I only stopped here because I was in Bartlett..The older lady is very rude! Kept twisting my hands and dropping them while filing my nails and making comments like “hold your hand up”. I was charged 95.00 for a pedicure and fill in with shellac and the service was NOT worth it. The pedicure I wanted was supposed to come with hot towels at the end. She never did it...and when she applied the lotion she never rubbed it in. I had to ask her to finish! Please find somewhere else to go to get great service.

I went here because they were close to my house & my usual spot was closed. Angie did my full set which I believe she talked me into a different nail shape so she could over charge me. Then used some generic diamond powder which chipped away a week later. After 2 weeks i was missing 3 nails smh never again will I pay 70 for some garbage that didnt even last 2 weeks.DONT GO HERE!!

Very poor service!. They act as if they are scared to use a drill!. And they talk about other places you get your nails done at!. My feet wasn’t done properly!. They are charging an extra 5$ got pedicures because of Covid!. They charge 20$ for a polish change!. And when she did my hands!. I believe she jammed my fingers up!. Because ever since I left!. My hand has been in pain!.

I went there today for a nail repair and the lady kept pulling my arm and twisting my hand. Then had the nerve to say my fingers are crooked. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I’ve never had an experience like this anywhere else and this was my 1st time going there.

I brought my girls to get manicures for 30 dollars they didn’t file clean the nails or nothing didn’t know manicures only come with polish I could’ve done this service at home. I will not be returning.

Absolutely amazing! My always love my nails when I get them done here! Affordable and great job consistently. This is also a great place for toe nail repairs! I would definitely recommend.

Asked for fill-in and cut down, needed 1 repair. This lady does my nails, charges me $62. I asked how she comes up with this price and she said she had to double dip. I noticed she charged $35 for item gel filling that was priced on the wall for $25. She says, price changed, sign is year old. Police said, nothing I could do, but if I dont pay her, they will arrest me. Dont go this place! I would expect to pay that at a high-end nail salon, but here. I repeat, stay away, plenty of nail shops around that are not money hungry.

I usually go to Beautiful Nails on sycamore view, but if theyre busy Ive come to her. She is the only technician and she overcharges. She will critique other shops work, but Ive gotten my nails done a few times by her and theyve either lifted or the paint chips. Shes now accepting one customer at a time due to COVID and you must have a mask. I was charged $50 for dip, no design or anything and the acrylic lifted and came off within a week. I wash my hands a lot but Ive never experienced acrylic/dip coming off. Id recommend just getting a regular manicure and polish.

I went in today after reading reviews here. Loved it! They made me feel very welcome! They took their time but it was well worth it. Pricing wise, theyre very reasonable, so thats another plus. I feel like I got lucky! Youll leave happy!

Came here the day before my wedding to get my bridal nails done. I showed her which two colors I was stuck between and she helped me timely! I believe they will do better & absolutely love here!

It was a very great experience. They combined excellent skill, fantastic attitudes. They did very natural acrylics (not too thick). Will be back again and again!

I was scared to come here because of the reviews but Im glad I did because now I have found my permanent shop. The owner Angela did a very good job!! She kept good conversation with me so I wasnt bored. Also I messed up my nails 3 times, she didnt get upset or catch an attitude some places make you pay! So I recommend you to get your nails here by the owner

The older lady in there is very polite and loving they take there time and do a wonderful job I come all the way from whitehaven to go to them and the best part is they do appointments and they do your nails until they finish you never have to wait wen u got an appointment

This nail shop are crooks. I went there to get pedicure, fill in and shellac with coffin nails in which I figured it would be at least $60. Mind you they dont have a price list so I shouldve known something wasnt right. So the lady that did my pedicure me asked which type of pedicure I would like and she showed me a list and the cheapest one was $35, so of course I chose that one. Another lady named Vita did my nails and she asked me did I find my color and I said yea but Im still looking to make sure you get the right color. She looked at me and had the nerve to say, you still havent found your color obviously not if Im still looking. So I let that one go, then as she was doing my nails I mistakenly bumped my finger to the other and she said to me can you keep your fingers separated because it hard to fix. I didnt even say anything. Fast forward to the time for me to pay, this lady quoted me $80 Im like for what? & she tell me the pedicure was 37, color match is extra $2, fill in $20, and shellac is 20 plus the shape is extra as well. Im like I wish wouldve knew that prior to because I wouldnt walked right on out. But I couldnt just not pay so I did but she took the $2 off because that didnt make sense at all. Moral of the story is theyre too damn high and charge for EVERYTHING so dont waste your money or time because their attitudes are horrible.

When you go into a place of establishment your are suppose to be greeted and feel welcome, but in the case it was the totally opposite. The ladies were very rude and just gave stares ( the workers)

I was lucky because I got in right after work and only had to wait 10-ish minutes. All the employees are talent and very friendly. Also. they have so many colors to choose from! 10/10 stars to you Angels Nails, SURE!

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! & the nails do NOT last. overpriced, for a simple medium length full set, it was $30 and it didn’t last. I had to glue about 4 nails within the same week I got them done the nail polish was chipping off. I re-painted my nails myself. They don’t even have a nail dryer & Yes, the owner Angel did my nails, horrible service and she yanked another customers arm bc she didn’t like the way her nails looked. don’t waste your time or money. Horrible service and too overpriced PERIODT.

I am not satisfied with the way my nails were done and i will not be back again. That was my first and last time going to that nail shop. My nails lifted the very next day. I was rushed into a chair and rushed right out the door.

I do not recommend this nail shop to anyone. I was made pay an extra $3 for a longer length of my nails and my nails are not long at all, they are short. Then, this woman had the nerve to tell my sister that shes charging her extra on her nails because she talks too much. This nail shop is very unorganized and cluttered. And their attitudes are HORRIBLE! DO NOT COME HERE! This nail shop needs to be shut down immediately just mainly for their bad service and overpriced services!

The Owner Angel was very rude and unprofessional!! To the point we’re she got loud and upset because I requested she fix the shape of my nail because it was crooked. She got very offended and even jerked on my arm!!! I had to call the police. Smh. Never do business here!!

The only reason they have one star is because I had to click one to publish this. I went to Angels Nails on Tuesday, March 24, 2015. I received a mani pedi. They used a regular OPI polish. By Thursday, March 26, 2015, my nail polish was chipping on 6 nails. On Friday, March, 27, 2015, my polish was chipped on all nails. On Friday, I called the salon to inform them of the concern and determine how the concern could be resolved. I was informed that I was working too hard. Yes, I have been working hard, however, I do not have a manual labor job. She wanted to know if it was shellac or regular polish. What difference does it make, its chipping after 2 days. I informed her that it was regular polish. She informed me that I would have to pay $5. She kept trying to say that it was something I was doing. I didnt do anything that would cause my nail polish to chip. I didnt wash any dishes by hand this week. All I did was bathe daily and wash my hands throughout the day. The polish doesnt stand up to regular hand washing. The polish must have been diluted so they could use it longer. Needless to say, I will never return. I do not like to waste my money.

Never go here- some icye pedicure was $40- and it didnt last long- no massage chair while getting it - it was some lotion or cream that she used ( which was suppose to be special) it was my birthday I felt nothing - then I usually get regular set $20- she talked me into getting gel nails- med length- it was $55 for that - then with a total of $95- she still said it was $5 to use my card- MY FIRST AND LAST TIME COMING HERE- please pass on this place - experience was terrible - I couldnt even relax

I went there on 10/31 to try an new place out cuz I have been to several place that I was jus unhappy with either attitude or their work was below subpar. I explained to the lady doing my nails that I needed to make sure because of my line of work that the schlak manicure would last up and she assured me that they put enough coats on that it would last. My first quote was $20 for the schlak....then they added another $10 for the manicure part, which any nail salon I have been to it was included. I wanted my 2 ring fingers a different color than the rest (like what is in style) the they proceeded to tell me that that would be an extra $2. I was ok with that even tho I think that ridiculous. I picked out my colors and a lady (im guessing the manager) told me on color was a mood color and would change color which I thought was cool but wasnt something that was a must for me to have. I really jus wanted a lime green color. The lady finished my manicure and proceeded to do the schlak polish. I asked for extra coats which she did not do. when it was time to check out my bill went from originally costing me 32 with manicure and polish to 38. When I asked why was it so much she told me that the mood polish was more. I didnt even want the mood polish I just wanted a lime green polish and she NEVER told me that was extra. so I paid the 32 dollars and left. This was on a Friday and by Saturday my nails had already began to chip and peel off. I am going back to the nail salon today to request a refund for the polish considering I can do a better job all by my self!!! This place SUCKS!!!!!!
