Very nice staff, clean facilities, and they listen. The pedicure was really nice. I had an issue with a toe nail and they were very accommodating to my request. I will be returning soon.☺

Did not get the quality and type of design i wanted. French pedicure was not good and the polish did not cover all of the acrylic on my manicure. They were nice though

My experience was good overall but i got a fill in with shellac polish Friday. By Sunday my paint was chipping and they’re not open on Monday’s. I wanted to like this place so bad but this experience is a no for me. I wish I could show a picture of my nails

Great service! They make you feel so comfortable and relaxed. TT and Jessica, I think that a her name, or either Jennifer were so personable and professional and knowledgeable about their work. The owners were nice and accommodating to. I will definitely go back!

Tracey Nguyen was very unprofessional!She was upset because I prefer Acrylic nails over gel nails.I understand up-selling,whatever you feel is a trend or in style,but everyone tasted is different.Also the owner, she continue to keep talking about the issue the entire time while doing my nails.Im the customer,I tell you what I want,not what you think I should get!!!I will make sure to find a black owned nails shop.You women have the audacity to sit and talk about people in their face,but your not bold enough to translate those words in english.If it wasn’t for us black woman, Your business will be nonexistent remember that.Also Merry Christmas!!!

The nail service is mediocre like I read in a previous review but my eyebrows are perfect every time. My nails be lacking bc it seems as though they leave a step out with the drill process bc the acrylic dnt be close to my nailbed. Tom does great designs they have potential to be a good nail shop if they tweak some areas and keep fresh polish that doesnt chip or peel off in a few days. Prices are a lil higher esp the eyebrow wax but worth it for perfect brows.

My first visit, I went a week ago and nails still on fleek. Tom was awesome!!!! Tom was very gentle and caring. Although i chose to get tips put on, he gave me some great advice on caring for my natural nails!!!!😎💅

My first visit and I didnt have to wait two hours before getting service. I arrived on a Saturday evening around 2:00. Staff was courteous, price and product reasonable.

They dont sterilize their tools at least while I was there I didnt see them but the service is great and good quality work

Went in for a manicure and pedicure, had to ask the technician to scrape my big toes again since it was still dead skin on them, then had to ask for one of my toe nails to be cut down when it was obviously longer than the other, and the one she cut was uneven so I had to file it when I got home.....

I went to get a full set with gel polish they did not do my nails right and it chipped the next day gel does not supposed to chip. I went back the next day to get it fixed they wouldnt fix it. The lady with drawn briws doesnt speak English n just passes you off. They are not clean they use the same tools on everyone thats is nasty you walk in and sit down to a dirty station Nail dust all over it I not once saw them clean anything.

They dont sterilize the tools and they left paint on my nails that was there before she started doing my nails. The nail service is mediocre. Wanted a pedicure, but I saw that the sterilization process was lacking so I decided against getting the pedicure.

Had a full set acrilic done the next two days my nails came up. Paid 25$ because I had gotten white tips. Went back and got refill nails still didnt last but another 2days same thing nails came up. Not recommended at all wont be back.

Ugly ass feet they did such a horrible job Thought maybe Ill give them a chance but unlike these asians they think they can talk to you any type of way just bc you dont like their work which is sad! The little old Asian lady rushed on my deluxe then the man played like he was fixing her work and did worse than her! Sad sad sad then have the nerve to talk to you crazy smh I will never be back here!!!!!
