Hannah did an ombré acrylic set on my nails and it turned out amazing. She focused on the small details which made a huge difference. The staff are professional and friendly. I highly recommend.

Nice place for pedicure and manicure. It was my first time here. They allow walking on weekends. I went on a Saturday, and there was no waiting at all. The service was good. They are following all COVID protocols.

Wonderful experience! I had Emily as my nail tech for my serenity pedicure and she was so kind and wonderful. I’m ticklish usually and pedicures aren’t always comfortable for me, but this was literally the most enjoyable one I’ve ever had. She said she is ticklish too so she tries to be mindful. I will definitely be back.

I just left Serenity and WOW! My nail tech Shalina was so amazing! She was personal with me and learned my name as well as made sure I was happy with my nails and eyebrows before I left AND before she proceeded with the color. I went yesterday to get my nails done and Rebeca was AMAZING! She was sweet and patient with me. I don’t get my nails done frequently so I didn’t really know what to do, she me what would look best and the end result was everything I wanted and more.

Jason was my Nail Tech and he went out of his way to ensure my nails were perfect as well as changing the color on my toes to match my nails! Prices are very decent as well! I had a Pedicure by Pisey, and she did an awesome job. I can’t stop looking at my toes. She was very professional and great conversation. She was very efficient and detailed and her polish was impeccable. I will definitely be going back to see her again ❤️

Becca provides a great pedicure. She knows the colors. I dont want anyone else.FYI, this is an honest review, Im not a personal friend or a family member. This is my second pedicure by Becca and I will continue to visit Serenity Nails and Spa for her services. I make an appointment to make sure I have her for my pedicurist/pedicure technician.

I have mixed feelings about my experience here. This was my first visit, and upon entering, I was met with a female working there who didn’t realize I had an appointment booked online yet. Her energy was off and she wasn’t welcoming. The woman I booked in my appointment came late, and due to the closing time, she worked alongside her husband to finish my nails and toenails (gel) on time. They were both welcoming, but I am now realizing (only 4 hours after completion) that my nails are lumpy and a corner has already peeled. I’m disappointed and will not be returning.

Not sure why I stopped coming here, but today I remembered why I love this place! Theyre so kind. My pedi was amazing and David 2 was wonderful

Terrible experience. The dude that did my nails, left them soooo bumpy and lumpy. There was no apex and my nails were flat. He was nice and everything tho. My other friends nails were also lumpy af and hers werent even painted right on the sides. My other friend had a good experience.If Im paying so much, the jobs need to be better. Or invest in training everyone right and ensuring their work is good.

This is the friendliest nail salon I have ever been to. I have not had the feeling they are talking negatively about me or others. Their system for checking in and out is very efficient. And they are very clean. Just took off one star because every time I have an appointment to go in it takes 10-20 for me to be seen, this negates having an appointment.

I love getting my mani/pedi’s done at this salon. My tech (Beka) is the bomb. I explain what I want and she knows just how to hook me up. Thanks Beka and Serenity.

I have only gotten pedicures here but damn! I love this place. Best place Ive ever for the array if options and price (I get the serenity package including hot stone massage, salt scrub, oil, clay mask, and of course nail color, etc.) for $38!!! Wont be going elsewhere and you shouldnt either. Ask for Sae!

We usually go to another nail shop, but they were really busy that day. I googled best nail salons in the area. Serenity had five stars, so I said lets try them out. I am so glad we did, thank you so much for great service and quality work. We will see you again soon.

The staff is pretty friendly, but lately theyve been off their game. I really hope they get it together. The guy doing my nails was in such a hurry. I mean he did a pretty good job, but I feel like it wouldve been better if he took his time. He kept looking at the people (nail tech & customer) behind me. Its like he was trying to finish before the tech behind me. Which is ridiculous because the person behind me was there before I walked in.Whoever is the new owner or manager... GET IT TOGETHER. Tell me how the price went up, but the customer service quality went down.This place was better back in 2018.

I feel in love with a technician in Winston Salem NC and when I went back to the Greensboro area I tried to find someone comparable to the service I got from Kathy at the salon in WS. I dont go on a regular basis so it has taken me a year to find a place that pleases me. I finally found it. Serenity Nails is my go to spot. The service was great, the space is open and modern. I especially liked that they use the disposable liners in their foot tubs. This was the main thing I was looking for. I liked their selection of colors on the walls and not just on the sample sticks. I give them five stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ for my visit for a pedicure. If I get any other services in the future I will rate them as well.

Jimmy is the best nail tech!! Not many nail techs know how to keep acrylics on my oily nails. Only Jimmy has been able to master my issue with keeping nails on! Plus he’s just so nice.

The pedicurist who did my feet was very professional, she made me feel comfortable & relaxed as she was doing my feet. My first time here, overall happy. I got ombré sns from Jason who did a great job. A couple of my cuticles are a little irritated though. The staff was all really friendly and the shop was clean and welcoming.

This is my go-to nail salon since they opened. Jimmy is my favorite tech but all the techs Ive received visits with have been great. My recent visit I was just really not liking the way the gel nail color came out. They were super nice and fixed it to another color and didnt make me feel bad. I really dont like to complain but they color was much lighter than the sample. Thanks for providing a clean, friendly salon environment!

Service was not as good as it used to be. Not sure what happened. This is the first time Ive ever been there and felt like I literally paid to just have my feet washed. How do you get a pedicure and have to go home and work on removing dead skin, moisturize and try to clean up the polish??? Im hoping it was just an off day.

I enjoy this place. They are a big nail spa so they are able to keep distance between everyone. They are cleaning very well between clients. They are very good too. I get pedicures and sns done. I am very pleased with their work. Henry and Key are my favorites for nails. Just stay away from Joseph. He is probably not going to be there much longer, I hope. He is not very clean. He tries to use dirty towels, table top, and nail files.

Went in to get an acrylic fill, about halfway through, I got some news that a family member had passed away. Nail tech got me to a stopping point and hurried me out the door, even saved my color for when i was able to make it back to finish. Super great customer service and a beautiful set of nails

First time at this salon today and I LOVE all the measures Serenity Nails is taking during this COVID season! The salon was extremely clean and everything was perfectly socially distanced from table to table and even had a space in between pedicure chairs. I was super super impressed!! But the best experience of all was the sweet young man, David, who did my nails. When I tell you this man had such incredible attention to detail and was so intentional with doing a fantastic, tailored job to give me exactly what I wanted in a super timely fashion! I will DEF be back and will be asking for David for sure! Hun, youve got a new fan :)

Today was my first visit and I was very pleased with the customer service from the moment I walked in. The place smelled clean and they cleaned every station after each customer while practicing social distancing.Jimmy did my nails and being a native New Yorker Im very picky about my nails, he did an amazing job and I enjoyed our conversation during my service. I think I found my nails a happy home.

You will wait hour or 11/2 to get in a chair. The work was not sloppy with no attention to detail. If you complain they will ask you not to come back.

Ive been 3 times and each time experienced great customer service. Very friendly and professional. They have a personal touch that makes you feel soooooo relaxed and pampered. This time it felt so great I melted in my chair.Lol

I use this salon for 4 years. It always was excellent and professional service. But the changes that were made after recent opening are very impressive. With the COVID we all are very to be infected, BUT not in this salon.They use all the precautions: screens, plastic inserts for pedicures, never another client next to you, one time use instruments.Also I receive messages with regarding appointment and payment.If you are looking to safe place to do your nails, go to Serenity salon

My original salon I was going to wasn’t executing the shape of nail I wanted and were no longer offering regular nail polish, only SNS or Gel. And still charging additional to remove the polish. A friend recommended Serenity and it was amazing! They fixed the shape of my nails and matched the color I wanted perfectly. Cali & Kelly were awesome and I’ll def be coming there going forward.

I have been coming to Serenity for almost 6 years. Jimmy and the staff are so friendly. Mia is my favorite technician. She is wonderful. Guess Ill be there 6 more years.

Really awful quality. I got my nails done on a Saturday and by Monday all the top coat of some of mail SNS was totally off I went and they offered me a new set so the first time they took two hours to do my nails and 1 hour in the second time. Jus three days after two of my nails got chipped on the corners I when by again they offered me a mew set again I told them that I wasn’t going to waist my time with them any more so I wanted my money back so I could go with other people whit better products. The girl said she didn’t had access to money when I payed to her the first time in cash She said she was going to take my number the owner was going to call me Three days after I had two more mails broken but I got too busy to do back to complain and get my money. My warning. Never go over there It’s a waist of time and money

Great customer service, very clean, friendly, walk -ins acceptable. Check in process is very easy and they even have a program where they gift you on your birthday. Very professional and if you have any issues you can email them and they will actually contact you back very quickly. I only had one small issue where I was told it was normal polish but it was gel. I was contacted back almost immediately and everything was corrected. I appreciate a nice, clean, and lively salon.

Came in with rough feeling feet and bad looking toes, but came out with brand new feet and toes!! Lol!! Juju did a wonderful job!! Also jimmy did a great job on my significant other feet and toes as well!! We will be back soon!!

Been here a few times so I can actually give my honest opinion. Most of the people working here aren’t exactly the friendliest. A lot of times there is a wait. Tyda has done my sns the last two times and I felt like both times she was in such a hurry to just get it done. She was very sloppy with the shape and cut of my nails. Last time she did my sns it was too thick. My thumb nail is SO crooked and of course I didn’t notice until I got home. I also asked for coffin and she also gave me square.

My first time at Serenity nails was a great experience. I had David. He took his time, was very gentle and did an awesome job. My nails look better than expected . Thanks David!

I started coming to serenity the end of 2019 and have come back every 2 weeks since. (besides their closure during corona ofc) but this is the most professional and welcoming nail salon. amazing work. amazing people. jimmy and jason are fantastic, as well as the man always at the front. you will not regret stopping by for all your nail needs!

I was able to walk right in and get a seat for a pedicure. I can imagine it is because this place is fairly new and maybe building up clientele. The place was spotless and the ladies were wonderful. The music was very soothing and made it where I really enjoyed my pedi! Will be back!

Great experience. Always super clean. Tools always sterilized. They have great customer service. They just got a new appointment system which there are a few hiccups but they didn’t blink when my appt got forgotten and got me right in with no waiting.

I have never had a nail break before and this is my first time going to this place. I didn’t like how The nails looked and my nails broke. Staff is friendly but quality not good.

The pedicure was amazing and she was very nice. Everyone was friendly. I was very dissapointed with my Full set.. I got matte nails and they have white dust marks all over, he tried to fix it but it turned out the same. They look okay from far away but pretty bad close up. Definitely not worth the $48, I used to pay $35 where I used to live and they always turned out perfect. Also my nails hurt so bad, i’ve never had such a painful manicure. They were very friendly though so I would go back for a pedicure but that’s about it.

The owner opened the salon early for my bridal party so no one in my party had to wait. She was so nice! We were all able to relax and even had a glass of wine. It was delicious and a perfect way to start a bachelorette party. The prices were lower than I expected they would be and everything was so worth the price. Everyone was so nice especially since they had to come in early. We loved it so much it made my out-of- town family jealous. Thank you!
