This is going to become the only nail salon I go to from now on! They were so nice, so professional, great to talk with,and were so patient with my daughter and me coming in at the last minute for a walk in! Definitely going only here from now on!

This is the second place I went to get my nails done. I love it. The lady is really nice did want I wanted and it prefect for me. I will keep coming back to get my nails done here. I’m glad I found a place that does what I want.

I simply love the atmosphere, the workers and all of their energy as well as their talent. I went here for the first time the day before Easter and of course every nail shop in Memphis was super crowded. I got there at 11 and was out of there in a hour plus it was only two people working. They had a great attitude and fabulous customer service. I will definitely be going on a regular basis and they did a great job.

I have been a customer and friend of Tinas since 2006. She does an excellent job on my nails, she makes everyone feel like family, and she is one of the kindest ladies Ive ever met. Her husband helps out once and a while. He is a great guy with an amazing sense of humor. Her kids are beautiful and very respectful. I would not go anywhere else to get my nails done. I wish I could give her shop more than 5 stars because she deserves 100! XOXO

Literally the sweetest lady owns it and I love how she did my nails. She makes great conversation and I never feel awkward in her store. Great selection of nail polishes too.

I got full set and pedicure. They did my full set without cutting my cuticles, and after a week, the nails were coming off. My toe nails had corners of the nail that was not painted. They were in such a hurry to get me out of there. The overcharge for terrible service. At least they were polite though, right? 😒

This was my second visit in two (2) months, and I am very pleased with my pedicure, once again.

This lady really cares! She listens to your needs and concerns, and with a smile, she does exactly as you want! Reasonable rates and a bonus of a darling baby girl for entertainment! ;-)

I Shouldve followed my first mind & went elsewhere!! Shop was suppose to open @ 12:00 sunday, I arrived @11:30 & waited for 45mins for worker to arrive. She had her 3small children, which wasnt an issue, but once inside the shop was small and clutter was everywhere! The lady asked who was first and although, I said I was, she started work on a another customer without a care in the world! I immediately left and went to Ts Nails on Covington Pike, here I was immediately greeted as I walked in!! They made me feel my money was appreciated, & they have 6techs here!

Stopped by this nail shop today and was told there was an hour wait. Only 1 customer getting nails done and was almost done and 1 person getting a pedicure. Guess they don’t want much business
