I love this place is the best in town to me. Ive been going to other nail shops before in the past but nothing compares to Queen Nails I am stuck with them for life just recently they was out for a week so they could get a break during the pandemic and even though my nails was bad I did not want to go nowhere but them they got my nails growing long and beautiful and then on top of that they could do anything you need them to do in there so Im never going to another nail shop again unless they fall off planet Earth and then my nails my face would look a hot mess.. Mask 🆙

Today was a hot mess had a 5 oclock appointment and still here. Use to be a reliable place with staff that knew what they were doing now i dont know what the heck they doing. I have been a loyal customer for almost 30 years but think Im going to have to look elsewhere

I was referred to this place by someone since its literally up the street from my home. I made an appointment for brows, lashes, wax, mani and pedi. A sweet young girl at the front told me to go sit in a chair in a pedicure station & soak my feet and that was IT. My feet soaked for almost an hour and nobody said anything to me or gave me an update etc. The most unprofessional setting Ive ever been to. I definitely wont be back. Customer service is HORRIBLE. I dont care if they were busy. I made an appt. No reason my feet shouldve been soaking after an hour. I got the towel, DRIED my feet off, put my sandals back on and walked tf out.

Love twin and auntie and all the staff. I get my lashes done every two weeks and they always do amazimg job

I use to love this place however they have gotten horrible. Even if you set an appointment it doesnt mean you get that time. They will message you 15min before your appointment to inform you to reschedule. AND EVEN IF they do call you for your appointment be ready to wait another 2hrs. This is place is like the doctors office. BE PREPARED, CANCEL THE REST OF YOUR DAY!

I have went there 3 times. Ive had multiple people working on my nails in on setting. Polish job was horrible. Misplace appointments and overbooking. Last week was my last try. Time to try a new place.

I love how quick they are and still manage to do a great job! After consistently going to them for nail service, they start to remember you and the way you like to get your nails done!

During this Pandemic, they have worked very hard to accommodate my daughter and myself. I love going there and the staff is awesome. They offer so much from lashes, waxing, pedicure, and nails. Ive been going since 2010 and I havent been disappointed.

I believe this place is starting to go downhill. I had an appointment at 11:30, but they didn’t start my pedicure until 12:30. Then, once they started, everything was rushed and the quality could have been better

Im very selective of businesses I choose to patronize, especially when it comes to the way I am treated and how my money is valued. I always have a good experience. They were closed, stating renovation but when I came today, nothing has changed. They could update the building. Other than that, my nails and pedicures are always done right.

You can never get a booking with them. It says they are only accepting appointments. When you call or go online to schedule an appointment the times that are opened are not correct or “already booked”. What’s the point of having an online system if it is not accurate?

I was there 3 whole hours getting a mani pedi. They lady took a whole hour just to do my feet and after that I sat a whole other hour for my nails. I am a regular customer here but for the past month the service has sucked. My nails came off on the next day on top of that. JOST TERRIBLE

I enjoyed my first time visit. But, Dawn is rude she cut my nails any kind of way she acted like she had a problem with how I wanted my nails shaped . But, once they changed her with the older lady my visit was better. Looking forward to going back Friday. My nails lasted for 2 full weeks without breaking

They use to be nice and treat there customers with respect. Now, u walk in they doing more laughing n talking. Walking around as if they dont have something to do. And if the owners arent there they all including Lu. She now walks around as she dont hear u.

Nail tech Dawn was so RUDE!This was MY first time visiting.She did not care ...how she cut my nails all uneven .I asked for short stiletto nails.She screwed one of my nails up and said uggghhh when I asked her to fix the nail that really looked bad.She did not listen to my request as she did what she wanted. All she did was complain.I did not feel welcome at all.She rushed ...and did a botchy job on my nails.

I know doing nails is a skill and some techs are better than others but I would expect all nail technicians to have the basics down pact . I saw a set of nails on a woman and she directed me here but my nails did not look as good as hers did when I walked out. I got them shaped square round but they nails were too wide for my fingers and very unrealistic looking. They looked like nails I had Glued on from out a box at the store. The acrylic was left entirely too thick on most of my nails. Looking from the side you can see a hump in my nails from the acrylic which could have been filled down for a more natural and even look . When I messed up two of my nails (on the same hand) while drying them in the UV light under the table, she repainted one and when I pointed out the second one she just covered it with a top coat instead of putting one more coat of polish to cover the blemish, I guess cause she was frustrated. Given that it’s 2018 and the nail industry and competition has evolved as much it has, I thought I could expect to go anywhere to get a basic full set and polish with no problems, I was wrong.They were the ugliest set of nails I’ve ever had I couldn’t stand to look at them for two weeks and had to go to another shop to get them shaped, filled and repolish . If you go here I would suggest asking for the suggested popular nail techs cause everyone in this shop doesn’t know how to do nails all that well .

The Lady Dawn who started on my nails was very rude and her work wasnt good I changed my mind about the color and she apparently wasnt happy about that she made the statement I have customers waiting on me-like I was getting my nails done for free- I said if you are busy someone else can finish and she says they are busy too so I ask am I not a paying customer and as I am talking she gets up and says I will be back but sends an older lady who was really sweet over I said once the color is off Ill be leaving and taking my business elsewhere she said I will take care of you and she did but I wont be back. As a customer I didnt feel my business was appreciated.

Went in to get a full set. Showed a picture of the set i wanted but they did not have the polish I needed, so another client was helping me figure out what to get b/c the tech wasn’t being helpful. Nail tech was SO RUDE, asking the client did she want to do my nails because she was helping me. Nail tech said she didn’t want to do my nails & got up and walked away. Came all the way out to this shop to be treated so poorly!

As a walk - In I had zero waite time, the salon was clean and fresh, all the tools used appeared to be new. The young lady who served me was pleasant and not over talkative which I appreciate, she took her time and did a great job Im returning today for a follow up. I think this will be my new nail salon.

They take entirely too long. Everytime Im there, the customer on both sides of me are always done before me. Im beside two different people or more on each side of me!!!🙄

This older lady did my nails(i believe she told me she was 46 and shes probably the most outspoken nail tech there.. shes always the one talking) It was about 6:00pm and she was very rushy and literally yelled at me when i tried to explain to her (the 2nd time explaining to her) that one of my nails was sore (I told her so she wouldnt be rough with the drill) The first time i said it, she had cut me off (and waved me off) while i was explaining. So the 2nd time i repeated it because i thought she didnt hear me and she was about to start on that nail so she got mad and yelled I heard you the first time!!. Then when she was cutting my nails and I told her I wanted them a little shorter she goes ughhhhh. Like what kinda rachet customer service is this! I go there when i dont feel like spending much money on my nails. I brought a friend with me and she said she really didnt like the shop and it was just dirty. They all ask if you want shellac about 10 times because they apparently dont understand when you say No. Im never coming here again. So if you want cheap nails, techs who dont know many designs, and treat customers like trash. This is the place for you.

Reading the positive reviews, I decided to stop by here today. The staff was very friendly, but my nails were awful. Looks like I let one of my nieces polish them. I went straight to Walgreens to get some fingernail polish remover. I dont understand how they were packed, maybe they knew who to ask forI think I was was given a beginner. Money gone down the drain. At least my toes looked half descent. Glad I only paid for a polish change on hands and feet. Never again.
