It was a nice experience a had bit of wait time even though i made an appointment, but friendly overall experience.

The owner is very unprofessional and not so bright! I had a gift certificate for here! NEW to the area i was looking for a long term relationship with a good shop! It was 40 degrees outside, mind you I drove there with my heater on full blast. Temp ran 1 degree to high and i was denied service. They did not even recognize my appointment at 1:30pm so i stepped outside for their 15 min hold in the freezing cold came back in now my temp 1 degree too low. Still did not get in. I dont like doing business with Asians because they dont speak clear English. They talk in their language and you dont know what os being said and I dont have time for the BS . It was not my choice to go here it will never be my choice nor would I recommend here! Let them tell it I had a cold, fever, covid, flu, simple cold and ebola.

I hate this place there are so unprofessional its the closest to my house so I used to like going there every now then but every time I go in there theyre always in a rush theyre always mean and they dont like to fix your nail if you messed it up and to be honest I really dont like black people the last time I was there there was a girl getting her nails done and she had four kids and the lady who was doing my nails which was the younger girl who wears a Chanel necklace she told me that they werent particular girl comes in there with her kids all the time and she doesnt have her kids under control she told me all the girl business she said that the girl has 5 kids and by three different baby daddies and then she started saying how black girls have a lot of kids and she dont see how they can take care of them she only has two and her too its a handful so she dont see how us black women can do it having all those kids to take care of with no money and then she started shaking her head see we spend our money with them but they talk about us like they are better.

I have been a loyal customer for over 13 years. My sister introduced me to this shop. For years I thought my feet was bad but I went to another nail shop called nail club on Winchester. They had my feet looking good.. My manicure was done right.. This nail shop is where I should have been all the time... Its like MT do rush jobs. Sloppy work & mad if you try to tell them what you like.. I will NEVER return... Hope the female owner attitude gets better.. I have NEVER said anything to them about the attitude they have but when you I came several times & I felt dooped...

I always go here to get my nails done and they offer me champagne and while I get my feet done i enjoy the massage chair. Its a good place to relax on a off day or any day. Lately they been packed because of income tax so it would be better to go on a week day. They do a good job.

If you are looking for a cheap full set/full in then this your spot! But they don’t care for your nails, your nails will not be healthy underneath. They will talk to you in aggressive manner & none of the techs know the prices on designs, one might tell you a price but when it’s time to pay it’s a different & higher amount ! Smh

If you want assembly line service... go to M T Nails. They nickel & dime you on everything. I was told that only one person has a license & the other are pretending to be license. If you want a good manicure and pedicure go to a black manicurist. It costs more, but you get more. Theres a reason why theyre so cheap...check out a real manicurist.

It’s very relaxing and the staff is very friendly. I’m a bi weekly customer and after two weeks my nails look the same as the day I got them done.
