional, kind and very skilled. I got an acrylic full set done and was not only surprised with how fast the job was done, but the quality didnt lack. I was really pleased by the prices as well, Ive had my nails done at several different places in Memphis and this was by far the most affordable. Its not a fancy place, but if youre looking to support real people and not just a company, this is your place!

It was cleary noticeable that my colors didnt match when I specifically wanted them to! No one wanted to fix it and was clearly there problem. The owner (the guy) I guess.. acted like he was going to fix it, then rushed off to do someone else nails. While his wife acted like the color was going to eventually change on its own! I tip and pay all the time but clearly they dont care. Spend your hard earn money elsewhere.. Show people respect!

Yung is the person to ask for. She did me a full set and it’s beautiful. A cotton candy coat is all I needed.

Great friendly family that runs this salon. I go here to get my feet done and they always do a great job. If you are looking for basic nails and designs this is a good place. In my opinion, they buff the nail beds too thin and it reaks havoc on my nails and it is hard to get them to thicken back up. They also do eye brow and other facial waxing.

I needed a manicure in a short amount of time and they took me right away. It was a delightful experience and I felt pampered. They even tested a couple of colors on themselves first before I chose the one I wanted.While there, I noticed they also were very attentive and gentle with a woman in a wheelchair who was getting a manicure. The husband, wife and other employee were all extremely nice, skilled and I went away with a great manicure.I would definitely recommend this salon to anyone.

Very limited color selection especially in powder for nails or shellac. No designs or new innovative stuff just your basic unnatural nail preparation. Any products like powder or shellac not many colors that match hands and toes. You end up leaving with separate colors on Hands and feet. No at all happy with the service I have gotten lately and been a true customer for over 5 years

Repeat customer. I never kept up with my nails until I got them done here. I generally go in for a simple gel manicure and its always enjoyable.

I went to get services on June 2, 2018. The gentleman that works there provided my pedicure. At the time it was only 1 other customer in the establishment outside of me. The man talked the entire time doing my pedicure. He talked about all the vacations his family took to Vegas 4 years ago, magic spring 4 years ago and Miami 2 years ago. He also stated his 14 year old son did not like the place because the adults were kissing and making out in Miami. I guess he was so caught up in the conversation he was missing important steps of my pedicure. He didn’t ask if I wanted a cut down and he did not remove all the dead skin from my toes or feet. After I notice he called himself being done. I told him my toe nails was not even. He replied “ I will file more once he took my feet out the water. Two assiciates walked in and he sent one lady to finish filing my toes nails and to polish my toe nails ( I was getting French tips). They also place hot towels on your legs and feet once their done. Towels were not hot but he did do a good job massaging my legs and feet. I notice there were still white residue on my toe nails and ask why. She said I left my polish on too long. Mind you I get a pedicure every month and a polish change every two weeks. Now mind you that I still have dead skin on and around my toe nails which was seen by my mother on FaceTime and the other young lady that was there also stated he seen the dead skin as well. I told them I was not paying them $33.00 until I was satisfied. The young lady and man called the police and told them I refuse to pay. Which was untrue. I told them I would pay once they fixed my complaint. The lady said she wasn’t fixing anything until I paid. Well I paid and they did not attempt to try and fix anything. Police came and I explain everything that happen. The young lady lied and told him 3 people worked on my feet and she never had anyone come into their place of business complaining the way I did. After getting ready to leave she told the man she did not want me to come back to their place of business. Mind you I was not rude and did not use profanity towards them or the situation. I have pictures to show the work that was done. Please do not waste your money and time with them. As they do not provide satisfaction to their customers. I had to go to my original nail shop INails on Elvis Presley for Lisa to fix what they messed up. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau of Tennessee.

The worse! Got a Gel Set on a Friday and the gel started peeling 3 days later. Other places Ive gotten my nails at lasted at least 1-2 weeks. Went back to see if I could get a discounted repair and they said they would do it for $25 ( original cost of service $30). Never going back

Horrible... my friend and I had my nails shellaced here.. we called to see when they closed and it was close to closing time. We were just going to go a different day, but the owner was very persistent in telling us to come anyways and that he would stay later. They didnt erase my previous nail polish color off completely and just painted over it. You can still see flecks of my old nail polish under the shellac and on the edges. Overall, the color was uneven, they unevenly filed my nails, the edges arent painted, my tips are clear, the thickness is very uneven, they even got it on my skin, and it was very rushed... they hiked up the uv light temp// intensity to make it dry quicker. I paid $30 for this.BUTI went back to get them fixed and they did a much better job this time. I suggest going when they are not busy or pressed for time. So I retract my one star and am giving them four stars. But not five since they didnt do them perfectlu the firat time.
