Horrible nail shop, look at my nails after 4days and they are overpriced and take to long and my polish is way to thick, I will never go back there.

Too many people switched up to finish and start my nails. Drill too deep on your nails. Damage my skin. I will not return. I could be better if one person just finished what they start. Trying to make sure nobody leave by starting on ones hand and jumped to another.

I use to come here faithfully before the owners retired. I havent been here in a year and I decided to come back.pedicure was decent but I wanted an overlay and the lady act like she didnt know what I was talking about. Then trtold me they dont cut your cuticles or nails when they do an overlay and tried to charge me extra for that.never again.terrible!!

I visited this place today. I waited for 30 minutes no one greeted me or asked what I was getting so this white couple came in for pedicures. She instantly greeted them and asked what services would they like. So I said excuse me I’m here for service as well pedicure and full set. She said ok. Sorry but sat the white people in the pedicure chair. I will never be back. This was so disrespectful but the black community is 90% of their customers and it’s a damn shame because I had a purse full of money but I guess that’s what they get for judging a book by it’s cover. Never again

Above been coming here loyally for 4 years . They’ve never let me down, I get waxed, full set Gel Nails & my pedicures there . I went in this AM - it’s all re done & everyone practiced such safety and precaution! You must make an Appointment & it seems like the new way we will get in and out quicker ! They are worth a drive if you’re not in midtown but EVERY SINGLE person there has made me a fan ! I’m hard to impress when it comes to these services ! Thank u everyone at Jennifer ! Since they have changed staff…the new staff tries to overcharge you..so pay attention! John the pedicure man will cut the hell out of your cuticles…the prices change depending on how they feel!!! Stephanie and the old staff…we miss you!!!😫😫😫

This is my 2nd time coming here and i couldnt be happier! The first time I came here I was in desperate need of finding a new nail shop! Olivia did my deluxe pedicure better than anyone ever has!😍 She went above and beyond both times. The lady that did my nails, Ann, gave me a Shellac full set both times. She shaped my nails EXACTLY how i wanted them.. Narrow Coffin and Stiletto.☺ Im very pleased that i have finally found the perfect nail shop! I highly recommend Olivia for Pedis and Ann for nails!

They are really good, if you go on the weekend go early or youll have to wait but its definitely worth it

Ive ALWAYS wanted to visit this nailshop but Im kinda heartbroken to give this place 2 stars. Yes I know whenever you walk into a business like this be prepared to wait but when I went it was crazy! They are slowwww! An hour after my wait, I got the tips put on but the guy got up and went outside for about 10 mins. Then came back in, goes to the back then comes back up front cleaning up. Eventually another man comes to my rescue... he was nice! Hes the only reason I gave this shop 2 stars instead of 1!I WILL NOT RETURN! They dont have good communication skills so they get 3 thumbs down!!👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾

Never again! Theyve got a girl working in there who cant possibly be certified. She did my nails Friday and they were very uneven and sloppy. One nail wasnt even fully sealed. I went back Monday to have them redo it and it wasnt too much better (5 fingered photo was taken right after the redo) The other nail tech trapped nail dust between coats and didnt fully cover several nails all the way down to the tip.

Got a gel mani from a man working there and he did the worst job I’ve ever seen. His hands were dirty/rough/gross to begin with, he didn’t wear gloves, and he used old tools that looked like they hadnt been cleaned in years. The skin around several of my nails was painful for days afterwards which I’ve never experienced before. The paint was uneven (i could see through parts) and started chipping within a day. He left nail polish all in my cuticles and all over my fingers. He splashed what i guess was nail oil on my nails at the end, didn’t rub it in, and said “done.” Not only was it a disgusting, nasty experience because of the technician, but i left with nails that looked so bad I was wishing i had done them myself. I’ll never be back and would discourage anyone from going.

Natural nails..manicure and pedicure..OPI #301 polish..they dont use razor which i prefer cause my feet can get dry and ruff at times 🤦🤷😉 but that paddle board works WONDERS!!! LOVE the new apts.time that they set..much easier and faster service and not over crowded...been going here over 20+yrs and still get A+++++ services

First time coming here, and second time ever getting my nails done so its been a great experience. Im basic with my nails I dont get the fancy things that others get, I know why I come to a nail salon if Imma just be basic? Well I do poorly of painting my own nails lol plus I love how they make my nails look brand new. Its refreshing if thats the right word, but I recommend this place! Go and get pretty girls~ ❤️

My nails are shaped uneven they are Big and WIDE .. not filed enough and unnatural looking.. a lady started the shaping but she swapped out with a man which Is very unprofessional...I noticed the guys in that shop don’t perform as well on manicures and full sets as the ladies..They also don’t use plastic bags in the pedicure bowls like other shops have started doing since COVID !

The absolute worst experience I have ever had at a nail place. I had been craving to get my nails done and thought I’d try this place out. I get there and show a picture of the color I want and they said they had a similar color. Mind you I have to go to work. The man starts on my nails and messes up 3 times before he gets it right. The color is nothing what I wanted and he tries to tell me pictures look different which isn’t try because I’ve had the color before. He huffs and puffs and is visibly getting agitated while I am asking him to fix one of my nails. The color they gave me was so clear that it looks like a natural nail. He scratches the underneath of the nails that you can clearly see. I STILL tip him $10 after he ruined my experience. Two days later two of my nails break off so I go in for a fix because I wasn’t sure I would be able to find the color anywhere else. I get there and at 2:10 and they start soaking my nails. 40 min later and nobody has come to tell me that they will be right with me or anything. The man that previously did them completely ignored me and started on another customers nails that came in after me. I decide to leave because nobody came to me and now I have two soaked off fingers with nothing on them because the man is so unprofessional and petty that he wouldn’t fix what he did initially. And this is the first review I have ever written about anything because I work in the service industry and know what it’s like. However, I couldn’t let this one slide because it was so terrible.

Everyone is friendly. Its a whole new staff but my tech seemed new and not enough experience. He kept stinging me with the drill. I have found a new place to go after 10 years as a customer there.

I went the the shop on Saturday to get dip which I love because it looks so natural. I loved my nails (my tip reflected it.) I decided this would be my new nail salon. Sunday I noticed a crack in my thumb. Then on Monday 3 more cracked. I returned on Tuesday to get them fixed. The older man that works there was extremely rude to another client and myself. Then Stephanie charged me for fixing my nails. It hasn’t even been a week (only 3 days.) I am very disappointed. Needless to say I will not be returning. Please don’t waste your time or money! Spa Nails is much better and believes in customer service!

The service was prompt, there were only a few nail tech when I first walked in. And the pricing for fill ins and polish change for feet was reasonable. However those are the only nice things I have to say. The guy that did my fill in continuously went over my skin with the drill. He also kept forgetting that I had paid to have my polish changed on my toes. Overall I was underwhelmed with the end result. The regular polish needs to be replaced with some that isnt old.

Good service but right now doing the covid-19. Theyre letting in too many people at one time. They do not have any petitioners up. They are not using. The plastic bag in the pedicure tub

Terrible service, not good at doing nails at all. I use to go here many years ago and it was great. I only got a manicure and my nails looked as if I 5 year old polished them.

Besides unique nails in Bartlett Tennessee this is, literally, the best nail salon I’ve ever been to in my entire life. The people are friendly, the prices are fair, and they do an excellent job. I absolutely love Jennifers nails.

Went in today. 4 workers and 12-15 ppl needed to be serviced. While doing my pedicure I could have sworn he put alcohol on a cotton ball and wiped instrument off. Then water for feet was scorching hot. The lady sat beside me and said the same thing. Gel paint all over the damn place around my nails. BUT the lady next to me got S and S aka dipping powder her nails were super natural and nice. Guess it depends on who u go to. Didn’t see any sanitary blue light machines. Price was fine.

I have been going to this shop for two months. If you have no issues with there end results things are great, but if you disagree with a service or ask for them to fix a mistake they become very rude and very distasteful. I would go every week - 2 weeks and in two months I have had three things that I requested and each time it was an issue. Two issues were concerning my nails and once concerning my eyebrows . She insisted on telling me my eyebrows were fine when they were shaped totally different. There attitudes are terrible and I will never give them another dime of my hard earned money!!!!!

Horrible service! I use to go here in high school and loved them but just visited today for the first time in 8years. I walked in at 4:58 on a Friday so I know they would be busy and only wanted a wax of my brows. I was told 30mins, I ended sitting there 45 mins with no one asking me what i needed or even acknowledge how long Ive been waiting and ppl who came in after me for nail services where being seen right away. I got up and left out without getting my services. I dont know what happened to this place. It use to be nice and quick and now they just doing services by whoever paying more. T hey are not to be recommended ever.

Instead of yelling out to customers coming through the door, WHAT DO YOU NEED or HOW MAY I HELP YOU, get up and addres them individually to find out what service they want...OR GET A RECEPTIONIST! Very disappointed. Asked for coffin shaped nails the man doing my nails stated he only does round and square. ??? He then proceeded to get up and ask another woman to finish my nails. Every one of my nails are different shapes. I asked to pay so I could get out of there. Swiped my card and left, just down right rude and horrible customer service.

The guy with the long hair was rushing and did a horrible job! He cut 3 of my fingers! Then got mad and refused to do my feet bc I asked him to fix my nails which he attempted but they still look terrible. I’m so disappointed. My favorite nail shop closed on Union so I decided to give these people a second chance but this experience was worse than the first terrible service I received from them!

Was visiting from LR and stopped here, because the ratings were 4.1 which is pretty decent. I left VERY disappointed with my pedicure!! The young guy working there had just started, and he did a poor job. Polish was sloppy, cuticles were half clipped and it was just rushed. When I asked for the person in charge the girl rushed and swiped my debit card. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.

Its my regular salon and they treat me pretty well but sometimes they rush too much and the quality suffers.

Service was very slow. I had to ask who was going to service me I had been sitting so long.

This was the worst nail spa experience Ive ever had. Rushed mani/pedi which left me with multiple cuts on my fingers and toe, horrible filing job during my manicure that left 3 of my fingers raw on the skin. I couldnt get out fast enough. I didnt stay long enough to do my planned eyebrow wax- I knew better after the poor service from my manicure. The pedicure massage lasted maybe 30 seconds, 1 minute tops. I will not be returning not recommending to anyone!!

I walked in and said what I needed. I had to wait for an hour and the customers that had been there before was treated first. I was seen and had my nails started on they left me and went to another person. Then when I started to talk about how long I had to wait. This one lady who works here going to tell me some SHI. I said Im done I will go some where else.Very Bad Service If You Are Not A Regular.

I always come here for a quick eyebrow wax and for $8 my eyebrows always look amazing. .......and I never have to wait more than 5 or 10 mins anytime I go......

🤔 New tech (50ish, straight black shoulder length hair, slim, with glasses) became argumentative and disrespectful when talking to her about doing my pedicure the way it has been done for the past 6 years of coming to Jennifers Nails. She told me I needed a doctor and she didnt care about my money. My feet had soaked from 11:18a until 11:56a. I took my feet out of the water and left.🤔On my visit before this one, John did my mani-pedi and charged me $2 extra because he said I hadnt been in a long time...6 weeks.THEY DO NOT DESERVE OUR MONEY/PATRONAGE!!!

I used to love this place, now you have to wait too long even just for an brow wax.
