I was looking for a good nail shop! I remembered before moving away I used to come here and nails 💅🏾 would be so classy looking. The experience was superior. I fell asleep during my organic pedicure? Like, sis where they do that at? Now anybody who knows me know organic products and overall body care department is something I truly value top priority that I do not half step in. If you have not had one get you one for sure! I also got a gel manicure which I then topped off with getting my eyebrows done. To make everything even more of a beautiful experience Mrs. Tammy completed all of my tasks! I was not passed around to multiple people. They made sure I was comfortable. Sis, it’s a whole vibe! If you know you know. If you don’t then why you still reading boo go ahead get there fast!!💕💅🏾😘😘

They completely over charged me $120 for a full set gel polish and no full service just toe polish with get polish. Simple because I was interacting with the new African American girl as she was doing my nails. Owner kept asking me do I know her and I told her several time I did not. And I have been coming here for awhile now. Her husband rang me out. and really sat there with a straight face and told me my total was $120 dollars. I knew then that that was my last visit. I was so shocked because I never paid over $90 since I’ve been coming. And that was for full service at that. Came back to my review to read a response thinking maybe the owner would care And my review was deleted and changed rating to a 4star rating. I would not rate this place 1 star. I was a loyal customer and I will not be returning back.

I got my nails done 7/23/2021 (first time here) and they only lasted four days! I have never experienced acrylic nails that only lasted for four days. They usually last 2-3 weeks!. Total cost for this work $38! Completely disappointed!Update: Spoke to Sofi. Texted her a photo of my nails and she stated she will text me back. The bomber is that I got my nails done before leaving town and won’t be back for two weeks for business. So, I will update you all on the outcome.

My first time visiting. Prices are reasonable. I was greeted when I walked in. Everyone was friendly. Mike had a great personality. He made me laugh. Great experience overall.

I booked my first Pedicure at Kelly’s and let me just say my experience with Mike was absolutely everything I needed and more!!! After a very trying last few weeks I couldn’t have asked for a better ending/beginning and start to a mini vacation than this!!!! Mike is dedicated and attentive and his customer service skills are so spot on!!!! To say I’m satisfied just doesn’t cover it, I think I’m hooked and booked (AGAIN) … Speaking of booked, let’s not forget The young lady who booked my appointment, Alicia, very sweet and her customer service skills too were outstanding, I can’t say enough how pleased I am!!!

I did not have to wait long. When I arrived, it was good vibes. The menu had so many options for pedicures. As a bonus they serve a variety of drinks, complimentary with service. My nail tech took her time and didn’t rush. I got the Vocano pedicure with hot stones. It was the best pedicure I had in a while. Well worth the money. It was a great experience. I have been a client of Kelly’s Nails for 9 years and even though they are now under new management they are still the only place I will ever go. Mike is truly a gem. Professional, pleasant and just a really cool guy. Appt based and never a wait time and if I could give 100 stars I would.

Since Covid, my home based nail tech wasn’t working. I tried several businesses and although I was somewhat pleased with my nails, I could not win with the pedicure. I am happy to say that Helen has changed that. I’m super pleased with both my nails and pedicure. My nails (Dip) last almost 4 weeks without cracking or lifting. She is so pleasant! I’m one happy customer!!!

I thought I had found a great nail shop to my surprise I found a rip off salon. Last time I went everything was awesome, this time not so much. I went in for a ombré fill and at the end ended up being charged for something totally different and more expensive. The owner texted me and told me if I had a receipt from the last time showing I received service for an ombré set then they would fix it for me. Who keeps the receipt after 3 weeks???? I asked do they keep record and no response. I will never go to this place again. Total rip off, not only did the lady drill my ombré off she lied and said it was gel so thats why she did a gel refill. Very disappointed in this service

A super great friendly. They are fast but yet very accurate.if you dont like something or want something changed they have no problem making you happy. They also offer a complimentary beverage while you wait. This is a great part then coming here for a couple of years now been to other places to be disappointed. Its popular but a little slow. Helen served me. She gave great service and was friendly and willing to talk. (You know some nail tech dont hold a conversation with the client, but they Should!) The client is usually willing to tip the service if theyre outwardly friendly towards the Client! I will go back even though its miles away from my house andhavea tip ready. Lol😁
