***this photo is 2 days after the service. Very rushed, sloppy service. Two days later, Im typing and a nail just pops right off.I now have to go to another salon to have them redo everything. Very disappointed.

I got there around 10:30 and had to wait for 45 minutes for a set of acrylic and a manicure . You could tell they were rushed because there were only two people working on 15 people at most. My nails have smudges on them and are uneven. I was not the only one that felt that way and I am very upset, I will NOT be returning.

They were nice but the older lady needs to put on her glasses. She did my pedicure and cut too far in the nail. They did a great job for my husband.

Ms. Tam is awesome!!! I am always apprehensive about going to a new nail shop for the first time. My cuticles are thin and sensitive, hence a lot of nail techs have cut me. However, Ms. Tam was very sensitive and careful cleaning up my cuticles. She relieved all my anxiety, not to mention my nails and pedicure were gorgeous!!! I am very pleased

My first time I visited and my last. I received dip powder on my nails and pedicure, the older lady did me and she did a horrible job, rush on my nails and feet. Looks like a child did my service, doesn’t look professional at all. And they are rude!

This was absolutely terrible the people were so rude and my nails all peeled off in just a day and the nail polish color was a disgusting brown and all of the toe color is gone I would love to get there place shut down

The older lady did my pedicure was very unprofessional. She did not make sure the utensils was sanitize. She keep referring that every black person that came in the door was hood or they had hood feet.

My first visit and I am so pleased! great service, beautiful decorations and furniture, and beautiful colors! Anh was so fast and nice! I will be back! 😁

I asked for a Cateyes on my hands. They doesn’t look good. When I ask them they jst start talking on their own language and being rude. I don’t like going no more again.

I asked for my nails to be trimmed evenly and edges squared but smooth multiple times. Whenever I voiced my concern about being ignored..they started speaking in their natural language..which is very rude. My nails are still uneven and not the length I needed them to be. This was my first and last time at this nail salon. The reviews speak for their service. I always tip because they work really hard..the quality and their professionalism cost them their tip

I really should have looked at the reviews before going. The pedicure was mediocre at best and my feet were not smooth. And the dip manicure was subpar and messy. She didnt even try to clean up the excess dip around my cuticles. And she ended up filing my nail wrong. I will not be going back.Update: the tech dug too deep on my left big toe. Its been sore all day.

I get a pedicure here every two weeks. They always do a great job...and give the longest massages in town. Wait can be long on the weekend sometimes but if so I just go shop and come back.

Wish I could given them 0 stars. I went in on a Friday afternoon the older lady rushed on my nails, Acrylic was all on my hands, my nails were an uneven mess, and Saturday morning a nail had already broken. I went back Saturday around noon the man looked at my nails and said they looked old and I didnt just come in the day before, I was livid!! After one of the other girls working their confirmed I was there the day before he agreed to fix my nail for free then had the nerve to give me a speech about not being able to fix it free again. But never worry Ill never go back again!!

I Always go to Nail Palace. My toes and fingers always look amazing and the wait time is usually short. The place has been remodeled in the last few years and the new massage chairs are extremely nice. Price is reasonable.

My first time coming here and I won’t come back! I got here at 9:45am on Saturday and they were able to sit me in a chair for a pedicure as soon as I walked in. I sat in the pedicure chair for almost 45 minutes (walk turned cold and everything). So I just got my stuff and left. I would have rather they said it would be a wait than waste my time.

I went to this place for several years. They started adding thinner to the polish. I requested another color after 3 coats polish was still thin. Anh yelled at me and tried to charge me an additional fee for removal. Well that didnt turn out well for her. I have not been back since. I was a loyal customer. I was there EVERY week!

I couldn’t wait to get home from work to voice my opinion about the very poor service. Nail Palace was the first place I tried when I moved here from Michigan. When I first went there the service was great then they change ownership one of the employees purchase the shop. That’s when the service with to heck so I decided to go elsewherebut since I was next door today getting my eyebrows arch said to myself what the heck I’ll try them again ( should have got in my car)Where’s what happened I decided to try the dip never had it before she ( the owner) soaked off my acrylic (downhill) ask what color I choose 193 ( red) I ask does it look red to her ( only ask because there were several colors that has that red tone she agreed. She ask one of her workers to get the dip off the shelve. I really wasn’t paying any attention at that time because I very sleepy. When she start dipping my nails I’m thinking it doesn’t look red but maybe the more dipping the color would change that’s when she realize it was the wrong color ( 192) burgundy.Then they started talking in their language her response to me I will change it to ( 193) but you’ll have to pay double that’s when I hit the roof then she the ( owner) tried to grab my hands several time insisting that she’s going to change the color.. Final words the service by the ( owner) was horrible. I’ve seen other folk dip nails they look nothing as mine. I’m not saying all the employees service is bad but she suppose to set the example. Very nasty attitude!Thanks God! I’ve change because (baby) trying to grab my arm. If you go to Nail Palace ask who the owner is first before you sit in her chair!!

I stop going to the shop for about five years. So today I was like I’m going to give it a try again. I was wrong. Went to the shop around 3:30 pm and it 10:30 pm (same day, 7 hours later) I have had to redo the Polish on my toes and one nail has already lifted. I spent $55.00. I truly do not want to go back but someone is going to have to fix my nails. My nails look 👀 like they have been done for a week. So today 5/30/2018. I go back to the shop to get my nail redone due to the mess up on yesterday. I told Anh what was wrong and she liked at them and said that I will fix them. So as I’m wait two other customers complaining about there nail not done right. So it this point I told her don’t worry about my toes just give me a refund for my nail. She keep tell me that she would put a power on top of them I told her that you will not but a power on top of my nails that has already lifted in less than 24 hour. I was very Pleasant in the beginning but when I told her again that I want a refund, under her breath she whispered here is your refund and don’t come back. I ask her would did she say. Please don’t come back. It that point is when I let her ass have it. When it comes to this nail shop please take the comments serious

I have gotten my nails polished at Nail Palace for years. Ahn does a great job.

Received the dip powder and chip less than two hours. They used the wrong coat for the dip for one reason. I will never return. I did not want to return for a redo as I have before. This was their second chance on another occasion of bad service. This is very disappointing that I had to go to another nail salon for them to fix my nails. No one have time for this and bad customer service.

I go here many times and time after time .. it breaks the next week and the quality of the work is terrible !!!!! I will never go back .. they need to get better employees because they are rude !!

I have come to this salon for 6 years. When I have an issue, they fix it. I love the dip, and they dont overcharge for their service.

I spent $35 (not including a tip) for a shellac french manicure. Three days later I went back because two of my nails started chipping. They did fix them without a cost, but a couple days later a couple other nails started to chip. It has now been a week and all of my nails have chipped at this point. I do not have time to continously go in and have my nails fixed. If I pay that much money for a manicure then I expect it to last longer than 2 or 3 days. I will not be going back to this nail salon. I will say they are friendly to customers but dont waste your time and money on a manicure that wont last.

Spent a lot of money for the shellac and it started coming out within 3 days. Actually the same thing happened at this location 2 years ago and I stopped going at that time. I thought they got better now. Apparently I am wrong. I believe they add some acetone to the shellac to last it long.

Fast service, but they did an awful job. Not very many customers there when I was, but the lady rushed doing my nails. Never going back !

This is the worst nail shop I have ever been to. Anh can not shape your nails properly, but she charges you for the messed up shape she does. They have no customers which should be a red flag from the beginning, but I tried to give them a try. I thank God I pray for the right people to work on my nails because within a month God showed me how selfish this nail shop is. They rush on your nails. They aren’t sanitary. They also overcharge you for fake shellac that will come off in a week. I remember asking the lady name Anh to take my nails off on my last visit but because she was rushing she lied and told me I didn’t need a take off. I overlooked it but this time ( which is my last time) she had the nerve to take my overlay off and say she couldn’t save my real nails because they was now weak. My first thought was well maybe that’s why I asked for them to be token off the previous visit. Y’all want believe that she charged me $50.00 for a full set with shellac lol claiming that the Extra was her shaping my nails and taking off my nails. I laughed because I knew she was only doing this because She see me in my nurse uniform assuming I have money to waste in her shop🤷🏽‍♀️ Lol well you want ever get another dime from me hunty and I give that business less than a year and it will be shut down or replaced by real nail techs. One star is still too much for this ratchet place. Please don’t spend your money here.
