We absolutely love this complex!! Everyone is the office is wonderful, helpful, and responds quickly. After just meeting them only a couple times I feel like they are becoming friends.The grounds are beautiful and extremely well kept. The hallways are neat and cleaned daily. When I walk the hallway to get my mail, I feel like I’m walking through a Disney resort.The amenities that are included are incredible! The pool is like an upscale resort. It is never crowded. There is a two-floor gym that has very modern equipment and never feels crowded. Even if we joined the least expensive gym for a family of 4 it would cost $40 per month but the gym here is complimentary. There are two dog parks. There is a car wash and pet wash that is also complimentary. There is a large gathering room with games, living room settings, a computer room with a complimentary printer. If you factor in all of these amenities, it really makes the price very reasonable!The maintenance staff is so friendly and quick to fix an issues. It was a pleasure to meet them when they came to fix a small issue for me.Parking is never an issue which is wonderful. The complex backs up to the high school so my daughter can walk right to school. The football stadium is walkable as well which is a definite plus because Friday Night Lights is the highlight of my son’s week. This is the perfect community for families. I was very nervous about going from a home to an apartment for a year+ while our home is being built, but we are absolutely in love with it here!! This is apartment living at the finest!!!

My family and I love Artisan. Everything from the fantastic layouts, enjoyable amenities, and reliable management/maintenance makes it overall the perfect living style. Courtney is the best manager and truly cares about the residents. She works hard to make sure everything is running efficiently and we love the monthly events she plans for the community. The food trucks are the best part.

The staff has always been very courteous and friendly. They do fun events that are family friendly. (Our favorite was the outdoor movie theatre watching Elf around Christmas time). The pool is beautiful and very well maintained.

I just moved here from Wisconsin and am loving the community. Updated, modern interior in a great location with awesome amenities.

I stayed here in 2020 to early 2021 as I really liked the Viera area. I have had many issues with this property which were not visible during contract signing. First, this place has a lot of cockroaches and there is an infestation issue I would like to share and there are also silver fish issue in each apartment. I have brought this to the attention of the management and the GM just ignored me and laughed it off. She told me they were not cockroaches. Please ask the residents...Also, please be careful with the paperworks you are signing as its full of lies... The Management is very un-professional when approached and I think they only care about a few things. Everyones knows there is very little customer service orientation here, and the quality of life in this complex is very poor. Please try one of the places across the street if you really wish to take care of your family. I have no vested interested other than trying to inform others so they do not make the same mistake I made. This is purely my opinion.

I have lived at Artistan since it opened in 2018 moving here from NYC so apartment living is something I have always been used to. In the 3 years I have lived here I can count on one hand the number of times Ive ever heard my neighbors with my doors and windows closed. The only times I have heard anyone has been an extreme circumstance and nothing I would not expect living sharing a wall with someone. There was a period with a previous general manager where the property left a lot to be desired however that has vastly improved in the recent years.My biggest and only complaint would be that this complex is marketed as a non-smoking complex and where management does what they can to enforce it it is not something that is easily enforced. One would think that someone who smoked would not move into a non smoking community but well....yeah....people!I now need to relocate closer to Orlando and Courtney and Preferred Apartment Communities the general manager has been amazing working with me. I look forward to my move to Vintage Horizon PAC property near Disney.

After several problems were found in the apartment we moved into, they were repaired and reconciled to our satisfaction! It is sooo important when management responds to a tenant!

My husband and I recently moved into the Artisan at Viera after a move to the Melbourne area for a new job. Leaving our home of 15 years to move into an apartment was a stressful time, and we had many fears about leasing after so many years of owning, but our experience here at this community has been outstanding! Courtney and Haley and their team are top-notch in managing and responding to our needs and questions. When we were trying to choose a unit to lease during the restrictions of COVID-19, Courtney went countless times to multiple units to film videos and take pictures to send to us and to answer our questions so that we could choose the perfect unit for us. That is exactly what we have, and each day we are thankful for the wonderful views and location we have in the complex. In addition, we are thrilled that this complex, I believe the only one in this area, provides screened-in patios, which has kept pesky pests out of our unit and allowed up to keep the patio door open on afternoons when there are cool breezes. If you are looking for first-rate maintenance, a resort-style pool, great fitness center, and other wonderful amenities, you will find them here at Artisan at Viera. You will feel like youre on vacation living here. But more importantly, if you are looking for a management team that cares about your needs and is responsive and helpful for any questions you may have, you have found the right place here with Courtney and her team. I would give it 6 or more stars if that were possible.P.S. I am so excited about how quickly all my maintenance requests are dealt with and in such a professional and courteous manner. I have been so thankful for the prompt and caring service I receive from the maintenance team. Its just one more reason my husband and I love living here!

We are very pleased to live in such a nice community. Perfect location. Amenities are great. Courtney, Melissa and the rest of the administration personnel are very courteous, professional and welcoming. It feels as a community here. We made a good decision moving here.

Always solve ANY plumbing issues, keep very clean and pools always clean

Do NOT recommend. One of the first residents in this community and have been here for 2 years. It used to be nice and well-managed (when it was Artistry, not Artisan), but... I understand that the area is pricey, but for what it cost the least they can do is ensure the grills are functional, the car wash in good working order, and above all the elevators reliable. Additionally, as if they weren’t already overpriced, they included in the move-out checklist that they would charge $100 fee for unreturned silicon amenity wristbands. This cost was never explained (nor agreed to) beforehand and the wristband policy was only implemented post-covid to restrict the number of people in those areas. They recently decided to implement a $50 fee for anyone who wouldn’t put out their fire extinguisher in the next two days for inspection, and today they sent an email informing that they would assess fees for packages that aren’t picked up within a few days from the package locker. (They used to just return to sender without additional fee, now they want to add a fee on top?!) They make an effort to nickel and dime us for everything. Ever since Preferred Apartment Communities (PAC) took them over, they have been absolutely terrible. The previous management was much better. Your money would be better spent elsewhere.

We moved from a house to here about two weeks ago. Everything is just great! The leasing office lady Jasmine is nice and helpful. The maintenance staffs are efficient every time we make an appointment. Although the sound insulation is not good, which is a common problem in apartments, the neighbors are consciously quiet at nighttime. The dog park is the most largest one in this area. I walk my dog in the community just like I did it before in my backyard. We feel really safe and comfortable to stay here. I recommend small families to consider this place.

This apartment community is a pretty good place to live. The units are nice, the staff is friendly and professional, and they conduct many activities and giveaways with the residents. The amenities are useful, such as the vacuum and car wash station, the pool, the 2 story gym, and the dog park. The dog park is the biggest one around of all the complexes, and it has 2 separate areas in case you need to separate the dogs. The biggest downside is the price, however this whole area tends to be pricey.

We love how big and modern the property and units are. Having to move unexpectedly due to medical issues.. everyone was so helpful. They quickly worked with us to add the ADA accommodations we needed in order for me to live comfortably. We especially love the little touches there’s a garage available very close to our unit if we had wanted one, we love our storage unit just down the hall from our apartment, and just recently they started valet trash service which especially during Covid has been really helpful! We simply put our trash outside our door every night after dinner and then before we go to bed we bring in our garbage can! We don’t have to worry about touching any doors or garbage chute handles and exposing ourselves unnecessarily. Its been great. One of my favorite things to do especially now that it’s getting darker earlier is sit out on my screened in balcony and watch the families walking your pets on the property and making yourself all the special little seating areas across the property to grill anti-sit outside and chat and catch up on your week without being inside worrying about breathing in each others germs. and all of this wrapped up in a smoke free environment it’s just made our year here amazing we couldn’t wait to sign for another year. Many thanks to the staff at The Artisan for providing such a wonderful peaceful environment for your residents.

They cater to new residents and don’t really care about residents that have been here for years. They also force you to pay $250 a year for a valet trash service even if the trash chute is a 10 second walk away. There are many other communities and for someone who has stayed here for 2 years, I would recommend you not waste your time by renting here. Good luck!

I have lived here at the Artisan for 1 1/2 years. The resort style living is wonderful and complete with pool, gym, outdoor bbq areas with seating, computer office room, state of the art club house, dog parks, after hours security, and most recently valet trash. Everything is right here and convenient. There is nothing more a person could ask for. The office staff has been accommodating and guided our community through Covid 19 answering any and all questions while following the guidelines set forth by the CDC. They create activities and schedule events to include the community. They also ensure we are kept up to date with any changes happening within our community via email. Our maintenance team is beyond compare, always cleaning the halls, power washing, and painting when needed to present a clean and beautiful environment. I would recommend this community to anybody.

We have lived here for about a year and a half. We started in a one bedroom 1st floor apartment on the school board side. Then moved to the dog park side of the community. We rented a second floor two bedroom. Consistently, we are amazed at how quiet it is. My husband and I work nightshift. Often with apartment living and that schedule you will experience many disturbances during sleep times. Not here!! We have NEVER heard someone elses t.v. or streaming devices (music, etc). I was afraid we would hear the dogs at the dog park but, no nothing. Everyone is so friendly, neighbors and staff. The pool area, clubhouse, and gym are very well kept as well as the car washing station. If buying or renting a home is not an option I would HIGHLY recommend looking into this community. You are close to so many amenities in the viera area as well as two different options to get on I95.

Please consider carefully your health before moving here. There is a tall tower only a few feet (not exaggerating....there is but a small field of grass in between) from this apartment complex which will expose you to tons of electro magnetic frequences (EMFs = radiation). You want to be as far as you can from something like this, not basically have it as a next door neighbor. Combined with the terrible water quality in zipcode 32940 because of contamination from the military base, you would be setting yourself up for possible future health issues. If the apartment complex decides to comment to this trying to down play the dangers of the proximity to this tower (really....who thought this was a good idea?), do your own thorough research into the dangers of radio and magnetic frequencies which has been well research by people throughout the world with no financial conflicts of interest. There are 2 other nearby towers as well, not to mention quiet a few antennas from the nearby plaza, The Avenue. Other nearby apartment complexes to be wary of would be Highlands of Viera West, Centre Pointe at Viera, and The Marisol at Viera. You are also extremely close to a few churches which are now having antennas, right next to a school and few super close by which at that proximity is an issue due to their own use of antennas and ground treatment, and goverment building also with antennas. You are also across from The Viera Regional Park Community Center which treats its grounds and sports area quite a bit with toxic substances. When I lived next to it I would see a few times the spraying/spreading of huge bags of powder on the grass which they would do a terrible job of doing on top of that. The air, well beyond the park, was somewhat foggy from the clouds of that toxic substance that spread everywhere which was extremely worrisome particularly as I was pregnant at that time. Beware! There is a lof of interesting stuff really close by, but that doesnt necessarily mean you want to live close to any of it especially right next to an antenna where distance is your friend. If you are able to check the area out before hand you wil see how this apartment complex is surrounded on just about every side (not an exaggeration by the way) by the school, the tower, the park, and the government buildings.Edit to add: I know it looks like a tall flag pole, but it isnt. Flag poles have quickly become a very popular concealment option for wireless carriers. If you searched online, you would be able to see that this not only looks suspiciously like a cell tower, but it is owned by Bright House Networks.If you are a person who works for this apartment complex, being exposed to the radiation from this tower for hours on end is a lot.

Great amenities and wonderful staff! Highly recommend. We enjoy the gatherings they host around holidays and also using the club area for the pool table and computer center. We utilize the cabanas around the pool often to read and relax in the sun! Can’t beat it. Only con I would say is the grills have not worked for a long time and they did replace it with a charcoal grill but we would love to have the gas grills back up and running to use. I wouldn’t down my rate based on this though because everything else about living here is awesome!!!

We recently moved in and our experience has been exceptional so far! The office staff has been very accommodating and pleasant. We feel like we’re living in a resort and the amenities are better than some of the resorts I’ve stayed at. I’ve seen a few reviews with complaints about noise but we haven’t experienced anything similar. It’s wonderful seeing all of the young families taking advantage of the amenities. Overall we’re very happy with our decision to move into the Artistry.

Great place to live!!

I moved here 3 months ago and if i left a review after a month of living there, i wouldve given it 5 stars and possibly 6 stars if that was even possible but things have changed since new management took over. The place is not as clean as it used to be and they definitely downsized the number of employees that were taking care of the site. Others have mentioned that amenities ( especially the pool area) are not well taken care of anymore. We have reported issues multiple times and its still not addressed by the office or the new management.

Was very apprehensive moving to Florida however the accommodations here at Artisan made the transition so much easier

Avoid this place. This place has been at a steady decline since I signed my lease. It started as Artistry at Viera luxury apartments and is now artisan at viera a preferred apartment community with all the amenities they offered slowing being removed. The gym is no longer 24hours, pool no longer has the amenities it had before. All the staff that was here has left. The good maintenance staff is gone. I have a toilet that has not worked since I moved in. There is no parking at all. And to top it all off the place is built horribly with zero sound dampening at all. Not only can I hear every single step, drawer open and vacuum running made by the people above me but I can hear their pillow talk at night. I have lived in 20 year old apartments that I didn’t know people lived around me. Do not waste your money here.

As a former tenant, it is recommended you do your homework on this place. This is a hideous apartment community. Its overpriced, they dont take your complaints seriously and if you want to hear your neighbors through the walls 24×7 then this this is the place for you. There are other apartment communities that are professionally managed. Its not the Artisan at Viera.

I’ve been living in this place for less than a year and the last two months have been chaotic.There’s no quality control for the volume of the music in the pool if they play it, it is too low (most of the time there’s no music at all)They use to have towels on the pool area, now forget it.Just a few more months here and I look something better around, of course there are!

Living at Artistry is living in a 24-7 resort. Paradise style. Staff is superb, friendly, informative and goes the extra mile.Site is well kept, landscaping is beautiful, pool and gym are breathtaking., bbq areas are stylish.Amenities are beyond expected. Love living here.

Theres no clicking on zero stars - Do not move here when there are other apartments that appreciate their tenants. You will be disappointed by their constant interruptions and intrusions as they enter your apartment incessantly and without much warning. The noisy neighbors and their pets excessive barking is ridiculous and they dont do anything about it. Theyll gladly take your high priced rent but dont expect anything in return. You might be greatly disappointed. Keep looking. Another more reasonable and reliable apartment can be found without the constant intrusions into your apartment. They seemingly dont care how they inconvenience their tenants. We are not allowed to go in or out of our apartments for 7-8 hours over a two day period because theyre working on the breezeways. Can you imagine being told you cannot go in or out of your apartment for a total of 14-16 hours? What if you have pets? This is really a hideous place to spend your hard earned money. The only good thing is that their maintenance team is hardworking and knowledgable in their work.

Great management and nice apartment! A class service!

I am a happy resident. The office staff is always attentive to my needs. The pool and grounds feel like I am living at a resort. It is quiet and I have a lovely view from my balcony.

The pool is beautiful and we have a three bedroom with bedrooms that are huge but we recently acquired in garage to rent and I don’t wanna park in it anymore because I’m starting to see cockroaches come from the garage into my vehicle, (like the gross disgusting ones). I have also seen them in my third floor unit. which we have four kids and a dog, so we keep it as clean as we can, but the bugs still there. since management has changed and ownership has changed The amenities have gotten worse. the perks they try to have aren’t worth it. the finishes are kinda cheap for what you’re paying. the faucets in the bathroom barely cleared the edge of the sink.

Pay a premium for fairly nice amenities but similar to every other apartment in the area. The usual paper thin walls. Very poor service, they do not respond to emails or requests. You have to go in person to get a reply. I have neighbors with dogs that bark day and night yet they do nothing.They recently changed management but no tangible improvements.Put simply I will not be renewing my lease and do not recommend.

I just placed my application here over the weekend so havent gotten the approval yet. I wanted to leave a review anyway on my experience. Vieri is extremely helpful you cant ask for a better staff member. He works hard to try and make you happy and give you what your requesting for. He is upbeat and truly can tell he loves his job. He is one of the reasons I decided to place my application. Artistry is a gorgeous luxury style complex. I cannot wait to call this home myself. From the resort style pool area to the bay windows and 2 story gym Im in heaven. Keep up the amazing work guys. Ill update my review once I move in.

Tracie, Vieri, and the rest of the staff have been extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our move-in process. Mike and the maintenance team have been quick to respond to any issues or concerns. The staffs constant communication makes us feel right at home. Artistry is all we could ask for and more!

I absolutely loved the experience of looking at this place! It feels lively, resort-like, and the front office is super friendly and welcoming. They are quick at communication and accommodating.

We stayed here as guests visiting family over the Xmas holidays. Nice looking place aesthetically, but If you value peace and quiet these apartments arent for you. The walls are paper thin and we could clearly hear neighbors conversations (and all other annoying sounds) as if they were literally in the room with us.

I visited with a friend and Vieri gave us a tour. Sales staff were professional and knowledgeable and had us in love with the place right away. Blows the competition away with the floorplans, gorgeous landscaping and resort pool. What sold us though was the safety, security (well lit hallways), cleanliness and amenities. Garbage chutes are a plus (no stinky garbage in the hallways) Close to shopping/entertainment.

I love this place! My apartment is absolutely beautiful and the amenities are amazing. Very clean and new. The staff, especially Vieri, are very helpful and are always fast to respond.

Vieri has been an amazing help throughout the entire move in process. He is an enormous asset to the Artistry. He is young, energetic, and poised for success. The entire staff is extremely accommodating and understanding that not everything goes according to plan all the time. We are extremely happy with the ammenities, service, and atmosphere and would recommend to anyone and everyone.

OUR CAR GOT STOLEN HERE! While the police did find out car I would not recommend anyone to live here. Artistry has no gates, no guards, and no security cameras!

Christina and rest of the leasing team were very accommodating to our move-in needs. Place feels like a resort and with the normal hiccups of a brand new complex, the staff is handling things with grace and patience with our questions.

Vieri, Michelle, Brett and the rest of the staff at Artistry are very flexible, competent and professional and have been a large part of what has made our transition and move-in experience here so awesome! I know from searching for our living arrangements as we moved to Melbourne that I do not believe you will find another more dedicated team of professionals to help you make a smooth transition. Also Aritstry at Viera is a brand new, very quiet property, with a beautiful salt water pool in the heart of Viera, near The Avenue and the Park. So many good things to say about our experience, but mainly THANK YOU!! to Vieri, Michelle, Brett and the rest of the Artistry team for a great job!!

Very expensive rooms. Not worth the price for the treatment I got from the front office. They made me wait for 2 hours because they forgot to put down the appointment we scheduled on the phone. When I went there they were straight up rude.OVERALL DECENT LOOKING APARTMENT BUT HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT.

I was going to be a resident at this wonderful complex, but the military had different plans for us. The staff at Artistry are by far the best at what they do. Their professionalism was beyond great and exceeded my expectations and I’m a difficult order. They were very flexible and patient with us as our timelines kept changing, but sadly it never quite worked out.If you are looking for a great place and community to call home that is big dog and pet friendly, even if only temporarily give Artistry in Viera a holla!A special shout out to Melanie from the corporate office in Atlanta who helped me out before Artistry in Viera opened, to Tracy who helped me out when it first opened and to Michelle, Vieri (not to be confused with Viera-LOL), Brent and Brandi who all helped me along the way at the Viera location, thank you all so very much for your kindness and help.
