I was interested in a 1 bedroom 1 Bath apartment but when I went in I felt intimidated by the person I was talking to and I didnt feel secure and that I could trust him! He was half my age! So when talking to him it was really hard almost as if he was a gold digger! I had the money to move in! But it wasnt enough!
Kelly was fantastic, absolutely amazing at helping me and my brother and our friend get a place, she was very considerate and very sweet.
I have been a resident here for a few years now. The staff and especially management are kind and professional people. When I have any kind of issue they are quick to respond and resolve. Sydney (hope I’m spelling that right) has been very helpful as the office manager and can be relied on for assistance and follow-through whenever asked. Whenever I stop in or call the office, they are always friendly and helpful.
I visited my parents for the holidays in Melbourne. I did not expect for their home to be in a quiet residential part of town. The apartment community was very clean. The neighbors are friendly. My mom needed the handy man to come fix her sink and he was there in an hour. He was very friendly. I would move to this area if the opportunity presented itself. Im very happy to know my parents are in good hands.
Awsome service and kelly was amazing!
I have seen a few apartments in the past two days. Park Village has the best and most professional leasing team I have come across. They were patient and actually showed me the empty apartments. . I did not feel rushed and felt like they genuinely cared about my needs. Im happy Park Village is one of the few companies that holds a high bar on customer service. Thank you for your time!
We just moved here and it has been a great experience so far. The prices are honestly cheaper than the other places we looked at. The location is very convenient, we are a short walk/drive from any restaurant, grocery store, etc. The beaches are close by as well.
Nothing wrong with the community itself, quiet, friendly neighbors for the most part. However, be aware that the leasing office is grimey and money hungry. When you go to move out they will try to get you for your money any way they possibly can. When I moved in, the man who helped me who was the property manager at the time, was amazing. Very professional and knew exactly what he was doing. The woman who took his spot, not so much. I was trying to renew my lease here back in AUGUST (60 days prior to my lease end date) and had an occupant living with me at the time, this new lady drew up a whole lease without my consent with the other persons name on it as a lease holder just a month before my lease end date. Yes, it took her THAT long. (They do that on purpose so they can charge you a load of money) So she then proceeds to tell me I won’t be qualified based on my income for the apartment anymore..(should have told me that back in August) okay cool no problem. So I call back a week later informing her I was going to be moving out and found a new apartment since I “NO LONGER QUALIFIED” for the apartment and she then tells me she’s going to hit me with a $925 fee for failure of an intent to move out when she didn’t even give me 60 days notice of no longer qualifying for the place. Like i said ... BEWARE.
This place is great, landscaping is clean and well maintained.Im a big fan of the balcony and the floor plan.Any complaints or concerns Ive had have been taken care of swiftly.I enjoy coming home.
Great Service, all questions answered day of asking them.Decent price for location and quality of apartments.Just moved in this past weekend and so far i have not had any issues. Thanks to all in the management here. Especially Kelli :)
We were looking for an apartment in December and this was the first, affordable apartment community to give us availability and pricing. They have been working with me and meeting all my requests and answering all my many questions. Very nice and professional!
Ive had several friends live in the complex. ALL have complained about rats. The complex is obviously aware of the problem, but chooses to do nothing.Buyer beware !
This community is very friendly, clean, professional, and overall a quiet and nice place to live. We have never had any issues with anyone. They are pet friendly and there is a super cute trail that wraps around the community for exploring/ walking. This is a very reasonably priced apartment for what it is. We are very happy to live in this community!
I really like and admire how George (leasing agent) deal with the residents at Parkway Village. He has great customer service skills and he has helped me on every single request I had. Keep up the good job George!!! Also, special thanks to the Maintenance team, especially Mike; the apartments needs to be updated but the Maintenance team responds pretty quickly. Thank you Mike and George!
I love living here. The people are respectful. The staff is great. Apartments are spacious and you dont feel like your in a apartment complex. The pool is wonderful and we have a ton of turtles in the pond. I enjoy walking my dog around the outside trail to the dog park! People who have dogs are respectful, you rarely hear one bark. And I dont hear my neighbors. I signed on for another year. Love it!
I have been living at Parkvillage going on ten years and I’ve just signed a new lease. This place has gone through many positive changes over the years. Over the years I looked at other apartment complexes and never found anything close to what is offered here. I have no plans on moving in the future. My attitude is why fix it if it’s not broken.
Madalyne has been wonderful! She is sweet, professional and made the process easy. I love the apartment and cant wait to move in.
I have lived here for less than a month, but so far my experience has been positive. They were able to work with me on rent so that it would fit my budget and were very quick and professional when answering all my questions. The appartment is close to shopping and is conveniently located next to Wickham Park which provides a great way to get out and exercise. I would recommend this to anyone looking for an apartment in the Melbourne area.
Park Village Apartments are clean and the staff is amazing. This past year has been amazing! I just purchased a home but if I was deciding to still Rent, I would renew another year. Highly recommended!
I dont tend to make negative reviews often but Ive had a horrible first 2 months in this apartment complex. Per signing my lease with them it was written in that I would receive a washer and dryer included with my rent. I have been told every week for the past 2 months that it will be installed next week. So every week Ive had to call them repeatedly until they answer witch is rare or even some times go show up in person to just get told next week. Ill update my review if they ever come if not Ill be at the laundry mat spending $20 to do some laundry.
The office people have always been professional and willing to try to work with you.Theyve always been responsive they help if theres a problem and with this covid-19 were really happy that theyll work with everybody do to this rent thing with people not be able to work and pay the rent theyve been good and caring so far and we hope that they continue to be better and keep going and work with everybody because it could be them in the same spot. Its a very good property, with caring office staff and maintenance crew, they treat you good and its a good value
Pretty nice looking, had service at one of the houses. Definitely worst places to live.
The staff is really nice !! The community is very nice as well .. its a very quiet community!! The dog park is very nice . The updated the pool area and its nice.
This place is one of the best apartment in Melbourne Florida just because of their effort going around and hang out mask for people.
This us a great, quiet community to live. All the staff are very helpful.
I love living here, the office and maintenance staff is excellent! I love my apartment!
Moving mom in shortly and everything I asked from the girls upfront was taken care of promptly
100% Satisfied...I moved in the beginning of June & absolutely love living at Park Village.
The apartment complex is quiet, the ladies up front are nice, and the price is reasonable. The interiors are okay; it was a little dirty when we moved in. The appliances are pretty dated, but the screened-in porches are a nice touch.Maintenance is very professional. I do have some water damage that has yet to be addressed after 2 weeks, but theyre working on it in other apartments. I just hope rent doesnt go up too much when we renew the lease.
Ok but exspensive foti sawaure ft
Great place to live, very quiet, clean. The property is being completely upgraded with new paved parking lot and freshly painted buildings. Maintenance is very friendly and quick to respond. Just make sure you understand what youll be paying for rent and other incidentals.
Park Village is a charming complex and Goerge is the best property manager. If you need a friendly community come visit them. Great prices, spacious floor plans, great parking, and a prime location. From the get go Goerge set himself apart with proffesionalism and courtesy rarely found in Melbourne. He called me back promptly and answered all our questions straight forward. He worked really hard to make things ideal for us which felt really reassuring. He wasnt trying to force us into something we didnt want like many places had previously. The Park Village property has a beautiful landscape that makes it feel much more like a neighbourhood than a complex. We truly appreciate and enjoyed our experience.Thankyou,K+Z
1: they do not like to did things2: they like to argue with you to try prove you wrong3: after renewing a lease rent will increase each time4: like to not give you proper noticed when your lease is up5: like to not give you proper noticed when rent increased until you see it on your BillI loved it when we first moved in then they clean house and it has gone done hill i cant wait to move.
Went into the office to get information on their 2 bed room apartment and asked if they had any models for viewing. The girl in the front office was not friendly by any means, told me that they did not have any models to show. She did not offer me any brochures, ask anything about when I would be looking for an apartment, or explain prices for moving in or prices of the apartments. She only seemed interested in getting me to leave, she had only suggested that I can come back in a week or two and they would maybe have an apartment to show me. Needless to say I will not be coming back, and will not refer anyone after that experience.
It is 50/50.
Was the residence of my cousin n it was an awesome view from the 25 floor
Be careful!! I completed application and paid the application fee. On my application it states the rate and type of apartment. A few days after application is approved, they call me to tell me the rate is now more because they renovated the apartment. First, how can they not honor what is on the agreement and second, why am I responsible for their upgrade? Management said theres nothing they can do. Even if I have to pay more somewhere else, I will not do business with these people.Update: We have been at LongLeaf apartments for over 2 years. The staff is great and they really know how to manage it.
This place is an absolute disaster. Worst experience ever in my entire life. Steer clear and save your money. In the year my son lived here, he had 2 mice in his apartment that I HAD to get rid of because maintance couldn’t, his air was out for almost a month during June, and the maintenance people couldnt even fix a simple leak in the sink for 3 weeks. This apartment complex needs to be knocked down. Why would someone ever pay over $900 for this. Please, fix your act people. These are people’s lives you’re dealing with.
Had everything I wanted. Best Ive seen. But I didnt qualify
The staff is very helpful
Scam!!! they make you pay for an application fee and then tell you the apartment will be ready in a month. Now here, we went from March til september and were told that the application will expire! Bad buisness
Its location is great and the place is some what quite around the front. The price is kinda high!
Currently sitting in an 88 degree apartment... 88 yes I did not mess that up! 8 freakin 8! I am dying, my bed is dying, and most importantly my dog and cat are dying. Out is like putting up in a car with the Windows up in Florida! Do you know medically what that does?! Who is paying for this? Management cant look into it and did it roll Monday... I have been dealing worth this for 3 summers now! We have a new ( the 5th one in about 3 monrhs) managments company, same owner and stupidly thought they cared! The only person who cares its the maintenance man whose hands are tied until management gives approval. So managent listen up! Give approval before you have two dead attenants, dead dog, and dead cat.... Freakin be a good person and do something!
Definitely the best apartment complex in Melbourne... ESPECIALLY for the value
Seemed okay from the 1 friend I went to go visit there.
Went by to get information on a apt. Sign on door said be back a 1:00pm, it was 1:30pm.Left came back, maintenance running around on golf cart, still nobody there. Thats how you can rent apt! No thanks.
They need to be updated for the price.
Apartments need work for price they are paying
